      We are.

Cloud people have no food, electricity, heat, water, etc., without the dirt people. 🙂

        • Roland Deschain

The cloud people are too arrogant to realize that.

      • Delilah T.

One little rule change yields So Much Winning…

Justice Department sides with court ruling Obamacare invalid

U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor ruled in December that the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate is unconstitutional and that the rest of law is therefore invalid.

The DOJ said Monday that it agrees the decision should stand as the case works its way through the appeals process in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

    It’s dead, Jim.

  • TC 84

Off topic. I’ll keep it short.

The media wanted to have a mass public orgasm when the Mueller report was released but what they got was an erection killer.

I wonder if Chris Matthews still gets a premature ejaculation down his leg when he thinks of Obama?

  • Pamela

Ah, I see. Rules are only good, appropriate and sacrosanct when they favor the DNC and their followers. Screw everyone else 20 ways from Sunday.

    • NotYetInACamp

Yes. That information has been kicking around and is accepted as true I hear. But Ted Kennedy was a liar, misogynist, abandoned a drowning woman in his that he drove off a bridge in his car to her death, globalist, order following “Lion of the Democrats in the Senate” Democrat. He wouldn’t be prosecuted. he was a “good Democrat.”
Democrats have coordinated and acted in concert with the Soviets and Russians for generations.

        Ol’Teddy-boy is a good Democrat — now.

Making them strip and fire hose them down, then use delousing solution to stop the infestation. Though there are some things that will never be clean enough.

No, this is a case where you SHOULD throw the babies out with the bath water.

what if we spent 25 million dollars, served +2800 subpoenas, executed 500 warrants, requested 300 private documents and asked 13 countries for information in 2013 to find out if Obama’s birth certificate was real?

    • eon

Considering that it was all based on a phony “document” ginned up by the Clinton campaign, the taxpayers should be reimbursed by DoJ sending the bill to the Clinton Foundation and FusionGPS.

    Calvinists Calvinball.

    • WayneM

Calvinball was gentle and whimsical for the most part except, perhaps, the Pernicious Poem Place… and even that didn’t harm Calvin. He just got a bucket of cold water dumped on his head.

What these monsters want is the destruction of the American experiment; nothing less.

  • NotYetInACamp

Ah. Not so much there Senor DNC Chair Perez.
    Let’s apply the rules.
Perez’s parents were not subject to the jurisdiction of the USA when Perez was born. As I analyze the public facts concerning them and him. As such, according to my analysis using Wang vs USA (1898) US Supreme Court, Senor Perez is a citizen of Mexico. Deport him, or expel the son of an invader. I say that at least 20,000,000 Mexicans can be expelled or deported using that application of the law. That would countermand the effort of the last several generations of enemies of the USA who have desired to fundamentally change the USA and the people in it.
That option without amendments is where the Democrats and others are pushing us to as necessary legal and constitutional action. They do not want to examine this matter very closely as they know this is the result it would reach.
Yet those who wish to curtail free and open discussion of issues so as to arrive at solutions and solve situations often get the worst result they think are possible.

    • MAJ Arkay

Perez’ parents were Dominican immigrants, not Mexican.

  • Tagg

Right now, they see Trump as their biggest obstical to accomplishing their goal of destroying the USA as we know it. Look for libtard prosecuters to start launching and announcing various investigations into any and every business dealing ever involving a Trump company that ever existed. Our political culture has surpassed ridiculous and is forging forward into never never land.

Found the Providence Journal, looked around, have zero idea WTF you’re talking about.

    OK.
So the Grand Game of the Dims has always to be in power/control of everything.
Shutting out everyone not 100% with them has always been one of the main rules.
Using “judges” to get their way is now losing ground so: “We must change the Rules.”
Her is you rule change. Have you been shut out from commenting on their articles and other platforms?

    More cloud-people justice from TMZ:

    Jussie Smollett Criminal Case Dropped!!!

Jussie and his lawyers ran to court Tuesday morning in Chicago, where he was facing 16 felony counts of lying to police in the alleged racial and homophobic attack.

Jussie will surrender his $10,000 bond. But, that’s it. The case is over.

We’re told the State’s Attorney, Kim Foxx, told Chicago police she was dropping the case because Jussie would have only gotten community service if convicted and she said he has already performed community service so there is no point in prosecuting him. We could not find any record of Smollett doing community service.

We’re told Chicago police are “furious” and feel something untoward is going on with Kim Foxx.

    • kadaka

Curious. Monday, Avenatti was charged, celebrity lawyer Geragos named as co-conspirator. He could be charged as well. Soon anything Geragos does will be heavily scrutinized.

Geragos is Jussie Smollett’s lawyer, one of them.

Suddenly Tuesday morning, charges mysteriously quickly dropped against Smollett. He’s been punished enough for what he did which he didn’t do anyway and his record is wiped clean with a cloth and the case is now sealed so Stop Looking! Nothing Improper Happened!

    • Larry

The case needs to be prosecuted, not dropped. If for no other reason than to set a precedent that this kind of false flag action cannot be done.

    • JTC

So…community service is the maximum penalty for Hate Crimes and Postal fraud/abuse? Good to know for future reference.

      • kadaka

And he donated his $10,000 bond to the Orphaned Politicians Fund as a sign of good will just because.

      • Old Codger

So…community service is the maximum penalty for Hate Crimes and Postal fraud/abuse?

Only for the Elites’ Eloi’s pets! Morelocks such as ourselves, should WE do such a thing will find ourselves facing a MUCH stiffer sentence. The left’s concept of “justice” is far from blind but rightfully takes account of many aspects of the seeker’s personhood to render justice for that person. All people may, indeed, be equal but some truly are more equal than others.

      • Doggo

I believe the Feds haven’t dropped the Postal Fraud charges. This “deal” was only for the Chicago charges.

    • interventor

Even Rahm (Dead Duck) Emmanuel is on the police’s side. Looks like Michelle Obama and others got to someone at the state level. Illinois, even with a Republican governor, the fix is in.

      • Doggo

Republican gov’s term expired. Illinois has a new D gov, and the appropriate tax adjustments that go along with it. And they’re coming for our guns (again).

  • Sixty Ville

If the kids in a large family think they can outvote Mom and Dad by sheer numbers, they have another think coming.

  • Delilah T.

News update: the Dems are going to participate, at McConnell’s behest, in a vote on the Green Nude Eel. Some are staunchly vowing to vote “Present”.

      • JTC

Just how the eff is it that the POS prosecutor has dropped all charges when as I recall since she recused to cover her ass as a family friend who had tried to intervene in the investigation? I’d let the Smellit go in exchange for prosecution of her corrupt ass.

What’s that? It’s Chicago so good luck with that? Oh yeah, never mind. Let’s see if that police dude eddie whatever has any balls or if he is just another leftist nigger.

        • Old Codger

Would it surprise you to learn that Kimberly Foxx shares ethnicity with Smollett?

          (me neither)

        • Delilah T.

Eddie Johnson (Black, and chief of CPD) is furious as is Rahmbo. That’s all online now, so you know if they are in agita over Smullet’s not getting his punishment, something is stirring in the tunnels under the streets of Chicago.
Also, the governor of Illinois is a Democrat named Pritzker. Rauner couldn’t bulldoze Madigan into doing the right thing. Pritzker won’t, either.

          • JTC

Yes ma’am. God make him black; as was discussed here in-depth a few days ago, it’s up to him whether or not he is a nigger. Foxx has certainly shown her true color hasn’t she?

As I referenced up there she should be prosecuted in place of Smellit as her action goes beyond the obvious corruption and certainly rises to the level of hate crime. String her up.

  • Henry

Oh, was that what it was? I thought he forgot his Depends.

    • Henry

Aaargh. Don’t know why this comment appears down at the end, I was responding to the Chris Matthews comment.

Good Lord…is it self-hatred (which I could understand him hating himself), or is it just desperation to show that even old white men have virtue that needs signalling? Either way of course it is an attack on the most conservative justice in the land, who is of course, you know, a black guy. The new wave of OTW wimmin democratic socialists (and those who so badly want to be one) are devoid of grok of irony.

  • Simply this: Rules. Correct. We already have those, why don’t we use them?

  • Toxic Deplorable B Woodman

But that’s only the STATE charges.
There are still FEDERAL charges outstanding.
Just waiting for the other shoe to drop………
(and there would be nothing the O’Bozo’s or the entire DA’s office of the city of Shit-cargo and the state of Illinois can do about it. hehehehehe)

    • JTC

Won’t happen TDBW…like it says at the top, they change the rules to persecute the innocent and protect the guilty.

Collusion? Check. Obstruction? Hell yes. It’s not bad when they do it.
