I started following DBD about nine or ten years ago… I’ve gone back to the ‘beginning’ and read through some but… Who was the blonde dude in the car with, I’m assuming, Jan?

Sam must read Heinlein. She is definitely channeling her inner Minerva!

As long as the first gun she pulled was not “choclata”.

Just going by ‘scale’ and the fact she calls it, her “Special’ indicates that it’s only a .38. And the fact that the hammer is back on a double-action revolver leads me to believe that she had been in a position of ‘one more step and I shoot’ scenario.
Also… 5 or 6 available rounds against 3 reinforces my concept that 15+ 9mm’s is preferable 6, or 5, 38’s. Especially if they’re 147 grain HSTs.
With modern ammunition there isn’t much difference, really.

Looks like a S&W Model 37 Airweight in 38 Special. Small, light, but the vicious recoil with tiny guns is the price you pay for such concealability. I had to put after-market Pachmayr grips on mine to keep it from beating me up at the range.
Did we miss Mari clean house,or did the bad guys make a quick decision about respecting local customs regarding femininity and go on about their business? Blood is comforting her with “it’s ok” (whatever “it” did or almost happened) and the hammer appears to still be back on that revo!ver…
A panel illustrating the three Pajeets frantically trying to scrape the remains of their “Wedding Tackle” off the floor before the resident rodents chow down on it would have been a nice touch.
So… yesterday Mari asks regarding ‘sex’, “All four of you?” and is answered with, “Three” as if he didn’t know Blood had arrived, but the last in line had…
This one, we have a ‘rescue’ without any real explanation. I guess it’s time to spray my imagination down with some WD-40 and see if it still works with any decent results.
I am guessing the Indians knew who he was from the project and also what he was capable of doing such as cancelling the project, deporting the troublemakers or digging three holes.

Three cheers for American whore sundresses!
She as being sarcastic about her sundress
Whereas I was being enthusiastic about her sundresses. Sundresses in general. They’re one of the few benefits of enduring summers in the desert.
Blood’s gonna end up in a shallow grave twenty miles from civilization.
That close? I was expecting an unmarked grave on an un-cataloged asteroid in the vicinity of the Betelgeuse supernova!

In all languages, nothing says “get lost” quite like a .357 Magnum.

“My Indian friends, we seem to have made a serious error in victim selection. Let us therefore depart forthwith, lest it become a fatal error.”
Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree:

2 pockets in the dress
‘Special’ as in .44 Special ? with Glasers ?
Frame size seems a little large for a .38 snubby.
Special as in .38 Special.

It’s like finding out the library book you checked out has a crucial page ripped out,
A panel illustrating the three Pajeets frantically trying to scrape the remains of their “Wedding Tackle” off the floor before the resident rodents chow down on it would have been a nice touch.
Or at least a panel of the Pajeets screaming “Leaving? What a great idea!” while Give Me Two Steps plays on the jukebox.
Perhaps next time they will try that flytrap cantina just across the border?
Did ya notice the Caddie in the last panel? Are we foreshadowing, Mr. Muir? 😉
I thought that Cadillac was destroyed when Jack was killed shielding Kiko?
Kiko got another caddy just like it to remind her of jack a la 48 hours flick
I love a sundress!! Especially since the muzzies make their women look like trash bags

As long as your imagination does not have a second smaller can of WD40 on your tool belt.
Maybe Blood just told then,”Get lost!”
I am guessing the Indians knew who he was from the project and also what he was capable of doing such as cancelling the project, deporting the troublemakers or digging three holes.
Three? Once the feral hogs are finished, what’s left would fit under a fence-post.

Cancelling the troublemakers.
The front 2 look back and see Blood. He says, “Run.”
They look back at their prey to find the hammer’s back.
They run.
