    Chris,

    Thank you!

    Unexpected and totally unnecessary.

But you gotta love Sam’s vision!

Our national motto “E Pluribus Unum” (“From Many, One”) has been pretty much erased by the progressive mantra of “Our Diversity Crushes You, Peasant”.

I believe our new guiding principle should be

“Play Stupid Games, Win Stupid Prizes”.

Actions have consequences, and dumb should hurt.

A few days ago, I suggested a new Judicial Accountability Act, under which judges who enjoin the president from taking an action, and are overturned, become subject to the same action they enjoined. So this one would get sent to Uganda, that one would have his court defunded, this other one would be fired along with the whining bureaucrat whose firing he opposed, and the fat one over there would have to spend a stint in Alligator Alcatraz.

I’d rather see an Act that makes it so every ‘judge’ who deliberately and obviously makes a patently biased or illegal ruling is immediately stripped of their position upon their decision being overturned and made to personally serve the penalty of fine or imprisonment that they illegally awarded. Right now, so far as I can tell, there is little punishment for judges perverting the rule of law into the rule of personal opinion.

As I see it, in the spirit of the principle of Separation of Powers, it follows that removal of a Federal Judge should follow the same procedure as that judge’s installation with one additional step.
The House of Representatives proposes the removal.
Then the President removes the the judge with the advice and consent of the Senate.
This may require a Constitutional Amendment, but it’s obvious the 25th is also in need of major revision.

That is a sound and constitutional method and even if it had to be other than simple majority to confirm! There needs to be something other than the current process which is very rarely if ever used.

It may be time-consuming, but impeaching the obstructionist judges who lean on ideology above the law, just because they hate us, and our president is a way to effect change. And agreed, strip them all of ill-gotten wealth and make them all live in the squalor they created and fight to maintain. That they would fight to maintain a tragic way of existence is beyond logic. Mean. Arrogant. Thanks for the wonderful art. Just too cool, Too Tall and Chris.

Is she loading LSWC’s in that first panel ? good choice if she is, especially if they’re ‘soft’ cast, they can flatten out better than some JHP’s, if they’re LSWCHP’s so much the better 🙂 Looks like a .44Spec. ? too wide for a .38/.357. and we’re used to seeing Sam with 44’s anyway.

Not too crazy about that cocked hammer in the third panel but the twins look ready for hammering ____ you fill in the blank 😉

It’s odd, I was just thinking about that the other day, politicians shouldn’t be allowed to force shrai and other ‘customs’ on us unless they’re willing to live by them themselves. I can think of a lot of female politicians and ‘journalists’ that should wrap themselves in bags and sit quietly in the corner, but until it happens to them personally nothing will be done while the rest of the country is forced to do it.

Right now in Afghanistan women are still laying under the rubble from the last earthquake because no man is allowed to touch them in digging them out and they can’t go to the hospital because male ‘doctors’ aren’t allowed to touch them either and the taliban got rid of all the female dr’s, teachers, etc. I don’t want that sort of ‘cultural divertsity’ here, and niether should anyone else.

Definitely impeach judges inventing their own law. And do Not let them do any cases while waiting results. Then prison or fines if guilty and stripped of office with No chance of judging again along with denial of lawyer status. Thanks Chris and Too Tall.

Any and all other sub-systems such as Sharia courts, no-go zones and ANY custom or rules that goes against our Constitution, norms and laws should be banned before they are even allowed to fester. Note – not talking about simple things that do not infringe on rights, etc, they can face Mecca and pray all they want, but they should not be allowed to broadcast calls to prayer or prayers, etc
To highlight the stupidity, lack of common sense and upholding our laws, in my home state of Washington Muslim parents were found not guilty of second-degree attempted murder following a brutal attack on their daughter because they planned to forcefully send her to Iraq to marry an older man.
The father was found guilty of second and fourth-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment, while the mother was found guilty of violation of a protective order. This is also another example of the worthlessness of “protective orders”!

It is too bad there is no bacon nor apple pie.

However the important question is after they police their brass, clean and secure their weapons, is their a fine, single barrel bourbon in the house?

Unless of course, an Estate bottled, reposado Tequila from the Cate’s ranch to savor.

Chris draws ‘toons like this to remind us why he hasn’t pursued the DBD line of clothing for women.

I mean why expend all those resources to design and manufacture something beautiful, if it is only going to (quickly) end up on the floor?
