Good. Under no circumstances rescue them. Let the pain and idiocy be so blindingly obvious that no one can weasel around it.

Besides, it’s Seattle. After the hill is cleared again, a few days of rain should clear it.

And wash all the crap downhill, to the areas that didn’t become part of CHOP. That should thoroughly outrage the treehugger residents. So, double victory…

In Seattle, they can “defect” through the theoretical border barrier. The residual is then just like any Democratic Blue city. Hunting down the dead-ends will be messy for the police, have bad optics, and generally be beyond what any Corruptocrat Mayor or Governor will allow (officially). Then there seem to be “hostages” within the private properties within the zone of occupation.

A tactical mess to be sure. All them “good boys” turning their lives around with plans to be a rocket surgeon, or something.

They’re not into anything other than dealing drugs, doing drugs, robbing, raping, partying, waving weapons like cheerleaders’ batons, and strutting around spouting Marxist slogans and looking tough.

I’m wondering how many of them came from Ivy League schools. (Graduated or otherwise.)

Sad part of the whole “Checkpoint Charley is too masculine” thing is that the checkpoints weren’t so much named as designated. The designations were alphabet characters and referred to by their equivalent in the international phonetic alphabet. In the IPA, the letter “C” is referred to as “charley”.

Unfortunately, Ivanka is no more likely to understand this than the leftists. I am reminded of a couple of lines from Lennon and McCartney’s “Strawberry Fields”,
“Living is easy with eyes closed
Misunderstanding all you see”I reckon “Sir Paul” would be mighty pissed to hear me applying his words to today’s leftists.

When Paul wrote his “Freedom” anthem in response to 9/11 I had hopes he’d removed himself from the artistic wasteland (with apologies to wastelands) that is the PC “cultural community”, but then he swooned over BarackHussein and is now anti-Trump. Sad, so sad…

These artists seem to swing around in the wind going in whatever direction the winds are blowing.

To this day I still think the Beatles’ song Taxman is a genius ode to the confiscatory abuses of a too powerful and greedy state.

But then there is Lennon’s pathetic and syrupy song Imagine … a horribly pretentious headache inducing tribute to Marxism and frequently regurgitated by useful idiots in Hollywood in the form of cringe worthy online videos.

Checkpoint Alpha was the first leaving West Germany and entering the DDR aka East Germany. Checkpoint Bravo was on the western side of West Berlin to enter and leave the city. Checkpoint Charlie was on the east side of the city and the entrance/exit to East Berlin (a dump). Drove the route a few times. Still have one letter in Russian, English and French authorizing travel

Imagine how stunned the left would be if these stinky agitator leftists all received stiff federal prison sentences for violating the nation’s environmental laws.

Too masculine? IMHO, the country and the ‘modern’ world for that matter, is much too feminized. Chicago, Seattle both have xx mayors and NY city has one that may as well be. With apologies to the distaff side that comments here, but your ‘sisters’ are ruining this country and our supposed males in government may as well all be eunochs.

There’s nothing “feminine” about these clowns. Real women don’t act like that. We don’t have time for the BS, because we’re living real lives in the real world.

Man there’s a lot of very worldly people at this place…

I always thought that after the kids were out the old lady and I would be able to travel some. But having started at 17, working through the poor as fuck years then when there was some money helping them with cars, houses, and their travel to euro, ski trips, etc. while we deferred to “later” , never going anywhere or doing anything for us.

When it was finally our time we looked at the euro-world and said fuck that it’s too late now; we’ll just do the motor home thing all over America the Beautiful…and now it may be too late for that too.

Guess we just have to dump Flarduh and be happy in the woods and mountains of the Smokies with a long view and a short list of neighbors…

And I will be happy with it if I don’t fuck around too long for that too.

But y’all keep it up with the cool stories; I just have to be satisfied with the old porch-sitting, gun-toting, God loving red neck Deplorable that I am and get my adventure and experiences vicariously through the intrepid souls here at the Ranch.

Why do I keep hearing the lyrics to “Brandy” in that regard?

Floduh is just fine. (As the 103 degree F Central Flarduh feels like temperature melts my innards today) I got my 40 oaks and a few acres and what money? It’s great here.
As to travel in the Euro-idiot zone, from suggestions, both Poland and Hungary are safe and full of mostly Christian people. They both are the subject of attempted sanction by the Euro-idiot Community (EU) for refusing to sacrifice their nation to the invading Muslim armies that they both fought against for centuries because of EU claimed, well, progressiveness. We can see how well the invading Muslim armies have worked for the rest of the EU. The Islamic hijrah invasion to conquer, and edict from Allah, has all of the nations of EU except these two subject to vandaliam, plunder, destruction of Christian statues and buildings, priests murdered, people raped, people murdered, and a call by the armies for their conquering all of Europe. Sounds like Antifa and the col0nialists claimed to be anti colonialists in the USA. Hungary and Poland have voluntarily accepted millions of Ukrainian refugees. They have refuse the military Muslim hijrah invasion army that the EU claims are refugees. A sovereign nation determines who it will let in. Poland and Hungary still are sovereign. Both have taken refugees from many groups throughout history. Even the feared Saxons of legend were offered refuge and the Saxons had various self governing areas throughout Hungary for over 250 years.
Poland and Hungary are among the safest places in the world (always be aware).
But that’s a suggestion if you don’t decide to go North and freeze your Floduh acclimated backsides off during certain parts of the year. And 4 wheel drive is for snow tires and snow, not sand.

Here in Charleston, the bastards finally got the statue of John C. Calhoun down of its pedestal, where it stood for over 120 years, I find it curious that the newsies refer to it as “The controversial statue”. It has stood in the center of the city for 120 years, and no one seemed to be upset about it until two weeks ago, then the Progs started scrambling like a kicked over ant hill. They have it laid down on a flatbed and are drawing a shroud, er, tarp, over it, before it is taken to an as yet “unspecified” safe location to await final disposition. Wuss Mayor Tecklenburg is standing there, making vague, nonspecific comments about the statue, and damning Calhoun with faint praise, He’s walking the tightrope between acknowledging John C. Calhoun’s importance as a historical figure, without offending the PC/BLM/Anarchist elements that he seems to think are essential to his reelection, which IMHO, is in serious doubt. It’s amazing that required just five City Councilmen were needed to vote on this, and the it took less than eight hours to organize the equipment, vehicles, cranes, and security for the operation. Wish the hell we could get that kind of action out of them on issues like improving the crumbling drainage/flood control infrastructure or limiting development in areas already overwhelmed by vehicle traffic and grossly inadequate parking.

I suppose we’re “lucky” that USS John C. Calhoun (SSBN 630) was cut up for razor blades decades ago.

Of course, there’s always USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), and USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) for the Wokists to demand be melted down next.
