    “HR1 is Fort Sumter.”

If that statement is widely disseminated, will they understand? Will they take the opportunity to concede? Or must we fire?

HR1 is Fort Sumter is a curious statement.
One could argue that until the first shot was fired there was no Civil War, but one could also argue that by then the War was already inevitable.
Not being omniscient has its drawbacks.
The same could be said for HR1.
Even if it passes it could be slapped down by the Supreme Court on 10th Amendment grounds and the Constitution holds.
Alternately, the States could simply ignore it, since they control _all_ the voting, and vote in a new Congress that will reverse HR1.
If the High Court folds and the States also cower it can be truly said the Republic is already lost. We no longer have a government that is a federation of states but just another 3rd World kleptocracy ruled by a self-anointed Elite.
And what rational person wants that?

SCOTUS has already shown its hand, and folding on matters of constructionist Constitutional interpretations is guaranteed.

But the Confederation of States and Entities of the CRA is the way forward -probably the only way forward- to the New New World ruled by its citizens.

It is well worth reading about the 10th. Amendment as there is far more in there that would apply today. All these totalitarian new laws and interpretations of old ones, need to be adjudicated against the 10th. Most of this stuff would fail. That is if the Subprime Court would actually up hold the Constitution.

From the Founders’ perspective we are well past wait and see. Over 100 years past it. But the frogs are content to boil and join in to demonize anyone who sounds a warning. Maybe getting Harris-Biden in and a taste of the left’s hate filled authoritarian streak will click in many minds. Mid term elections are normally a bloodbath for the incumbent president’s party. Is there enough will left in Congress to at minimum act like a speed bump? Are are they all just hogs at the trough? I am not confident at all.

It was already being said prior to this past “election” day that we could not vote our way out of the nascent communist takeover. Since then we have absolute proof. Expecting the mid-term “election to somehow be different precisely fits the old insanity rule.

Bloodbath however may be a much more accurate prediction, in a much more literal sense.

There is, for certain, SOOOO much we are not being told at present. even and especially from President Trump, and though I feel we’ve all waiting long enough, I see no alternative to waiting a bit more, whatever the hell is going on behind the scenes ……. the crucial questions (who/what turned Barrett and Kavanaugh? who ran and oversaw the Nov.3 Big Steal?, to what extent were threats of violence against PDT’s family used to force him to stand down?) are not even being asked – on the Right! I am not enjoying being kept in the dark, and can I hear an amen about that from +80,000,000 others?

Certainly an accurate synopsis, but I will save my Amens for a list of will done by us rather than a list of what has been done to us.

Sad fact: That first list will almost certainly have DJT as a footnote in an advisory role. And yes I absolutely believe they found his Achilles Heel -or brass balls- and neutered him.

Don’t think we can wait much longer to launch our volleys at Ft. Sumter or its walls -and it’s armament- will be complete

“To expand Americans’ access to the ballot box, reduce the influence of big money in politics, strengthen ethics rules for public servants, and implement other anti-corruption measures for the purpose of fortifying our democracy, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,”

Going to skim through the bill at least, although I figure that it is really just a way for the DNC/PLD to legitimize their brand of Voter/Election Fraud/Tampering, or as I refer to it, ‘VEFT’…

Pay attention now: Pelosi said to day she will have a member of the House removed form office – it’s on video – because she has the authority to do that.

Ummmm… no, she does not have any such authority. That belongs to the people who voted the member into office. She has finally stepped over the line.

Well, h..l, in that case there was never a need for a second election.
All the first members could just refuse to seat anyone that did not meet Their criteria/party/desires.
“However, the U.S. Supreme Court, in Powell v. McCormack (1969), limited the powers of the Congress to refuse to seat an elected member to when the individual does not meet the specific constitutional requirements of age, citizenship or residency. From the decision by Chief Justice Earl Warren: “Therefore, we hold that, since Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., was duly elected by the voters of the 18th Congressional District of New York and was not ineligible to serve under any provision of the Constitution, the House was without power to exclude him from its membership.””

        And here is where the DNC/PLD lose faith with the people;

“(C) As a result, Congress finds that it has the authority pursuant to section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to protect the right to vote. Congress also finds that States and localities have eroded access to the right to vote through restrictions on the right to vote including excessively onerous voter identification requirements, burdensome voter registration procedures, voter purges, limited and unequal access to voting by mail, polling place closures, unequal distribution of election resources, and other impediments.”

‘Voter Purges’ AKA removing dead people’s names from the rolls.

‘Burdensome Voter Registration Procedures’ and ID Requirements, also known as making sure a person is legally allowed to vote.

Needless to say, this is another ‘Pelosi special,’ where it has to be passed before we know what’s in it.

Get out there and be involved people. Volunteer as a poll worker and observer, make sure the person coming to vote, is the person who is supposed to be coming in to vote! Stop/report suspicious activity, not just to officials, but to the news and social media. Yes, even if it’s only facebook.

Any member of the House can initiate the proceeding, but it takes a 2/3 vote of the House to accomplish the actual removal of a member. Even then that action only allows the house to not let her take her seat. It does not strip her of the election. She is still the representative of the district. The district would have to hold aa recall election to remove her from office.

    There’s a 24 inch model for $710…

I have a lower receiver, and it sounds like I would have to assemble the lower half/buttstock. I can do that, and I have been looking for almost two years for a company selling 6.8 kits, or if I had to settle, .300BLK. PSA and Daytona Tactical have been out of kits for months it seems, except for 5.56. I want the 6.8 because it will take down a Pennsylvania-sized deer or a bear, or a large Ram.

It should also do well for dealing with sly and cunning varmints, like feral hogs or fox. 🙂
