“Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts joined with the court’s liberals in the majority opinion. Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch each wrote separate, concurring opinions that reached the same conclusion, but offered a different legal rationale. Only Justice Samuel Alito dissented, arguing that Texas and Louisiana had met the requirements for standing and should have been allowed to sue.”

The Biden administration has chosen to ignore Supreme Court rulings and therefore has set the precedent that States can ignore the supreme Court as well

Hence Gov Abbott’s deployment of the Tx Nat’l Guard, setting up the barricade, and not only ignoring Pedo Joe’s “cease and desist” ordera, but telling the FedGov to eat shit and howl at the moon.

So, the same method used to ensure the resident took Office. Deny the right to sue based on standing. Which leaves no traditional recourse beyond an appeal to Heaven, if you get my drift.

it was easy enough, the first time around. the sides were geographically separated for the most part.

it’s all mixed in this time around. I suppose we could do what the pakistanis did to the indians….but would we? should we give ground, or hold it? giving ground is an admission that we can’t win, we can’t fight. is that our position?

we give ground every time there is a fight. it’s worked so well for education and entertainment. I’m sure it will work well here too /sarc

wait until rush hour is over, so that all the blue commuters have gone to the cities. Then cut the bridges, rail lines, highways, electric, gas, and water. Gaza on the Hudson. Meanwhile, no more deliveries of anything. It would be over in a week, but it might take another week or two for the fires they’ve set in their own rioting neighborhoods to go out. Probably only need to do 3 or 4 cities this way.

Given that “the cities produce so much” yet they create very little that’s physical, and knowing that vast amounts of office space lie empty in most offices as those “productive” workers work from home, would laying siege to the cities really impact production much at all?

Maybe study what the Romans did to Masada, but you may not need to trench around except to cut water, electricity, etc. There was a stronghold in the upper Galilee the Romans simply used catapults to tear it down and beat them into submission. That works along with Trebuchets.

States can separate so far as the federal government is not taking basic action to fulfill their responsibilities. Protecting the Texas border is responsibility that has not just been rejected, but has been directly acted against. The feds have acted against the responsibility of the USA to Texas and to itself and to the people of the USA.
We all act separately. And maybe together in time.

All you need to do today is cut the electricity and internet lines.
Once the EBT cards stop working and the grocery stores have been looted clean, the entire city will be flaming rubble in less than a week.
