Is this a fantasy or dream sequence because if that’s Skye, her hair cannot have grown back that fast to that length unless Chris has a way of playing with time slip streams.

I am also totally confused..because if Zed did just grope Skye, there is likely going to be hell to pay…
But the blue in the first panel makes me wonder…dream sequence?

It must be a dream sequence.. no tats, and she’s wearing her hair exactly like Sam. Of Zed’s loyalty to Sam, I have no doubts.

Skye IS listed in the “characters” section up there, me just thinks her red hair just looks blackish in the dark. yikes, that just made me think of that line in the original Manhunter movie when Dr. Lektor asks Will Graham, “have you ever seen blood in the moonlight Will? it appears quite black”.

Perhaps the point is that now Zed is wondering whose buttons he popped.
Skye as she could and should be; tatless (but definitely not titless!), beautiful natural hair, and thank goodness definitely not preggie (check that waistline in panel one).
And under the heading of “Changed” we can most importantly dream that our young sibling has finally learned the lessons of life by experience and by example and in addition to the desirable cosmetic changes has indeed gone “red”…not externally but internally.
It has happened, it could happen, and it very much needs to happen to Skye and to many of her young, idealistic, but woefully misled contemporaries. They have been brainwashed but they are not for the most part stupid young people, and with all of establishment politics, media, and entertainment aligned and pushing the lies and false narrative, eventually they will see that there is no “there” there, and find the truth. At least some of them.

Grin. Yup, ‘red’ looks ‘black’ thru the theodolite telescope, when trying to work too far post-sunset, whilst surveying using the stadia hairs. Same problem appears, when trying to work too long pre-sunrise! The Stadia Rod uses a white background, with the stylized ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’, ‘5’,… shown using a stadia-specialized pattern of blocks of black, or of red. The olde 16 foot long (when folded open) stadia rod used black for the 1st 5 feet, red for the 2nd 5 feet, black again for the 3rd 5 feet, and red for the 16th foot. This also made it instantly obvious that the rod was upside down.
Due to the optics of the Wild-Heerbrug T1A, and the T1AE, an experienced Stadia Surveyor’s brain automatically handled the upside-down image provided by the ‘brighter’ view thru the T1A (one less chunk of glass in the Eyepiece), and he actually had to concentrate, to ‘see’ that the Image was upside-down! Switching back and forth, from the astronomical eyepiece’d Transit, and the terrestrial eyepiece’d Transit, meant that the automatic handling to the inverted image switched on instantly = a Rod held upside down meant naught to the busy Surveyor’s brain, until the lack of a red-coloured ‘foot’ at the ‘top’, made mental alarm bells ring…
The ‘signal’ from Surveyor-to-Rodman, was unique = step to one side, with one arm straight up, t’other against the body, and wave the up-arm down, whilst the down arm was going up. Two, or three such weird waves, and the Stadia Rod would quickly get its black ‘foot’ back on the ground, where it belonged!

It seems to be Sam in all three panels. It makes sense that way.
Sam must be all things to that man. Hence. Changed.

But “Sam” is mentioned in the first panel. The actions don’t match the dialogue, either, though. Definitely ome kind of dream sequence, but…. I’s confused.

If it is a dream sequence, either Sam is reading Zed’s mind or it was Sam’s fantasy since the dialogue carried through…

I think Bren is on the mark.
The dream sequence portion is the first two panels. Skye dreaming of what it would have been like had she taken the same path as her red head sister, and maybe what she could have if she cleans herself up; gets rid of the tats, grows her hair in a more traditional style, and looks for a more traditional man to give her a traditional family life. She’s got a high standard set with Zed as the example she’s most familiar with, let’s hope when she wakes up she realizes that it’s okay to have dreamed of Zed as a husband but that she needs to find her own “Zed”, both because it’s the right thing as well as the pragmatic aspect that her sister would draw and quarter her if she tries to poach Zed.
If she has indeed taken the red pill it’s still not unlikely for her to backslide occasionally or to follow old patterns out of habit without malice or being aware of it, after all she has to learn to be a grown up all over again for the first time, and that involves stubbing your toes from time to time.
Maybe she needs a “white night, upon a fiery steed…to sweep her of her feet”. Wonder if the Sheriff has been patrolling the border near his buddy’s ranch using one of the better all terrain vehicles for that area and if so what color is his mount….
In any case, if she’s taken the red pill it’s possible that she’ll end up being even more opposed to the left than her big sister. Often the converts in any belief system are the most devoted, and I could see that happening here as she knows first hand how much the lifestyle espoused by the left can destroy a person even as it seduces them.

Please note the Freudian references in the last panel far left. I’m sure that little image was captured right out of Grey’s Anatomy. Also note the orchids in the far right corner. I wonder what comes next?
