    Too Tall

They’ll never know what hit them.

The autopsy reports would be interesting. “The subject died from a wishbone embedded in their brainstem.”

Too bad that this did not happen 4 years ago. Would have saved billions of dollars and thousands of lives.

True words. I saw an aerial view of the caravans of foreigners racing across the border.

I could solve it in ONE day. Polish style:

Deploy National Guard near the huge caravans. Broadcast in multiple languages that illegal crossing of the border would be fatal from now on.

Fire a few thousand rounds into the air (gun safety — point carefully).

Announce the next time firing occurs, it will be directed at the invading army.

        Problem solved FOREVER.

No one (maybe a few dozen) killed.

Thank you Almighty God, for the blessing of our lives.
To be citizens of the nation founded under God and conceived in liberty by Your hand.
I ask your guidance through the Holy Spirit that dwells in me that I do not resist Your will, but live it freely.

As we gather today to celebrate our nations continuing success, let us recognize the Most Holy, Your Son Jesus, who died and rose again so that we might live, now and forever, under Your grace.

    Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah

    In Jesus name
    AMEN

Don’t forget the men and women who safeguard our freedom:

    By OldNFO on 2024/11/28

Thanksgiving is a unique American holiday that brings all faiths and cultures of this great nation together around a common theme of thanks.

Traditionally, we stop for a moment in our busy schedules, gather with family and friends to reflect on the year past, give thanks for our blessings and freedoms and share bounty, food and fellowship.

Many of our Military are away from home on Thanksgiving Day. Please keep them in mind as we gather around the table on Thursday and include a thought of gratitude for the freedoms they defend and those we enjoy as a result of their dedication and sacrifice.

We also need to be mindful that for many Americans, it has been another tough year. Hard times can serve as a reminder to be more thankful; if you have the opportunity, reach out to someone less fortunate this week…

    THE FINAL INSPECTION
The soldier stood and faced God,
Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining,
Just as brightly as his brass.

    ‘Step forward now, you soldier,
How shall I deal with you ?
Have you always turned the other cheek ?
To My Church have you been true?’

The soldier squared his shoulders and said,
    ‘No, Lord, I guess I ain’t.
Because those of us who carry guns,
    Can’t always be a saint.

I’ve had to work most Sundays,
And at times my talk was tough.
    And sometimes I’ve been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.

But, I never took a penny,
    That wasn’t mine to keep…
Though I worked a lot of overtime,
When the bills got just too steep.

And I never passed a cry for help,
Though at times I shook with fear.
    And sometimes, God, forgive me,
    I’ve wept unmanly tears.

    I know I don’t deserve a place,
    Among the people here.
    They never wanted me around,
    Except to calm their fears.

If you’ve a place for me here, Lord,
    It needn’t be so grand.
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don’t, I’ll understand.

There was a silence all around the throne,
Where the saints had often trod.
    As the soldier waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.

    ‘Step forward now, you soldier,
    You’ve borne your burdens well.
    Walk peacefully on Heaven’s streets,
You’ve done your time in Hell.’

    Author Unknown~

Remember, it’s the Military, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press. It’s the Military, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It’s the Military, not the politicians that ensures our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It’s the Military who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag.
If you care to offer the smallest token of recognition and appreciation for the military, please pray for our men and women who have served and are currently serving our country and pray for those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for freedom…

And all those in police, fire, and EMS that are also standing the duty today.

    Zar Belk!

YES. This time there is VERY much to be thankful for. This time it’s real, this time we’re ready, and this time Trump is fully aware of what he faces, and how to proceed. He is taking the steps necessary to save all of us. And our nation.

Beat ya to it 😉 but Happy Thanksgiving Day Mk 2 anyway

The press just doesn’t seem to understand that pretty much any missile guided or otherwise is ‘hypersonic’, interceptors are designed to deal with that, and MIRV’s are limited in their dispersal pattern, although as with any aerial weapon the higher they deploy the wider the footprint can be. The same could be accomplished with a salvo of smaller rockets, unguided if you want to stretch the interceptor missile suppy to their limits, this new ‘wonder weapon’ was intended solely for the media and is pretty inefficient with conventional warheads no matter the size.

The new ‘unbeforeseen’ russian ‘icbm that isn’t ic’ although technically it could go from Asia to Europe or even Africa if it was close enough to the border to start with, so if you squint hard enough that makes it ‘intercontinental’…sort of…can be fitted with a nuclear warhead, but so can a Scud or any number of Western missiles, this just gave russia a chance to see if they work, a very expensive chance, and it just happened to be launched toward a low interceptor coverage area. There’s no real difference between shooting down a dozen rockets and a dozen irv’s, it’s just the waste of missiles on what may be dummy warheads mixed in with the live ones because russia is too broke to field that many live ones.
If you listened to the media, Ukraine would have surrendered on day one, followed by all of Europe on day two because russian weapons are unstoppable…when they are barely functional.

cameltoe’s way ahead of us on that.
Judging from her last appearances, what few brain cells she had are now dead and preserved for posterity…pickled.

The rest of us would do well to remember the last few years in detail, both down there and up here, and remind everyone else of what happens when you let the inmates run the asylum.
