Deaths too…so many things these days they can call it in, text it in, beam it in, but you can’t get virtually laid, or virtually dead, yet. Boy should heed that.

A lor of sad and sorry truth, but nothing we haven’t known and discussed. The gentleman seems to place most of his hope in “some judge somewhere” taking a bullet for the Republic, same as saying “somebody better do something”. But “somebody” ain’t going to do anything unless that somebody is us. The writer does allude a few times to civil war and/or separation, but without any specific suggested action. But here it is…

All true. How many are we now who even try to see these dark clouds clearly? Are we the 1%, or 60%?

A crashed former Republic in the firm grip of an actual crime syndicate – the most dire implications are military, and not in a good way..

Why is no one talking about Q anymore?

The GOPs refusal to help Kari Lake was the last of the last straws. We know who they obey, now. When she takes it to SCOTUS and SCOTUS betrays us like in 2020, what then?

Has Javier developed a Star Trek-style transporter along with his holographic prowess? Kiko is teasing Javi as if all he would have to do is snap his fingers and the apparition would be replaced with the corporeal. Oh, wait – did I just trip over a spoiler?

They are mostly in until tbey can hide (retire). They are not init forever like Jo Stalin. Stalin had no way out. Strength and weakness, AKA tactics. If they want something they are vulnerable. Putin went with the “German” bet of blood and iron. He may come up short on that due to the “farm team” in the Ukraine. Worstof all, he showed that he isn’t very smart and can’t be trusted. Nowhe has put himself in the league with China, India, and rhe Saudis all of whom figure that they could play the game better. Putin knew he couldn’t trust China. That is the reason he held so much back in reserve. It wasn’t NATO that he was worried about. India doesn’t trust China either and no body trusts the Saudis. In Saudi Arabia, the new rulers cleared the decks by offering the old rulers “some” or death in an empty room. Kashoggi (Sp?, a wordsmith for the Muslim Brotherhood) was a brutal message to what happens to the Crown Prince MbS’s enemies. President Trump knew that he had to send an adult child (a woman, no less) to show “trust”. From there, it was a cake walk.

The other ” player” is President Zelensky. He knew Putin’s military was armed with crap since he had warehouses full of it. Corruption? Of course. The Ukraine was part of the Soviet System that ran, and failed, on graft and corruption. There was probably a testing phase where Zelensky got to see if the Ukrainian-Russian farm team could deal with the ineptly led Russian force. I am guessing that the chaos contributed by the Belorussian transportation workers was a pleasant surprise. I bet Putin thinks he owns that country since he has paid off the Leadership. The population seems to be pro-Ukrainian and it is a toss-up of which was the military will go if the baloon goes up.

I bet that the Ukraine is as corrupt as Chicago or Baltimore. They are the left-over remains of the Soviet Nomenklatura. We’d call them gangsters. In Russia they are called oligarchs. I’d wager that Zelensky has had a person heart to heart with each of them, detailing a group of soldiers to be certain that all their needs, except freedom, were carefully attended to. They are probably in nice cabins or dachas way west, near the Carpathian foothills that are patrolled by US Jumping Doggy Soldiers, and Slovak and Hungarian militia
    .
Riddle me this. If you were planning a war against the biggest Bear in the forest and the obviously corrupt MFers in Washington offered you 100 $Billion in cash and ammo, only if you sent 10 or 20 Billion to FTX as bribes, would you do it? I wonder how much the Colonials sent back to the French Royals.

Wow, Zelensky trashed to Orthodox Church and the Ukrainian Opposition. Whoop. For the kiddies here, the “Orthodox Church” is a cluster of National Orthodox Churches. When Baba (Granny) confesses her sins in a Russian Orthodox Church, the word gets passed up the line to the “Big Guy” in Moscow who is having drinks with Putin. Cutting off parts of the Russian Orthodox Church is like cutting off part of the KGB, or whatever it is called this week. The “Opposition” are, for the most part, carrying rifles, filling sandbags, or caring for children in cities ravaged by Russian missiles and drones. I’d guess that Zelensky wouldn’t get out of town alive if he betrayed the politics of the Ukraine.

I have been impressed with the Ukrainian OpSec (Operational Security). No one says nothing that might help the opposition. I was amused by one website (no link, sorry) that compared frontline maps provided by the Ukrainians, the Russians, and some independent organization. They were all different. Even if you are there, you have data on one point as of 11PM last night, and everything has changed since then. Anything that you know is probably deception. The tanks that were reported ar some creek crossing have been moved, or destroyed, if they ever really existed at all.

After the invasion, there were a salvo of explosions and fires all over Russia. Then nothing as if someone said “not yet”. The Don and Volga Rivers are frozen up north but are critical to getting supplies and fuel to towns like Moscow. The strikes on the airbases mean that the Don-Volga Canal is within range of whatever was used on the airfields, as are the crucial railroads running parallel to those rivers. The drones or missiles put the supplies of most of southern Russia at risk. That is a lot of terrain to protect.

There are lots of levels to this game.

Hey, Chris. A term that I forgot about,”Rusaulka”. Them’s the lovely water creatures that lure men to their death or destiny. Some are just luscious, but I’d bet some of them are also damn smart. There have to be lots of them in the Ukraine. I have met a few from the waters of Texas. I barely escaped with my life.v

At this point I don’t give a flying fuck about what happens in Russkie land, because our own Republic and military may not survive long enough to protect our own selves let alone intervene. Just give us back all our money and materiel we have given away for all the wrong reasons.

Kiko’s body reminds me of the lines in a Bob Segar song, Night Moves: “She had points on her own, sittin’ way up high, way up firm and high. Thanks for your work and patriotism (even if it is the last refuge of scoundrels). The TL Davis article portends bad mojo. Keep your powder dry and have a killing field between your house and them.

Get out of the virtual world and live in the real world.

Kiko reminds me of my young and more foolish days. Sitting on a University dock watching a few students trying to pass a solo sailing test, a very nice blonde asked me if she could try. Then the crush-proof box of Marlboros disappeared into the cleavage…Oh Yeah…
