Physics, force, mass, inertia, distribution, motion arms………I may not remember all the formulae, but I know what she’s talking about. Being the technician that I am (not an engineer), I’d love to practice that physics on, and with, Sam. Yum!

      Brain fart……er……..flash.
Firesign Theater…….haven’t listened to them in awhile.
I think it was from the album “Don’t Crush That Dwarf”, something about Fudd’s Law (I think), “but when you put the balls on the OTHER end, it goes in and out like ANYTHING!”

That ties in nicely with the “what’s in front of you” theme from Sunday’s ‘toon. 🙂

The problem with engineers is how they feel they need to explain things at length when a quick demonstration is all that’s necessary… or a lengthy demonstration, as the case might be…

I believe an animated DBD short feature would be a plausible idea. I was shopping for a wedding present for a couple I know who decided to pull the trigger after 20 years of living in sin together. While perusing the wares at the local adult emporium, I noticed in a display case several adult film star action figures that were anatomically “appropriate” and very well rendered (life like). Then, it dawned on me that here’s something that DBD should look into for next year’s fund raiser : All the major cast members our favorite ‘toon would make perfect Ken and Barbie style action personages. Think of the potential : Your pledge drive would be filled out in nothing flat by having different donation levels with separate characters for each step. At the top you could have them all as the premium level gift. Guaranteed Gold ! Think of all the budding frustrated Speilbergs out there, chomping at the bit to make stop-action animated history, by employing the DBD folks to make their own twisted dreams come true. After all, it worked for the South Park guys in “Team America”. I know it might be wishful thinking, but a man’s reach should always exceed his grasp……….

Bob in Houston-Vast Right Wing Basket of Deplorable!

If I recall correctly, even just the single pose anime style Sam figurine from the early days was prohibitively expensive to have made, of course 3D printers back then were the size of a decent refrigerator so who knows what manufacturing advances have occurred since then.

Today I will definitely raise a glass to fallen comrades…especially remembering our WWI veterans this year.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of America’s participation in the final campaign to end World War 1– “The war to end all wars”

In the final great offensive, known as the 100 Days, lasting from roughly September to November 1918 over 122,063 Americans became casualties including 26,277 killed and 95,786 wounded. By the time the Armistice was signed more Americans died in this largely forgotten war than were killed in Korea and Vietnam combined.

These men, largely amateurs who won by applying plenty of courage and blood, saved the war weary French and British forces.

One of the great poems of the war is
    In Flanders Field.

“In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place, and in the sky,
The larks, still bravely singing, fly,
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the dead; short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe!
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high!
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.”

    Never forget.

Thank God we have a President who understands and is grateful for our military and their families.

    Stout hearts.

Having relatives on both sides in that war I salute those who gave their all during the war and all of those who have since passed on.
One Great Aunt went to the sound of the guns where she was needed during one of the largest battles of the war. She was an Army Nurse and she spent a month at the front lines saving the lives of many of the allies. It was where she was needed, not way behind the front lines. the French awarded her their second highest military decoration. She was told that she was not awarded the highest as she was technically a non-combatant as a nurse. She was part of the formation of the American Legion In Europe before returning. She eventually entered a convent and devoted herself to the work of the order until her death.
Another Great Aunt married my Great Uncle Max. He was a former corporal in the German Army that had been awarded an Iron Cross for an act of heroism. Concerning today’s tyranny he did speak his mind before WW2. He was almost arrested for what he was speaking about publicly in Germany when he returned with his wife during the early 1930’s. A Nazi Brown Shirt told his sister, a friend of the Brownshirt, what was up, and he and my great aunt avoided arrest.
Later, back in America, Uncle Max spoke in front of a German Bund Meeting at a full Madison Square Garden just prior to WW2 starting. He spoke the truth about why he opposed Hitler. In detail. he was a man well respected in the German community then. In Germany, his mother and sister were both thrown in prison. Through the intercession of the German Ambassador to the USA, a friend of my Great Uncle Max, his mother was eventually rel;eased from prison. His sister, a relatively famous actress and a frail person, did not survive her prison stay.
And today we have thousands upon thousands of people in Germany and the UK being arrested, convicted, and sent to prison for stating the truth about situations, Muslims, and Islam and the hijrah invasion of Europe.
And in the UK Tommy Robinson has just been arrested and sentenced to prison within an hour of his arrest while live streaming about a trial in Leeds concerning a Muslim rape gang that had raped many young non Muslim girls, and had trafficked them. Other gangs have trafficked girls ?pimped them to some of the UK elite in addition to often having up to 15 Muslims a day raping the underage girls.
The UK pedophile elite will never forgive Tommy Robinson for exposing the trafficking that Robinson saw from his shop in his home town of Lutin. Tommy Robinson made enough commotion that the first grooming gang arrests and conviction in the UK.
Tommy Robinson also had a young cousin who was groomed, drugged and raped by the Muslim grooming gangs. Her life has been emotionally destroyed.
That woman likely will never know the joy and beauty of a healthy loving relationship like Zed and Sam have as portrayed here.
Hundreds of thousands of non Muslim women in the UK have had much in their life destroyed by the invasion of Sharia following men into the UK who believe that it is their right and duty to destroy the kaffir / infidel women. Women deserve better. Children deserve better. Western Civilization must end this travesty against humanity.
Grooming, child rape, sex slavery, are all Sharia compliant.
Rise up UK. Fight for England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Throw off the yoke of tyranny and pedophiles.

      and
      FREE TOMMY ROBINSON

(um. Am I in Speaker’s Corner? To you Sister Francis de Lourdes and Great Uncle Max.)

Again referencing the ODB (old dead blog) from 10 years ago. Consider what we were heading for at the end of that year and yet we survived to fight another day, another opportunity paid for and passed to us by the men and women of the American Military…may another decade from now find that we did not squander it
