I suggested that before they start hiring the architectesses to design their Golden City of Gynetopia, they might want to read Walk to the End of the World (1971) by Suzy Mckee Charnas.
The two sequels (which drastically “retconned” the “world”) were written mostly to get the Femynysts to cancel their fatwa on her for daring to write the first one.
It still stands as the most realistic assessment by an actual psychologist (Charnas) of what a post-Smash, neo-primitive world would be like.
Femynysts would not like living in it. Assuming, that is, that anyone else there would be willing to put up with them for any longer than it would take to render them “carbon-neutral”.
Primitive “Edens” are not nice places to live. And even Tarzan and Jane sensibly kept their rifles loaded.

Regardless as to whether their final results ended up as part of the Great Books of the Western World, a paperback novel, in an early science fiction magazine, or burned as kindling in a fireplace:

The most that anyone has ever accomplished in trying to write about Utopia is to lay bare before the entire world their personal failings, demons, and depravities.

A minor point but for the record, the little Scottish girl (14 yr. old) was defending her younger sister (12 yr. old) who is actually a few inches taller than her.
Some leftard out there is saying that the only reason this 14 year old was carrying weapons was because she was in a gang and that SHE was threatening the poor oppressed illegal. He concluded that because only gang members feel the need to carry weapons in the UK, not little girls who are under threat by third world trash.
Progressives almost invariably fall into the third category.
They’re not stupid; ask a progressive about how much smarter they are than those dumb rednecks. You’ll get an earful- for the next couple of hours.
They’re not uninformed. They read their religious texts, the NYT, the Utne Reader, HuffPo, etc., as piously as Bishop Sheen ever read Scripture.
But they’re dogmatic because there is no error in their philosophy. It is unfalsifiable. (“The science is settled.”) Any deviation from their beliefs unleashes a pogrom worthy of Tsarist Russia and/or a witch hunt which would turn Matthew Hopkins green with envy at its sheer ferocity.
They have no doubt that they are Right and Good, and anyone who disagrees with them is Bad and Evil. And it can change in an eyeblink; all it takes is for someone to Say Something Wrong. Ask J.K. Rowling about that.
And when facts conflict with their Revealed Truth, the facts must be disposed of. Hence the infamous Mann “hockey stick” graph program, that produced a hockey-stick shaped upward temperature curve no matter what numbers were input, even a string of 0s.
They are convinced that they are going to create Utopia- if all those dumb groundlings would just shut up and obey. Or better yet, die.
They’ve been trying since Plato wrote the Republic, which has been the pattern for every attempt at a “Dictatorship of the Chosen” the progressives have tried to create for the last 24 centuries. (Exactly; he wrote it in 375 BC, which is exactly 2,400 years ago last Tuesday.)
It never works, but they keep trying it because if it ever did, the rewards for the rulers would be nearly infinite in their minds.
Never mind absolute hegemony; they think they would become immortal, eternal, and omnipotent.
You’re dealing with people who believe they can become gods.
Except for a few who believe that they already are gods.

Women are blamed just as men are blamed for the actions of a small percentage. My late wife was a 30 year NICU nurse and prayed for many babies and people during her time. I know there are many others like her. Then we have the screaming harpies on tv, media, on the streets, and in our government. Think about how Many terrible women we have running things. Think Hilary-Arab Spring etc.
Leftist women may be educated but they are the most ignorant people on the planet. I lived in two foreign countries while I was growing up. I can say factually that American women in general have no idea of what they are whining about. They wouldn’t want it.
