It’s been a hot minute, to toss out some current vernacular. I’m beginning to lose hope. We’ve crossed so many hills I’d thought would be the one that I no longer recognize the scenery.

J6 was our Lexington moment, but we stood aside and allowed the Brits to march unimpeded, and toss our compatriots into dungeons.

They openly commit treason or insurrection to no penalty, while we’re jailed, silenced, and killed.

They brazenly import hordes of aliens to eat out our substance, and cede power only when death wrenches it from their cold fingers.

And yet, when I stood on my porch this morning, I was, once again, alone.

For a long time, I’ve seen nothing, heard nothing but some waving their arms and shouting ‘It’s coming! It’s coming! You just wait and see! it’s coming!”

I no longer think it is. I think now, you must see if you can create small groups and communities that, as much as possible, can be detached from the system in all it’s aspects. Call it off-grid, call it homesteads, call it whatever. Just, as much as can be realistically done, stop participating and preserve yourselves against the fall that is coming.

That’s not gonna work. They’ll eventually send their mobs for you and yours. They’ll invalidate your money, bar you from health care, and keep you from buying food if you veer off the plantation.

Any group or community you fashion will have their informants embedded, if not in control. They’ve learned the lessons of the failed soviet.

They seem at times to be losing, but with every victory, another layer of the veneer sloughs off, showing us that their agents (with a few rare exceptions) will follow their illegal orders.

Sorry, feeling a little black pilled today.

Bren – good thoughts and I believe many, including myself, feel the same way.

One of the main problems with taking direct action, is as we have learned throughout history, is that without the backing of significant portions of the common peoples, such moves would not be supported, and our enemies would be cheered on in their efforts to squash the uprising.

I realize we may, nay will, have to act at some point without full support and one of the fronts will be correcting the lies and falsehoods about the patriots and partisans and educating or eliminating those that are too far brainwashed.

I believe Tocqueville warned about the time when the citizenry realizes they can elect a government that will give them things and take care of their every need.

I run into this issue frequently on various boards I’m a member of.

It usually starts with somebody asking about caching weapons.

Instantly, the chest beating starts. Usually with the self anointed bleating, “If it’s time to bury them, it’s time to use them, hur, dur!”

The trouble with that line of thinking is, the only thing that’ll do is get patriots killed piecemeal while granting the media a field day of propaganda material.

This is why I mention standing on the porch. If I’m alone out there, it means the normies haven’t awakened yet.

In reality, the normies… Joe Sixpack… Mr and Mrs American… don’t understand the dire situation. They’re beginning to wake up, but nothing will happen until the boot has been on the neck for awhile. By then, the guns will be gone.

THAT is when the weapons come out. And there’d better be enough in those holes to hand out.

Read Sunrise at Coffin Rock, and its sequel, Sundown at Coffin Rock. for an inkling of how it’ll go. Along with Unintended Consequences, they’re a must read, and they’re short.

There will be much blood spilt before the counterrevolution begins. Many patriots will die alone, or be imprisoned before the jackboots feel the lash in turn.

Stock up now, while there’s still time and you can still do it. Private sales are best, so the arms cannot be tracked back to you. Be excruciatingly circumspect regarding opsec. And don’t bury anything in your back yard. It won’t be safe there.

I’mma send the dog to my daughter’s house for a couple of days now, just in case.

Some openly; some less so. Once the dam breaks, that is. There will be the shouters, the fighters, the waystation holders on underground railroads, the spies, the saboteurs, and the less mentionable ones. A great many of the one not shouting, as Solzhenitsyn warned, will be the ones for whom there is now neither sign nor show. The ones who are currently silent, men who just wanted to be left alone.

The above comments are a sign of a sea-change happening across America.

This is heartening to me and many others who are aware that on Trump’s first day in office, he put an EO into effect. Check it out yourself.

The EO activated the Constitutional change made after atomic bombs destroyed cities — the change that was added to ensure continued effective government in case DC was overcome by an enemy force.

It is a worldwide law: The Law of War. <– Look that up, and connect it to Trump activating it. (It is still active, BTW)

It describes military control responsibilities for dealing with any country's territory when it is controlled by the enemy.

Legally, in order for this law to be put in force in America, it must be "accepted by citizenry". <– That is crucial.

And that is what is encouraging about the posters above: There is, most ricky-tick, that sea-change movement toward the volunteer military to clean house. DC is an enemy occupied TERRITORY.

The Balkanization of our Republic into separate entities continues apace.

When the war breaks out, there will be power grabs by separate communities of like minded political groups.

We will not continue as a whole nation, but smaller ones will emerge.

We will have a CRSA, but there will be a “California” and others …….

Why haven’t we started shooting (back)? Here’s why. That and most Americans will put up with tyranny as long as they have their sports, their wifi, their drugs and their choice of fifty brands of toilet paper at their local Walmart.

“The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them; are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy… it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.” -UNK

“If you have to look along the shaft of an arrow from the wrong end, if a man has you entirely at his mercy, then hope like hell that man is an evil man. Because the evil like power, power over people, and they want to see you in fear. They want you to know you’re going to die. So they’ll talk. They’ll gloat. They’ll watch you squirm. They’ll put off the moment of murder like another man will put off a good cigar. So hope like hell your captor is an evil man. A good man will kill you with hardly a word.

      — Terry Pratchett, Discworld, Men at Arms

Have you noticed that talking and gloating are the default mode of the “post-modern progressives”?

      Their subtext is

“We’re going to do whatever we want, to whoever we want, whenever we want. And what are you going to do about it? You won’t break the law to stop us, and nothing else will stop us.”

They enjoy Blood, Devastation, Death, War and Horror as a spectator sport. They want to be the Patricians in the Roman Coliseum, seeing the Christians and Jews being fed to the lions.

(Literally; their hatred of both is palpable.)

But as the saying goes, those who have sown the wind shall reap the whirlwind.

To wit, Brent first piece upthread is brilliant and full of the truth, while his second one is hopeless and defeated (black pill). BUT…

Brens first comment is full of truth but his second is full of doubt and acceptance…black pill. But by the time they come for us and ours we will be organized and ready, albeit each of us individually alone on our front porch. By the time they come for our money we will have our own currency. By the time they try to block us from health care we will have our own system. By the time they try to stop our food shipments we will be growing and harvesting our own. Any spies they send to infiltrate will be summarily and publicly executed.

But all of that can only happen if we, we minute-men, do it.

Stand vigilant and prepared on your own front porch!

Meh. Doubling down on the black pill is only natural these days.

It’s just frustrating. As I told a guy in a Tea Party meeting back when it was first starting to coalesce, “I’m not afraid to die for my country. I’ve signed that contract multiple times. I’m less inclined to throw my life away to no purpose.”

These five rules of propaganda have been known for a long time, and they are certainly not original with myself. Please send them around so that more people will be aware of them. Thank You.

    The Five Rules of Propaganda

    1. The rule of simplification – reducing all data to a simple confrontation between ‘Good and Bad’, ‘Friend and Foe’.
    2. The rule of disfiguration – discrediting the opposition by crude smears and parodies.
    3. The rule of transfusion – manipulating the consensus values of the target audience for one’s own ends.
    4. The rule of unanimity – presenting one’s viewpoint as if it were unanimous opinion of all right-thinking people: draining the doubting individual into agreement by the appeal of star-performers, by social pressure , and by ‘psychological contagion’.
    5. The rule of orchestration – endlessly repeating the same messages in different variations and combinations.

next time any of us feels outnumbered…remember it only took Three Percent…

    http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/2014/06/a-brief-three-percent-catechism.html

During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King’s tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. They were in turn actively supported by perhaps 10% of the population. In addition to these revolutionaries were perhaps another 20% who favored their cause but did little or nothing to support it. Another one-third of the population sided with the King (by the end of the war there were actually more Americans fighting FOR the King than there were in the field against him) and the final third took no side, blew with the wind and took what came.

Three Percenters today do not claim that we represent 3% of the American people, although we might. That theory has not yet been tested. We DO claim that we represent at least 3% of American gun owners, which is still a healthy number somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 million people. History, for good or ill, is made by determined minorities. We are one such minority. So too are the current enemies of the Founders’ Republic. What remains, then, is the test of will and skill to determine who shall shape the future of our nation.

I have noticed many more people being aware and acting according to the situation. Situational awareness, sophisticated.
We have witnessed the great march through so many things. That was basically individual zealots aggressing on [people following their version of “good.”
Their good is very bad. It is the opposite of what they say. They demand freedom. Their freedom removes freedom and increases tyranny and reduces choices to those they demand.
On the Reagan scale up and down their claimed freedom is oppression and tyranny. They reduce choices while calling that freedom.

We have to flood the zones in many places.
We all are there making our own decisions on what we encounter, most of the time we will be alone.
Make your decision based on what you know in your heart is good. If you don’t want to let some child mutilation happen in your area, or in front of you, say so. Don’t make it a Karen attack situation. Say what you mean. Nonviolence is the way. Record things even, it can help you if someone (Democrat police or people, for example.) want to cause you trouble. Don’t break the law, but, realize that you have Constitutional rights. But don’t push it. Learn your rights and protest rights if you do such. Demand your rights on camera. You don’t have to “win” at what you are doing as an individual. The idea is to simply use your rights. Others will join on other days or that day.
Be calm. Point out the good from that calmness. Don’t attack their Lexington in enemy territory. That is the communist Cops and politicians and bureaucrats’ major method of controlling the narrative. They set people up.
Wherever you are, there are likely 50,000 people thinking the same thing. Or so people have insisted to me. It probably is true. I have great thoughts then find them in history. I liked reading about the Romans and Greeks having ideas I thought were so unique and cool. They were cool. They would have worked.
Don’t attack kinetically. Beat them with ideas.
There are so many easy besting them opportunities. Use them. I mean inflation, XL pipeline closed. Trump will day 1 close the borders, to be rapidly implemented. Don’t be derogatory. Having someone admit to baby killing after birth and child mutilation is degrading them with them saying the words. There are other ideas.
There are so many more people out there away from your usual paths and area you go. Even my gas station questioning has shown a massive awareness rising these last two plus years.
My God. East Palestine Pennsylvania. Lahania Maui. Paradise California. The border. The voting fiascos they claim nothing unfair occurred. So many.
    Ukraine.
As people are ready to go in a minute, we will win so many before the tyrants send them right at us in our mostly secure areas. They will make it hot soon enough. Fighting from defensible positions and tactics is almost always less difficult.
We also want the good people in the police, sheriffs and military to know that the vast number of citizens support the good, as I am sure most, or enough, of them do. They are the protectors of our constitution, and we want them to know that is what they are doing if they have to do it.
I hope that I got my points across.
Point 1: Other people have many great ideas that I just thought of.
We are the people we are waiting for. This is not a kinetic war. The Revelutionary war was a war of ideas for the longest time. Conserve effort.
