I haven’t read the rules as deeply as the progtards would try to twist them, but does it say you can’t serve more than two terms as president, or does it say you can’t be elected to more than two terms ?
A few more scalia style deaths and it won’t matter anyway, the courts will decide in favour of the ones who stacked them.
At least yo uget some sort of say in judges down there, uo here every single one is a political appointee with no votes or meaninful oversight, who serves at the PM’s sole discretion.

This says you can’t be elected more than twice. It does NOT say that Obama can’t run as VP to a candidate for President who promises to resign right after taking the oath of office. Such a cynical workaround ought to turn the election into a landslide for the other side, but there seem to be far too many Democrats that have no principles but winning. They’d only have to steal enough votes to beat the Republicans + Independents…

And why would BO want to be vice when he will be the power behind the tower that is Mike? There would be no need for the steal apparatus as that monster would be elected in a legitimate landslide by all on the left, half on the right, with the gushing support of every media, entertainment, and corporate type out there…all it has to do is read a few speeches and they will all lick its toes. And its choice of vice to take us through 2040 will be the final nail in the coffin of the corpse of the old Republic.
Any Believers here that can actually find some twisted form of comfort in this scenario coming to pass? I mean… I already believe we’re in the middle of Romans 1:18-32. There’s no mention of it getting better in that passage so I would think the Tribulation isn’t far behind.
