    Too Tall

Reality is harsh, brutal, and unforgiving. It can be rewarding.

Demoncrats have spent so many decades avoiding reality, that they can no longer recognize nor deal with it.

It’s important to study the methods that your enemy uses in order to thwart him. In 2020, the Democrats used lawfare to twist the state election law in Pennsylvania into a pretzel. That law required all mail-in ballots to arrive by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Election Day, and have a legible postmark. By the time the PA and US Supreme Courts had finished with it, the new decree was that ballots with no postmarks that arrived by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday after Election Day were ‘timely’ and valid.

This is so mind-blowingly corrupt that it is hard to explain to normal people who speak and think in plain English. Yes, the Tuesday deadline did indeed become a Friday deadline, and “mail-in” ballots no longer needed to ever be in the mail, after the dust settled from the lawfare.

One thing that I didn’t realize until much later is that the oldest branch of federal law enforcement, the postal inspectors, were completely sidestepped by this legal maneuver. The postal inspectors have no jurisdiction over pieces of paper that have no postmarks on them. Nullifying this safeguard not only takes an entire branch of law enforcement off the case, it also drastically reduced the penalties for casting a fake vote. The generic penalty for any sort of vote fraud is up to one year in prison and a $1000 fine, per count. The penalty for this sort of mail fraud is up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, per count.

The USPS operates under federal law, not state or local law. One reason why Al Capone was tried for federal income tax evasion, rather than more sordid crimes such as murder, is that he could afford to buy all of the judges in Chicago and northern Illinois, but he couldn’t buy every judge in the federal judiciary. The modern parallel is that in the Blue states the state attorneys general are not going to prosecute voter fraud if it favors their re-election, and the Soros district attorneys in the big cities are even more corrupt. By removing any practical means of enforcing the law by using the postal inspectors, or by trying mail-in ballot fraud cases in federal courts, this act of lawfare essentially made it completely impractical for the federal government to arrest or try most cases of voter fraud.

The left managed another coup in their lawfare. Somehow, no one was able to take a case to court, since every counter-suit (at least, that I’ve heard of) was dismissed by a judge who said the plaintiffs had no standing to bring the case.

It’s like I’ve heard/read/been told… There’s lots and lots of evidence. There just isn’t a judge that will hear it.
I don’t know if it’s true but it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re convinced they’d be Epsteined or Clintonized.

If a person figures 2+2 equals anything but 4 you can figure their grasp on any reality is non-existent or very, very shaky at best.

Oh, I accept that Cho BiDung won when the 81mm votes were totaled up.

What is also accepted is that many of those ‘votes’ were untraceable mail-in ballots with no chain of custody included, and were not filled out by a living, breathing, USA citizen voter exercising their one person – one vote rights.

Far too many statistical anomalies in the vote count vs registered voter numbers to even consider 2020 to be a fair election.

Oh, Cho BiDung got 81 million votes all right. I don’t question that.
What I question is whether he got those votes from 81 million living, breathing American voters.

You’ve chosen an appropriate name, Blather. Yeah, Sino Joe “won.” He sits in what has been turned into the Offal Office. But it was not a fair, honest election. To add just one more point than has been mentioned here, the Filthy 51 knew that Hunter’s laptop was his when they signed and distributed their lie about it. A lie that the Old Media spread, to the point that it was widely believed. Polls have indicated that knowledge of the reality would have swayed enough voters to wipe out all other help Sino Joe got.

Thank you, Ensign Nemo. I am in Pa. and I didn’t know about the USPS postmark being left off. I knew about the trucks bringing in Ballots from out of State and such. The Pa. Superior Court NOT ruling on the late ballots and such other FUBAR Election procedures. I can also see someone needs a visit to Gunpowder for a “Biden Shave”. : ).

    Chris,
Thank you for the link to the article you referenced.
I work about 50 hours a week, and have a hard time keeping up with the news. Links such as that when you reference a particular news story, etc. would be a wonderful addition, if you don’t mind.

I find it impossible to believe the ‘Joe Biden’ will even make it to the final ballot. At some point, his handlers are going to have to acknowledge that the empty suit they’ve been propping up has fallen in on itself and switch in someone else.

I have severe doubts he’ll make it to August, let alone the election. Unfortunately, I’m not so sure Trump will either if the left decides they can’t beat him even with the level of fraud they can get away with, rats can be vicious when cornered.

I only hope the new RNC can sidestep the rino’s and put a candidate in who can get the same following Trump has and not another quisling who’ll just be ‘bama’s 4th term.

The real irony of all this is that the two Democrat replacements that had even a ghost of a chance of winning have been banned from the party.
Tulsi Gabbard and RFK jr could have carried their torch, but neither of them are on the Take.
