I didn’t see an orange arrow, so I’m presuming this is just a plot within DBD, not a real world news story. But I could be wrong. It’s been known to happen before.

Two illegals found sleeping on a park bench in Evanston, IL, by a friend of mine (legal immigrant, now a citizen), 7 years ago. He offered to help them, but they didn’t try to find any kind of work at all, so he sent them off to INS. He has zero tolerance.

A friend of mine not too many years ago was fishing at night on a body of water in Texas near the border. I don’t remember exactly where.
The local Sheriff stopped, found out he was from out of state, and gave him some helpful advice. He told him that if any Mexican approached them shoot to kill.
My friend asked ” Won’t I be prosecuted?” The sheriff said ” If they come up on you at night they mean to kill you.”
The Sheriff was of Mexican heritage.

The group of people who want the illegal immigrants here is actually small. But it’s vocal and/or well funded and politically connected. As Delilah T alluded to, a significant part of the legal immigrant community is not in favor of mass amnesty for law-breakers. And why should they be? They went took the time and spent the money/effort to do it right.

As an aside, an article I read yesterday expressed disgust with El Presidente’s speech glorifying how the Nordic nations have been doing things. The author went on to discuss the massive increase in rapes that has followed the influx of followers of islam.
And I got to wondering about the left, here, that weeps and sobs about the terrible ‘rape culture’ of our campuses. They cry over a falsified statistic here and yet they’re willing to import an actual rape culture.

After the New Year’s ‘party’ in Germany, I realized that all those women would be safer on American college campuses, even if the 1-in-5 were true, since it would halve or better their chances of being raped or sexually assaulted.

I wish one of these so-called “reporters” would actually ask both Hillary AND Ryan if they plan to enforce the actual border laws or continue to act like they don’t exist.
It would also be interesting to see what would happen if someone in Congress proposed defunding or even abolishing ICE seeing as how they no longer serve a useful purpose under this administration.
Worst of all, many of the members of this admin are “All of the above” rather than one or two each
