And legos are far more important, especially for a budding engineer.

    • MasterDiver

And biologists. See the Bricks ALIVE displays at the S.C Aquarium in Charleston.(http://www.scaquarium.org/bricksalive) Fantastic marine life LEGO® sculptures on display throughout the facility. Donate your own marine creation to the display.

    • Bill G

      Seems suitable, though.

    • Don Sander

      He aint whislin’ Dixie!

  • epilitimus

I haven’t bought the “Comey’s unbiased” line for a while, but does anyone have a link to the info Chris is referencing?

  • KenH

Just run a search for “FBI BOTCHES INVESTIGATION” and that should get plenty of hits. And you DONT screw up an investigation of that magnitude by accident. NO FRABBING WAY

    • epilitimus

Yeah, I found it. Should have just done a DDG search instead of being lazy.

      • Kafiroon

Problem is that less than 50% of those that vote will ever dig in the Internet or find someone that knows how to find the back stories on these things. I just found the Comey tie in yesterday since i’m quite busy.

        • Old Codger

“Problem is that less than 5% of those that vote will ever dig in the Internet or find someone that knows how to find the back stories on these things.”

          There. Fixed it for ya.

  • eon

Compared to Comey, Gaston B. Means was a piker.

    clear ether

    eon

  • Chris Muir

See? Look at what all of you just did with real journalism in 5 minutes vs what thousands of ‘reporters’ did in 5 years, and with better results!

  • B Woodman

The wide open wild wild west internet, bypassing the Dem-S-M gatekeepers (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, etc). There’s a new sheriff in town, boys, and you ain’t it.

    • Greg B

And why else would they want to give up control of the interwebs to the UN?

      • Th3o

        Cash

      • NotYetInACamp

Everything in the USA is for sale from the Clinton’s, Obama, and any of the Deep state in power.

    • Bill G

I like the term I saw recently, Democrat Media Complex. Puts it right out as a subsidiary.

  • B Woodman

    “Mooom, I’m doing Legos.”

Yeah, mom, gotta set priorities here. Glad to see that even though Javier is a mischievous genius, he has his head on straight.

    • HAL 9000

      That’s why he’s … a genius.

  • JTC

Hmm. The Facefuck and the Twits already manage and control (censor) who and what gets published. Google’s extensive algorithms have and use the capability to manage and control (bury) who and what gets found. Bring in the UN as keepers of the tube and I’m not sure we still have the brave new world of journalism that we think we have.

All politics is local. So’s all news. NotYetInACamp advocates manning your local polls and precincts to curtail fraud and lies. Maybe in each community enterprising souls with a love and dedication for getting the truth to the people will do something similar, putting it all to paper and distributing it directly in their own hometown.

They could call it a News Paper. Everything old is new.

    • PaulS

Since it is new all over again, how about Knewspaper?

    • Old Codger

Nah. Couldn’t get the permits today.

    • interventor

How about Internet 2 people were talking about?

      • JTC

        Interesting if feasible. Sources?

  • WayneM

Assange is okay with holding… He doesn’t have anywhere to go right now. lol

    • Erik

Ooooooh. I see what you did there :-).

  • Javier is brilliant. I’ve heard the line between genius and madness is very thin. I like to use it as a jumprope.

    • JSStryker

I love that saying, I’ve used it on occasion

    • epilitimus

That’s where the inspiration part of genius comes from. The trick is not spending too much time on either side.

    • Old Codger

I doubt that line was coined by someone of true high intelligence. I worked in a state mental hospital (back before the Libs turned our streets into open-air insane asylums) and I never came across any geniuses. Had a couple who THOUGHT they were geniuses but none who had any chance of being able to join Mensa. I don’t thing Damon and Jan have anything to worry about.

  • I have to wonder – was there anybody in the media who wondered what would happen when their bias and attempts to manipulate the public became too blatant?
Didn’t someone have enough working brain cells to say, “Sooner or later this is going to bite us”?
Or were they arrogant enough to believe that everyone outside of their sacred circle of syncopates would be forever blinded by their celebrity glitter?

I just answered my own question there, didn’t I?

  • “syncopate”.
    Damned auto-correct.

  • “sycophant”! Dammit!

    • Bill G

      Maybe they’re psychophants?

      • Unca Walt

Thems are those giant crazy-ass gray things with long noses.

  • Bill G

Ah, one more double standard for the left to love and admire.
Hack, or surreptitiously tape a conservative and it’s a great feat of investigative journalism.
The same to a liberal is a crime, evil, and the material exposed is to be ignored by all.

    • NotYetInACamp

The problem in this world that Hillary (live sin – original type) lives in, is that things like these guys are rewarded, and a person I know that uncovered the first information that unzipped the massive fraud of the Bank Of Crooks and Criminals was sent to federal prison for acts he took in legally uncovering the real reason for his client’s financial losses. Someone had to pay for ending so many people’s gravy train.

  • Pamela

Deals? Can be quashed in the cessation of a heartbeat.
Board Bank Seat? Can be pulled out from under a person. Splat.
Loans? Called with the full amount due and payable in blood.

He’d would have been better off making a deal with one of the NY Five Families. Safer with better terms.

    • HAL 9000

      And more honorable.

    • RegT

It may have simply been an act of self-preservation, or to protect his family. I have no doubt Hillary (or, more likely, those who operate the golem we see as Hillary) has the juice to take out anyone who might deflect her from her path.

Her illness could be the result of the chemical cocktails used to control her behavior. Wouldn’t do for her to get up at the podium and tell all of us “deplorable” citizens to “F’off and die”. Although she may do that herself before the Electoral College can declare her the next President. Keeping her corpse animated might be more difficult that making her limbs and lips move in an appropriate fashion.

      • Pamela

There was a time when families were left out of a threat.
Now it’s anything goes to make them submit.
What rankles me is the fact they require the person’s will, spirit and soul to be crushed into nothing.

      • NotYetInACamp

Yes. Nice picture. Obama will never come to the good side at all unless forced. Putin has come to the good side on many issues. Obama has been forced there on the cooperation in attacking radical Islam, or Islam, as Islam is Islam as Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan puts it. Obama’s US military revolted back when Obama ordered them to bomb Syria for Al Queida. They would not be Al Queida’s air force. Many reasonable military have been removed during Obama’s rule because of this and that they were not politically correct. Thousands of generals, colonels, majors, captains and even senior NCOs (the heart of the US military) were removed or retired for political reasons. This purge of the US military reminds me of the Soviet Union’s purge of all officers that did not sufficiently follow the Communist line prior to WW2. That purge removed almost all of the military veterans from WW1 and most of the competent officers. The early massive losses during WW2 to the German Army have been attributed to the incompetence of their officer corp at the beginning of the war. I think that the Russians understand that, and, understand that gives them a better bargaining position as well as the ability to perform better if an Obama or a Hillary does the stupid that they do and are.

      • JTC

Heh. Makes Chris’ point pretty well about the lamestream giving a pass to bought-and-paid prog toadies, which makes sense since that’s of course what they are tthemselves.

Their header for that pic: “Obama gave Vladimir Putin the death stare”. Right next to sidebar teasers, “Trump flip-flops…”, Clinton slams Trump…”, “Obama slams Trump…” Fair & balanced, right?

My take is a bit different… Remember this?

        https://rhystranter.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/silence-of-the-lambs-anthony-hopkins-lecter.jpg

Looks a lot like Putin doesn’t he? Go for it Zippy, see how far that “death stare” gets you.

    • Pamela

      Be the Resistance.

When I read these words, I see the Browncoats from Firefly, the Rangers from Babylon 5, 299 Days Irregulars and Graymen, and the heroes from WWII who put it on the line to stick it to the Nazis and rescue Allied military.

These days the sheeple have an attention span less than that of a goldfish. Their interests lay with the latest FB selfie post, twits trend or not having the soy milk foaming enough for that four shot espresso.

Not many have the wherewithal to extend themselves outside of their zones of reference.

      • NotYetInACamp

It does not take many. Just enough.

      • NotYetInACamp

I like all of those references. Great visualizations from and of them.

        • Pamela

If you can’t be the Shepherd, be the Sheepdog.

      • I am a Browncoat.

        • NotYetInACamp

          I aim to misbehave.

          • Pamela

They need to make peace with their dear and fluffy Lord.
If they believe anything other than the Master of All Lies.

      • RegT

Have to say I completely agree with you, m’lady. That probably accurately describes 90% of those on the Left – at least, the ones who aren’t actually herding said “sheeple”.

        • Pamela

The slave mentality has spread like smallpox/plague/ebola.

How does this disease get wiped out once and for all?

          • NotYetInACamp

Maybe as Dastardly Dan states below.
Or maybe it is a constant battle or condition of the human race.
            Time will tell.

  • DASTARDLY DAN

It takes two complementary personalities to have a master/slave relationship. The slave mentality will get wiped out when there are no ready masters for those with said mentality to cling to.
Some will learn to be self-sufficient, the rest will die out.
And we remove the master mentality by promoting the worth of the individual and his/her ability to fend for themselves with no handouts and no special treatment.

    • NotYetInACamp

      Too much sense.

I can hear the progressive / liberal minds exploding that read that.

i say that because discussing similar ideas have caused such minds to explode near me.

  • NotYetInACamp

I don’t agree with all of the concepts, but this was a good comment.
Crossing a Clinton has for been like the first option without having to agree to play. Get bought or play. Keep leaking kid. Play LEGOS later.

Best Comment I have seen today,

Voting for Hillary is playing Russian Roulette with a semi automatic
Voting for Trump is at least getting to spin the cylinder and take a chance.
