Day By Day

  • KenH

We have not even STARTED with you yet…..

  • WayneM

Chris, I’m not sure if you’re familiar with Canadian slang but Zed is certainly not a hoser… although Skye might quality but not really.

Ah! I did a quick search! In this case, US slang is markedly different from Canadian.

    • Kafiroon

In The Frozen Tundra, south of Canada, Hoser had a quite different meaning. Zed is showing connotations of that.

  • Interventor

Still say rump roast is in order.

  • Hose that bitches SKIN off!

  • Oh, I notice the bar is moving. Keep teasing.

  • Fox2!

Zed is a gentleman, by act of Congress or by order of the President, depending on the nature (Regular or Reserve) of his commission.

    • NotYetInACamp

Generals (and other officers) have been fired for not acted as a gentleman should act. There are requirements.

      • Fox2!

        Article 133.

  • Pete231

Sometimes, you just gotta make a clean breast of it all…….

    • Grunt GI

Bwahaha. No doubt Zed will take care of that.

  • JackDeth72

    See Sam’s sister Skye in….

    “The Wrath of Zed”

  • Hardball

I’m starting to not like Zed’s actions.

  • Bill G

That’s not the way that Skye wanted Zed to hose her.

  • Dread

Would what? Okay. Im having a slow day. Im not getting it.

  • MasterDiver

No point in being a gentleman when the witch will just slap you with her entitled attitude anyway. (Got too much of that from the Libbers on campus back in the 70’s)

    Zar Belk!

  • Grunt GI

Well as the old Klingon proverb goes, “Revenge is a dish best served cold”. I bet that water is damn cold.

Or as we used to say “Payback is a motherfu**er”.

I think Skye is about to get a bit of both.

  • Shooter 2.5

Sorry, I’m not getting this. Skye needed something like this before but it seems like she’s really trying to change. This appears to be an act of revenge over someone who already is in remorse. Too bad the sheriff didn’t show up. They could have called in a 911 emergency.

    • Sam

What’s not to get? She’s muddy, and the only way to get it off is with the fire hose. She can’t run the hose on herself, and he can’t hose her down if he turns around.

And Sam got to go back with Mr. Elliott because Zed trusts both Sams. He doesn’t trust Skye not to try something with Mr. Elliott. And he has no intention of touching her with anything other than the water.

      • NotYetInACamp

Points made. The ‘CANT’ Bitch would make a play for the honorably 30 year married man. Gentlemen know when and how to avoid such skanks.

      • MasterDiver

        I have a 12-foot pole I could donate. (He wouldn’t touch her with a 10-footer.)

        Zar Belk!

  • noncom

Well played….My Dad used to say treat her like a lady if she acts like a lady….if not, all bets are off….

  • JTC

Not an “act of revenge”, more like an act of soft prurience and porn, as someone inexplicably griped about the other day. And check the bar; it’s working!

It’s a bidness, doncha know. Supply/demand. Somebody show this to Rick Perry.

    • Well, I had thought Rick Perry did pretty good, all in all. as Governor of TX. He did a thing or two I didn’t see as the right move, but overall pretty good.

      • Jtc

He is good, but he does need to learn when to keep his mouth shut… Unless of course in this case he adheres to the “if you build it they will come” school of thought. .. but that of course is not the actual supply/demand law of capitalism.

  • JTC

Winning, baby. America First! He said it, he meant it, and he did it.

About as Presidential as it gets right there.

What is hilarious, and must be becoming incredibly frustrating -and certainly embarrassing- is the Fake News headline linking this undeniably positive story:

“Trump versus the rest as violent G20 wraps up” as if a petulant outcast had been ignored and rebuffed by all the “civilized” participants. But he did everything he went there to do, to re-establish and protect America’s interests like hasn’t been done in decades, and didn’t kow-tow to anybody. Read the Russkies the riot act before, during and after his meeting with Pootie, got agreement and support on the hottest spots in the world, and laid down the law as to envioronmental whackery and trade thievery. All in spite of paid violent thugs in the street and in the newsrooms of his own country. I am the most proud I have been in many many years of the assertion, deportment, and success of my President on the world stage.

Keep bitchin’, bitches. If you’ve done your veracity and reputation this much harm in six months, just imagine where you’ll be in six years. I can. 🙂

    • Aw, come on. What about the full 8?

      • Jtc

Six months for them to show the world what they really are, six years for them to disappear altogether and I don’t actually think it will take anywhere near that long

    • Halley

Right there. Last time I felt such pride in a President was after 9/11 when W (and Rumsfeld) took it to al-Qaeda’s throat, with the enemy-sympathizers, I mean the DNC/MSM, bitching and worse about every move they made. “Liberals” showed their true colors (with apologies to brown mud) then, as they are doing now. President Trump is so above and beyond it all, and we are unbelievably blessed.

      • Jtc

Yup, but George backed down and commenced to “nationbuilding”… Fuck that. He should have gone forward with annihilation of any and all proven cohorts to 9/11, and we could’ve avoided a 20 year quagmire and possibly have avoided the islamic cancer that was allowed to grow and that we face today. There’s the old leftist meme about “blame Bush” for everything, but truth to tell I do blame him for a lot of what has gone wrong and the growth of terrorism and the leftist regime here. He honestly just didn’t have the balls to fall through… I don’t think that will be the case with the current POTUS.

        • Jtc

          …”follow” through

  • Spin Drift

This does not bode well. Sam’s gone with Wade and Zeds got a naked Skye at the end of a hose. Unless he frog marches her to the ranch, there may be trouble brewing. Ohh, can’t wait for tomorrow and its Sunday.

A blue bonnet sky in Texas always warms the heart.

  • Pamela

The let lessons begin in character building and I’m not talking Looney Tunes

  • Cap

Well now, this ain’t revenge it’s a real taste of alpha male takin’ care of business. Skye’s an opportunist and Zed recognizes that. Hose her down and let do the walk of shame back to the house. Nobody’s around anyway, ‘cept SE and he’s gettin’ Sam back to the house properly. Skye didn’t like the lib-boy’s opportunist tendencies because it conflicted with her own. I imagine she’s going to be pondering the desireability of an alpha male and it’s downsides for an opportunist.
