If we get a GOP POTUS with GOP prosecutors then how deep could the RICO cases reach? The Democrats will do anything and I mean anything to win because they must assume that if they lose then they would face the consequences of their crimes, that and given their abuse of prosecutorial power they have no standard to expect less to directed at them. Even if the GOP would restrict itself to being firm but fair under the law the Democrats will behave as if they faced mass firing squads and lie cheat and steal to keep power.

I’m thinking the GOPe will give the Dems a pass as usual as they are probably hip-deep in there with them.

My point is that what will happen is besides the point. Even if the fix was in the vast majority of the Donks believe their enemies are as evil they are and use that to justify preemptive evil. It is pure projection all the time. They tell each other that they will face concentration camps so they say they will defend themselves, by lying cheating and stealing or worse to win an election.

For some time I’ve found it amusing to use a comment out of a short story I’d read; someone calls for justice and is answered ‘There is no justice, there is only law’.
At present, for those on the right there is no justice and for those on the left there is no law.

      • April 7, 2016 at 8:44 am

Isn’t this philosophy what drives the social justice types? Not disapproving of the idea, but we must be careful. It is already biting us in the butt.

    Moveon.org, eh?
What I said yesterday. Make it as expensive as possible on moveon. Make the van disappear, chopshop it into pieces, part it out to friends and neighbors as they need. I’m sure no questions will be asked as to the source of said parts.

    • April 7, 2016 at 12:52 am
      capn

The only problem that I can see with that B Woodman is that the van is a rental. Actually the property of a totally different company-group.
Rather than chopshop it charge storage space by the day or hour if you wanted to get real mean. It would not be long before the storage fees would exceed the value of the van outright. Moveon dotorg has to then repay the rental company an amount larger than the van is worth to satisfy the rental agreement.
Hit them in the pocket book. It hurts longer and harder.

      • April 7, 2016 at 4:17 am
        H_B

You could just “return the property they left behind them” by stuffing all the trash back into the van, then let the rental company charge them for the clean-up. Two birds, one stone.

      • April 7, 2016 at 11:52 am
        B Woodman

The way I figure it, the “renter” (moveon etc) is totally responsible for the van when they rented it. If it disappears, then they are fully responsible for paying the replacement value of the van to the rental company.

The same as when you rent a car. You are responsible for all damages to the car from the time you pick it up to the time you return it. Ooops? You can’t return it? You lost or totalled it? Hmm. . . .($$$$$)

I’ll get covered by insurance. The cost will raise rates.
Have the cops impound it as abandoned (which is was). Rental company has to pay to get it back – bills back the renter.

Because they hate and despise the idea of this country. They want a spoils system in which there are no rights, only privileges which they reserve for themselves, and everyone else can be punished simply for existing. With the Bill of Rights gutted so that no one has any defense against them.

      Don’t believe it? Read why they want to control SCOTUS;

      http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2016/04/what-if-the-supreme-court-were-liberal/477018/

Only unions get a “voice” in politics. Only the government is armed. And people are judged by the color of their skins, screw MLK Jr.

Their definition of “liberty and justice for all” is more exactly libertinism for themselves, and “social justice” administered by self-proclaimed “warriors” for same for everybody they hate, which is basically everybody other than themselves.

And if you don’t like it, you have two choices; STFU or they will shut you TFU.

They are feudalists and fascists. And no, those are not mutually-exclusive categories.

The Oligarchy in Washington will always be there until we vote out the career politicians. We must clean house and put in common people who will put in 1 or 2 terms and then go home to their regular jobs… We need plumbers, grocers, housewives, electricians, construction workers. Common people who know right from wrong to turn America around… It will never happen but it’s nice to dream… The rich and powerful have their camelot and will not give it up….since they control every aspect of our lives…

    • April 7, 2016 at 11:19 am

I was under the impression that that was what the Founders intended, and how the government was run back in the very beginning. Then they made that their job because of how “important” it was. We were doing pretty good back in those days as I remember from the history books. Of course, the history I was taught was quite a bit closer to fresh than today.

Trump as prez – Cruz in SCOTUS. Beautiful.

Seize all of Soro’s, Bloomie”s and Bill Gates’ holdings and accounts – break the companies up and auction them off – put funds back in social security – any left over applied to the national debt. Charge/prosecute/convict those three and she who would be queen as traitors.

    • April 7, 2016 at 5:02 pm
      B Woodman

Rather than start with those three, start with the DemonRats (of both parties) in Kongress. Reduction of all pay by half. Pay raises (if any) tied to how many laws and regulations are repealed/eliminated. Elimination of all retirement and health care perks. You want ’em? You pay into ’em yourself, same as every other ordinary citizen. More money, easier pickings, and teach a better lesson.

  • April 7, 2016 at 4:28 pm

Soros, like other naturalized citizens of this country can be denaturalized is the proper evidence is submitted to federal court. I think it would be interesting if one of the legal beagle posters here can take a look at this. If somebody knows how to handle Soros using this, I would be interested in knowing some of the possibilities. I know he has a history of hurting many of his host countries for his personal benefit. I suppose his massive contributions to dhimocrapts may be protection money.
