There is a remote chance that a certain land developer might be applying some “counterpressure” on the family in return for an incident involving some hogs a few nights ago, but he would need a HUGE amount of stroke to make that happen. No doubt the cockroach will come up with a kinetic resolution to the issue.
Just $0.02 worth from the cheap seats…

Blood WILL tell. It may take some creative persuasion, but he WILL explain his actions, and then do VERY suitable restitution and penance!

You would expect the Don to know that you never put all you eggs (assets) in one leaky basket within reach of Mohammeden influence.

    Time will tell.

You would think Don Portago would be smart and experienced enough, that assets would not be where one entity could throw such a disaster on his finances…waiting to hear what our illustrious author comes up with – and what’s up that Sam’s not in the know on ranch finances? Sounds like games being played, that can bite our folks in the arse! Need information, Chris….

I may be mistaken, but I thought at one point the ranch was considered a diplomatic outpost of sorts through Don Portago, so therefore not taxed as if it were US soil. Maybe I’m thinking of something else. Anybody else’s memory sharper than mine?

Harris County, TX taxes are as high as Orange, CA or Fairfax, VA. Public safety is in your hands, education is in the suburbs in League City, Galveston, Brazoria, or Montgomery counties, and corruption is epic. No state tax? They bend ya over as best they legally can through property and school board taxes. Tax man, thy name is MUD.

The detonation we about to experience from Sam’s red fire will likewise be epic. Blood on hands epic.

So I think I remember Canada doing something like that against the truckers. Didn’t O’Bummer do some forms of shutting down gun stores by using banks closing their accounts? Does anyone actually believe that IF, the demonrats gain control in the midterms, they won’t immediately send us back into the Autopen Administration? By the next presidential election we could be East Germany or worse.

Trudeau the Younger’s informal advisor, some asshole named Carney, suggested getting the banks to freeze accounts of both participants in the Freedom Convoy AND those who donated. I suppose I should count my blessings in that I both participated and donated but I wasn’t frozen.

      Meanwhile, Zed’s cliffhanger…

Whoa … was the ranch being financed through Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, or some other globalist financial giant that tends to cancel accounts of customers who are not in with the DEI agenda?!?
