Madeline Kahn already called it in “Young Frankenstein:” “Oh my God. Woof.”

I like non sequitors when they naturally follow.

Edit: I just checked. The correct spelling is sequitur.

Tumescence detected … those dawgs could make for some good MDs.

Detecting and diagnosing physiological conditions like heart rate, systolic blood pressure, swollen extremities, etc.

Paging … Dr. Dawg … Paging … Dr. Dawg …

These dogs record everything and project it by camera, right? I’d watch what I said around them… Beware of Dads bearing gifts.

What’s fun is when you ask when the baby is due. My Dad’s Mom always knew when a woman was pregnant and when someone was going to die by looking at them.

I always thought is was good advice to never resume a woman is pregnant unless I actually see her giving birth. But, I’m a guy so…

My wife is the same. She used to work at an extended care facility and would come home and say, “I think we are going to lose Mr. X or Mrs. Y sometime in the next few days. And she was always right. We were in ND and my parents were in Eastern PA. One day, out of nowhere she said, “You need to go see your Dad.” I got leave and went. Dad was fine so far as I could see. A week after I left, he could no longer walk and he passed about a month and a half later, just before Christmas. How she knew, I have no idea, but I listen to what she says.

My dad was in the VAMC in Washington, DC. Went out to see him several times from Colorado in his last months. So sure was I that it would be soon, that I brought a suit & tie, and dress shoes, to the family homestead, just in case.

On the last three visits, he did this counting down thing, repeating numbers, like “78, 77, 76, 75,” then later, sequences in the 40s. Last time I saw him alive was cut short to attend my mother-in-law’s funeral in Denver the following day, he was down into in the teens.

Returning home from the M-i-L’s funeral, I received a call from my sister that my dad had passed away that morning. Shoulda have trusted my gut.

Considering Sam rarely seems to wear any, it would not be unusual for her daughters to follow suit and enjoy the commando lifestyle as well

Not sure what kind of pronouns and urges the dawgs are programmed with but that boy as well as the girl better keep an eye out; we know Carl has an enormous schwanstuger (sp?) attached, no reason to think that the dawgs were denied such appendages, might come in handy doing fence duty too.

Join me if you know the words (and I bet a lot of you do):

    The Wedding was
    A formal one
    Her Poppa had
    A white shotgun

    And now I have
    A Mother-in-Law
    And sixteen kids
    Who call me Paw.

And back in the real world, at least what passes for real, Elon has completed his purchase agreement with Twitter. Dude with the chops to make the dawgs real now has the opportunity to make a big dent in the left’s restraint of information. Yuge.
