The version of Stalin’s quote with which I’m familiar is

Note that PolitiFact and Facebook (two of the most reliable sources out there) both rate this quote as apocryphal. The cynic in me suggests that the left would never attribute anything so blatant to one of their idols.

I’m no “Spineless GOPer” but I know when to surrender. There are two types of issues. Those requiring strength and/or courage to change the things we CAN change and those requiring serenity to accept what we CANNOT change. A wise person is able to distinguish between the two. I remain convinced that this election is a b>serenity issue. As King Solomon put it, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens”. There is a time to fight and, I believe, a time to surrender to the inevitable. King Solomon also wrote, “What is crooked cannot be straightened”.

We cannot win in the courts because, as @Oldarmourer put it

“the courts and prosecutors are so heavily skewed that no charges will ever be laid

There is an old saying to the effect that, “When rape is inevitable, lie back and enjoy it!”. I do not say we should enjoy what is coming but, short of full-on civil war, I don’t see much that little people such as ourselves can to stop that which I believe is coming. Even a civil war would not STOP the Democrats – not immediately. Thses things take time to develop. The Boston Massacre occurred in 1770. Paul Revere’s famous ride (to warn that the Redcoats were marching for Lexington and Concord) occurred in April of 1775 but the Declaration of Independence was not signed until 1776.

Think about it. Have we even had the rhyme (to use Sam Clemens’ phrase) to the Boston Massacre yet? We may well see it in the next 4 or 8 years. If so then it will be a very long time before my children and grandchildren (I will be long dead) see the current iteration of Lexington and Concord and even longer before the rhyme to 1776.

Never though I’d live to see the death of The Republic but when they started with the mail-in ballot scam, the writing was on the wall. The dems tested the model in 2008 when they “found” enough votes to get that idiot Al Franken into the Senate. It was only a matter of time before they applied to a presidential election.

And to make matters worse, I see that Colorado passed Prop 113 to essentially let Kalifornia, NY, and Chicago choose how to apply their electoral votes.

They ran for cover and have hid in the shadows, hoping to not enrage those who they think will be the new masters. Their calculus is faulty as even now the True Master of this country rise up and reclaim the right to govern themselves.

Hence the “friends” who will join the enemies in our struggle…we see who you are you spineless cowards and traitors, just drop the pretense and go ahead and join your friends and funders on the left.

Considering that the outcome and aftermath are foregone, I am tempted to say it might be interesting and even fun, for DT and his entourage to just take their “papers” and walk away immediately upon the announcement of a D “win”.

And let McConnell hand over the gavel to the head D there, giving the majority to them all at the same time by having some of the defacto D’s there make it official.

Now they’ve got the control they think they want. Now what? From our standpoint it couldn’t be worse than the protracted battle and maybe war that will come otherwise, and this way it will incur great damage but they will implode sooner than later and with less collateral loss and less time lost than the other way. Then those of us who are still willing and able -or our children- will begin to rebuild from the ashes; think of a forest fire and the rebirth it brings once the dead wood and invasive species are eliminated.

Best thing would be the deer in the headlights looks on Biden, Pelosi, and Schumer when they realize that there is no more fighting, conniving, lying, cheating, stealing and creating crises to bring down DT and instead it’s them that have to actually “do something” to magically cure all the nation’s ills like they’ve been promising to do.

Really warming to this twisted plan…

Trump and the Mrs. plan a grand Thanksgiving farewell, appropriately thanking God and the Deplorables for the opportunity to help save the Republic and us thanking him for his service, his accomplishments, and his incredible sacrifices in doing it. And then…

And then they pack up and leave, taking his beautiful family back to their beautiful home(s) and their beautiful life…and see what the progs and their enablers and all their dark swamp creatures can do with Christmas for which they ragged on poor Melania unmercifully, and running this country for which they ragged on our boy and dogged and attacked and lied from beginning to end but never broke him or his spirit or his pure heart…and we can sit back and watch as they self-destruct.

Yes they will destroy much that is good too, but compared to the force and violence and time to wage war on them and and remove them, I submit it will be more effective and faster for them to die by their own hand.

So they have stolen the presidency…give it to them ahead of time along with the senate by conversion of the Rino’s to Dino’s, full control to make or break us…or to make or break them. And we will be ready in ‘24 to take back what is left without complaint or confrontation and build back the nation that is ours if we can take it and if we can keep it, this time.

In 1787, someone (supposedly some lady) asked Benjamin Franklin about the result of the Constitutional Convention. She is supposed to have asked,

“Well Doctor what have we got a republic or a monarchy?”

To which Franklin is supposed to have responded,

“A republic, if you can keep it.”

But that was not all Franklin had to say on the subject. Someone in the crowd immediately piped up and asked, “And why not keep it?” to which Franklin replied

“Because the people, on tasting the dish, are always disposed to eat more of it than does them good.”

In a much less famous quote, Franklin also had something to say about the office of the POTUS. Franklin said,

“The first man put at the helm will be a good one. Nobody knows what sort may come afterwards,”

then he went on to say,

“The executive will be always increasing here, as elsewhere, till it ends in a monarchy.”

Heaven help us, think we’re about to find out just what “sort” comes afterwards.

Time to draw straws. Short straw gets to tell Franklin we couldn’t.

OK ,OK, OK, listen up!! NOW!

I have read a VALID forecast by a Deloitte Intl financial analyst, back in June this year, that we are heading toward a real recession which will last until about mid-2024. I have also read a similar forecast by an analyst who specializes in market timing – recession until mid-2024. Neither of these people mentioned Trump or anyone else.

Why is this important??? Glad you asked.

It means that, no matter who is in the Oval Office in this next term, a recession IS going to take place and whoever is at the helm will get blamed for it.

I hope that part is clear: it does not matter who will be President: he will be blamed for it, period. Neither analyst said it would be either severe or mild: just that it WILL happen.

What does this mean? In my view as follow:

If Trump gets the nod instead of Biden, it will be mild and people will be able to start back to real work instead of being at home all the time.

If Biden gets the nod, I believe very sincerely that it will be at least as bad as the grindingly bad economy that followed the collapse of the stock market in 1929.

Either way, you should be preparing your family and your homes for loss of supplies that you take for granted, such as food and low-level medical items. Make sure your prescriptions are up to date, too. And be aware, also, that the Covid-19 bug is still around, no vaxx is available yet, and the flu shot will keep you at least in reasonably good health.

Trump is fiscally competent, despite the blockhead crap he’s had from the Hof Reps, and is more likely to get us through a tough time ahead with a lower risk of bad economic times.

Biden is NOT fiscally competent; he is a spendthrift, with no idea where money really comes from, and Harris is worse than he is. Other people’s money means literally nothing to either of them. I believe that Biden & Harris between them will run this country right into bankruptcy, which will take a long recovery, with Pelosi pounding the “SPEND! SPEND! SPEND!’ drum as hard as she can.

You do not have to agree with me, but this is my view and I do not take any of this lightly at all.

True as to the results ma’am but missing the cause. Always remember that “analysts” are experts and what they accurately say about those, and that them that can do and them that can’t talk about it and “analyze”.

We are in a recession now, one entirely of the leftists’ making; we can pull out of it in months under Deplorable/DJT guidance or years under the socialists/commies unless as I outline above they collapse and die under the weight of it.

Either way you are right about the prep; survival goods in the former scenario that now seems to have been taken away from us, and the tools of violent defense in the latter as the hordes leave the cities in search of you and your shit.

Forget the talking heads, they only know what has already been ordained,or have their own angle…and they typically don’t know shit anyway, witness the polls that all said we would be awash in a sea of blue amid the Biden tidal wave right now instead of stealing/creating a few votes here and there to keep the fix from getting broke.
