Humor aside, given the speed and thoroughness with which the Progtards are destroying this nation, that kind of ironclad protection may soon be the minimum required for survival.

Since it seems to be a dead heat as to whether Javier will get us our “terminators” or Chris will open the DBD clothing store for women first, you could head over to Big Country Expat’s blog (bigcountryexpat.com) for the latest on saving Adriana Grace, as well as cool ideas on how to repurpose a Roomba or a derelict T-55 Tank automobile as well as reasons why a Flamenfurfer should be your go to landscaping and pest control tool and high on your Christmas list this year.

I’m assuming you looked at a picture of a 1955 Cadillac?

Looking through pictures on Wikipedia: The 1954-1956 Cadillac series 62 had chrome breasts on the bumpers. They changed these to chrome with black rubber tips for the 1957 model year, which went on sale in 1956. I’m quite sure of that, because I clearly remember my Dad’s Cadillac with those rubber tips. By August 1957, he’d traded it for an Oldsmobile and quit his job, and we took that green Olds with a trailer hitched behind from Council Bluffs, Iowa down Route 66 to Flagstaff, AZ, where he would go to college on the GI Bill.

Ah, we don’t see much of Sam. With the hand over the face and the expression, I thought they might have picked her up already.

Meh. The workers either haven’t figured out, or are ignoring this govt. plans on us having no cars at all. “You will have Nothing!”
EV’s are just a red herring and the UAW leadership is been bought off.

What??? UAW corrupt??? Say it ain’t so!

And those line workers? These ain’t lifers anymore putting in their 30 to get a forever pension. They are Bernie Bros, content to kill the golden goose as long as they get one of the eggs first.

Just a variation on the socialist theme really, coerce it from the producers and give it to the workers while taking credit and counting votes.

And none of them know or care about the long term effects.

The UAW seems to be like all the other unions. The original leaders that rose from the workers are retired, and now the unions are run by college graduates, who apparently majored in Marxism and grievance studies, went from college into law, union management, or go-fer-ing for a politician, and never did manual labor for a living.

I remember that during the Teamsters strike against UPS in the 1990’s, reporters noticed that all the truck-drivers were on the management side of the negotiating table. UPS promoted only from within, so every manager had at least a few years of driving a UPS delivery van or semi-truck. No one on the Teamsters side had ever held a job driving a truck.
