The Donald is right!! She’s gonna be the hottest First Lady ever!

God help the USA if Trump becomes president, but Melania would also be the first First Lady to have posed in the nude – and on Donald’s jet even.

God will have helped the USA, I believe, if Trump becomes the President. God save America. We always need God’s help, especially now where some people are taking the world. Yet we must help ourselves and be ourselves through the worst of what others have created.
Both he and Melania know how different things are built. Donald has been a developer of land, buildings, businesses and people. Melania has been involved in working with people and building her own clothes. The lady can cut and sew. I say that being a cutter, sewer, and sewing machine repair guy. I also did all other parts of the business as needed including revamping it from first contact to last collection with all of the customer contact, selling, designs, permits, purchasing, construction, truck repair, delivery boy and all required acts. Melania comes from a country where people did / do as much as they can, including repairing their own sewing machines and keeping them up and running I would guess. My mother’s parents came from a neighboring country. We are talking good old fashioned responsibility, work, and family values, with a flair for flash, intelligence, and enjoyment of life. I find that I understand what he is saying and agree with very much of it. He is developing in his knowledge and understanding of how difficult a situation we are in. I could even add a small bit to it, but, he has many people now to help add to his knowledge, analysis, and understanding. Even his enemies need him to be at the helm now. They likely will not admit that, nor are many of them capable of seeing it. I would say that Melania could learn to keep a ’57 and ’59 Ford PU running, if she does not already know.

Pray tell everyone here: On what do you bias your opinion? (That ain’t a typo.)

“God will have helped the USA”

If “The Donald” becomes POTUS, I will take it as a sign that The Creator has determined that the Republic of The United States of America’s time is well and truly at an end. Only compared to Hillary would Trump appear to be a “moderate”. That is because of the same phenomenon which makes Tony Parker appear to be short. Compared to Tim Duncan he appears to be. Compared to me (6’4″) he is quite tall; I assure you.

Actually, I interpret the fact that the choice, come November, is likely to be between Hildabeast and The Donald as a clear indication that the Republic to which I gave 10 years of my life and to which my son gave his health is soon to be no more. I do not expect the Republic to outlive me.

What’s hard to believe? He’s a BILLION-aire. Money can’t buy love but it CAN buy you a damned fine lay. The Donald is on his 3rd marriage (serial polygamy, anybody?) and none of ’em were any threat to clocks or mirrors (have you seen pix of Ivana in her prime? She doesn’t give anything to either Marla or Melania.). Not sure how he landed a dish (in her prime) like Ivana but I have a pretty good idea how he landed Marla Maples and Melania Knauss and I doubt either his looks or his general studliness had a whole lot to do with it. Note: I do NOT envy the man in the slightest bit. I’m quite happy with my lady of almost 44 years. I just harbor few illusiions about how the world works. Hell! I wouldn’t know how to act if a beauty of Ivana’s, Marla’s or Melania’s class acted interested in me.

I would greatly look forward to a First Lady Melania Trump.

For years I’ve been mildly jealous of The Kingdom of Jordan for having the best-looking spouse-of-state: Queen Rania.

And on the opposite side, Bill Clinton would look absolutely hideous at a state dinner in an evening dress…

    • March 21, 2016 at 1:42 am

Why no Ted at the DDQ? He is being absolutely marginalized by the lamestream media. I hear about a brokered/open convention and no Ted as the alternative other than news about Kaysb**tch. Is Ted the ultimate stealth candidate? Maybe Chris has a cage match planned at the DDQ between Ted and Donald.

I’ll say it again, I like Ted because he has the right type of enemies. The winDsock has the wrong type. We’ve had 7 years of divisiveness, winDsock is not helping. His “hate them over there” rhetoric is not the way to go. It does not fix the problem as a civil discourse that addresses the real problems concerning crony capitalism and overwhelming government intrusion into citizens lives is not part of the mobs shouted vitriol.

We have the frame work of a constitutional republic not mob rule. The real battle will be when the minority mob runs into the silent majority. It will not be pretty. Ted offers the notion to tear down the offending institutions from the inside. winDsock wants to burn it down. unfortunately the proles will take it in the shorts if that happens.

There is no greater supporter of the conservative principles espoused by Cruz than I, but far from any semblance of civility he has managed to alienate all of his own erstwhile tea party goers, all of those who admire his spirituality but don’t want it as part of a political platform, and has all the charisma, presence, and oratory ability of a wet mop, which for better or worse is prerequisite to the attention of media and attention span of the public.

Those are abilities that DT excels at, along with the ability to operate outside the financial control of establishment party pols. And of course that lack of control is what infuriates and terrifies the party, and why they are doing all of the dims work for them in trying to destroy him. And now of course the heads of that angry, impotent establishment are rallying around Cruz, not because they like or want him, but because he is their last ditch spoiler to derail a first ballot undeniable win for DT, allowing them to gerrymander and coerce those at the convention into what they actually seem to really want which is to nominate (another) empty suit and hand the big chair to the beast…which would ensure another four or eight years of their personal comfort, status, and free money, which is their one and only concern.

It may be too late now, but what I’ve said ad nauseum for months now is that the combined team of Trump and Cruz, each bringing to the table nearly insurmountable components of a package that might, just might, have the ability to undo the damage and rebuild the republic to what it once was. With Trump running interference and setting policy, and Cruz operating with the knowledge of the system to enact that policy, it would truly be a dream team, and after one term for Trump to orchestrate and Cruz to marinate, two more terms would be Cruz’s own to make or break.

As to why Trump and no Cruz at the DD? I have my own thoughts on that, mostly related to what I’ve written above, but we’ll see how Chris and the folks at the ranch play it out.

      • March 21, 2016 at 1:55 pm

Could there be a more back-handed damning with faint praise than being openly supported as nothing more than a spoiler?

        http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/03/21/romney-makes-robo-calls-for-cruz-in-arizona-utah.html

And of course there was Ted saying that words deserve violence; nothing constitutional about that, but we’ll chalk that up to frustration/desperation. That boy needs to learn when to shut his mouth, and have a sit-down heart-to-heart with the dude who represents his ONLY path to the WH.

      DDS

I think Ted would be a bit out of place at the DDQ… I’m not sure if he’s a tea-totaller, but with his Pentecostal heritage, I think he would eschew the near-nudity and alcohol, if not on principle, then to avoid the appearance of hypocrisy. However, being Pentecostal myself, I have no problem enjoying an occasional adult beverage (all things in moderation…) and I appreciate all the beauty of God’s creation, including (especially!) the female form (Hallelujah!). But if a pig hunt is on, I’ll bet Ted would be bringing home the bacon!
I agree that the media has decided to stiff Ted in favor of the Donald… Fox news ignored the large turnouts (3,000+?) at Cruz rallies, and made the smaller Trump rally (~300?) look like a full stadium (that’s according to Beck… I haven’t personally confirmed it). The LameStream media has given Trump $Billions$ in free coverage, so he has had to spend very little. I’m tired of the media elites and party oligarchy choosing our candidates, so we have to vote on the lesser of two weasels…

And in spite of agreeing with most of what Trump says and proposes, I just don’t trust him. He has supported liberal and prog politicians and causes most of his life. Even if he is truly sincere, I can easily imagine him grabbing his “phone and pen” to make things happen or fix the problems, not letting a little thing like the Constitution get in the way (a la Obummer).

Ted Cruz, however, is the real deal Conservative and always has been. He has alienated most of the Senate because he refuses to go along to get along with the Washington good ole boy network. He has been fearless in keeping his promises to his constituents and fighting the Obummer progressive agenda. He wants to abolish the IRS, close the borders, and get government regulations off our backs. That’s why I’m putting my money where my mouth (and heart) is and sending monthly support to Cruz for Prez, plus whatever extra I can spare. I’ll vote for Trump, if he’s the nominee, but I would much rather Trust Ted.
      Off the soapbox…

Yet… The doubts floating around about Trump being faux republican, an undercover Hillary supporter, could be equaled by Ted trying to get back into the Bush GOPe camp. Or them shining on to him as more of an “insider” than Trump.
      Just sayin’.

Mob rule is forcibly denying others the right to freely hear someone else speak.
Mob rule is intimidating those in “authority” to take away someone else’s freedoms.

        So right there.
As Ben Franklin is said to have answered when asked what kind of government they had decided upon for us as he left Independence Hall and the Constitutional Convention: “A Republic. If you can keep it.”

And we do differ drastically on at least one other position.
