    THIS, will not end well
    It just wont

  • JIMV

Like the art but I agree with another poster…this will not end well (unless her sister is very generous)

  • formwiz

She thinks she can play both ends.

Ain’t happenin’. Interesting the devil wings look like her tats.

PS Anybody got anything to say about the pop-up?

    • Just click on it. You might like the new window it opens up.

      • AZScram

        I certainly did 🙂

        • formwiz

          That’s what I meant.

    • David M

      What Pop Up?

    • JIMV

The Pop up looks like it will lead to a subscription service for a wowie zowie new site. I am hoping for a free trial soon? Should give Chris a new challenge for his art…

    • Interventor

      I’d play both her ends.

  • Everyone deserves a second chance. Even a 50th chance. “Not seven times, but seventy times seven…”

    Just sayin’…

    • GromitDog

Ahh..but along with that was a violation of TRUST which must be earned back. Every violation of trust means the violator must work that much harder to EARN that violated trust back.

There are still consequences for actions…good and bad.

      • Redleg

Just think how hard Skye would have to work as she approaches that seventy times seventh atonement.

  • JTC

Even sweet white angels struggle with temptation…

And black dialogue bubbles for the dark angel, love it.

  • Halley

At least Skye now has a functioning conscience. That alone indicates she has left the Left. And one hopes Zed’s conscience has assured him there’s nothing wrong with a red-blooded male being physically attracted to his red-head’s red-hot sister. Sam should understand.

  • WayneM

Any resemblance between the boobie-devil’s wings and Skye’s former tattoos are strictly coincidental.

Skye’s verbal Freudian slips… For some reason, Jim Carrey’s “Liar, Liar” keeps coming to mind…

  • We shall see. The conscience may be struggling, but it’s there now.

  • Hardball

Bent over Mini-Skye’s boobs don’t hang down enough. Got to keep it real.

  • cz93x62

Skye might benefit from a good man’s attentions. Paging TUCKER…….

    • Pamela

You better add Travis to that page

  • Too Tall

In the midst of the conversation with Sam and Zed, did Skye lose her skirt and have her tank top turn into a halter top?

    I know, details, details….

But enquiring minds want to know.

Regarding Skye’s conscience, I’ve never had so much fun watching a liberal lose an argument with themselves.

    • Larry

Her skirt/slip is still there. The color difference between it and her skin isn’t that drastic.

  • LowKey

Folks, don’t be so quick to declare Skye guilty of being up to her old tricks.
Just because someone has made the decision to try and change their ways, kick old bad habits, and generally try to reform themselves doesn’t mean their old thought processes dry up and blow away overnight.
Internal dialogue where she’s arguing with herself over whether to do the right thing or the wrong thing isn’t indication that she’s there to cause problems, it’s an indication that she’s trying very hard to reform herself.
Anyone here try to quit smoking? I did. Just because I very much wanted to stop smoking didn’t mean I didn’t have cravings for them, it didn’t mean I never caught myself thinking about having one, and it didn’t mean I never slipped and had one. Nonetheless I quit a 27 year long 3 pack a day habit. It wasn’t easy, and the process wasn’t without slips and occasional backsliding.
Nicotine was a tough habit to give up, now imagine how hard it must be for her to give up an ideology that essentially said she could do whatever she wanted, act however she wanted, and not have to be responsible for anything…an ideology that promised her an endless lifetime of being able to live like a spoiled college student on spring break. I don’t see that as being a habit any easier to kick than smoking. So cut her some slack, she’s trying, and Rome wasn’t built in a day. Try cheering for her to succeed rather than cheering for her to fail.
After all, which would you rather have…..yet another prog to lampoon, or a freshly enlightened Deplorable who wants some payback for the years she wasted believing in a lie that was spoon fed to her by society, the media, and the education system?

    • JTC

To LowKey above, agreement with everything there, except this distinction which may seem pedantic but is in fact primary:

“…the years she wasted believing in a lie that was spoon fed to her by society, the media, and the education system…” is dead-on, but rather than indicating an ideology that she herself embraced (elite/leftist/communist/islamic dominance and control of everything and everybody), those things are merely the methods of addiction to it…the support of Skye and most of the followers -as opposed to adherents- of the ideology were/are simply bought and intentionally addicted the same as the crack dealer handing out a free taste, knowing the recipients would ultimately sell everything including their soul to keep it coming.

Absolutely addiction is a powerful force and potentially fatal -I have seen it up close and personal and it very nearly was for someone very near and dear to me- but that person ultimately beat it after several attempts and backslides, through pure desire, willpower, and the undying support of true friends and family, and is now a strong and productive citizen as well as an advocate for others in their recovery from the grips of the incredible power of addiction.

This bodes well for Skye; she was/is? an addict, not a pusher, of the deadly and unsustainable product of those who would destroy the world ostensibly to rebuild it in their own and their deity’s image. So she can be saved, with continued effort, the input of that white-winged angel of conscience, and the love and support and understanding of her family.

And as a parallel metaphor for so many like her, without whom the entire leftist infrastructure that you mention consists of old, tired, failed faux Wizards (like Soros) behind a curtain desperately blowing smoke and pulling levers…seeing the light and breaking the addiction is possible, and is in fact the only hope we have to save them, ourselves and our Republic. Support Skye!

  • “Stud”

    The truth will come out.

  • Catbert

Chris. Could this PLEASE lead to a threesome?

    • Halley

or four… as much as certain DBD characters remind me of the Longs, I don’t think we’re on Tertius (yet)… but perhaps Redvolution will be covering some unexplored territory.

    • Pamela

Threesome’s aren’t that easy to write from a logistical standpoint.
Drawing on the other hand, you need to keep count of the arms and legs.

      • Grunt GI

My goodness, Miss Pamela, you have the most…titillating posts sometimes…
        🙂

Drawing… you might need to keep count of more than arms and legs…just sayin’

        • Pamela

That is true GG. Though I don’t see Chris drawing eight armed Goddesses anytime soon.

          • Grunt GI

Actually, they aren’t completely hard to write, you just have to keep track of everything. It is all about logistics..you know…which tab in which slot.
            🙂

      • HAH!!! Glad I wasn’t slipping my coffee when I read that, Pam. 😀

        • Pamela

I know. Cleaning keyboards and screens can be a pain and time consuming. 😉

        • Pete in NC

First rule of DBD – no food or drink while reading – especially the comments!

      • Toad

Actually, threesomes aren’t that difficult. It’s the difference between a solo and an symphony. The symphony requires a leader to direct the music and ensure the different instruments play well together in harmony. You can always tell who is leading the symphony, he’s the one with the baton.

  • GWB

I like the textured background better, Chris.
And the buttons are red now (the active ones), so much better.
Now, why aren’t the buttons on the comments page?

As to Skye…. I’m rooting for her. But Zed (and Sam) needs to be very careful, lest she revert to type.

    • Grunt GI

Agreed, the site is coming along nicely. No doubt due to the overwhelming feedback from the peanut gallery. 🙂

Seriously though the fonts are much easier to read and the background is much better. I am liking this new style more and more.

And, of course, the artwork is outstanding as always. I do agree that the bad girl’s wings like a lot like Skye’s tats…which is kind of cool, even if unintentional.

And, of course, this storyline is going to get VERY interesting.

      • Unca Walt

Props to Chris for the rapid-fire fixes.

Everything is uber kewl. <– Gawd. Did a 76 year old guy just type that??

        • Grunt GI

Ok, one last question, then I’ll shut up…promise.

Is there any way to bring back the character tags? I really liked being able to search for the recent Sam or Jan cartoons?

  • Johnny Z

Is Skye naked from the waist down?

    • PaulS

Do you want her to be? 😉

    • JIMV

      One can hope

  • idahobob

    Danger, Will Robinson, DANGER, DANGER!

    Bob

  • JackDeth72

Skye is sexual, sensuous Nitroglycerine ready to explode Texas and Double D’s Entrepreneurial Couple Of The Year.

The next few weeks are going to be “Very Interesting!”

    I’ll Be In My Bunk.

    • Pamela

What is it with men and their bunk…
      Why not the shower…

      • Halley

Wherever. Whenever – it’s all good.
I think that’s the main thing male kromozones don’t understand about female kromozones…

      • Malatrope

It’s a Firefly reference, spoken by Adam Baldwin’s character, Jayne.

        • Pamela

I know it is. It is my favorite show and movie
          Browncoats Unite!

          • Malatrope

            Eyuppers!

  • JTC

Agreement with others that the response to consumer demand for improvements to this new product has been fast and good…would that other suppliers of goods and services could do as well.

I know that you know that my tongue-in-cheek suggestion to revert to the old and familiar was facetious; I know this was not done on impulse, will continue to improve and ultimately will be bigger and better, just like my example of my son’s newfangled website that I resisted in my curmudgeonry but was not my call to make and in any case I was wrong as I have been before and will be again.

On the Hot New Thang Redvolution…if DBD is written by and primarily from the viewpoint of Zed aka Chris, and Redvolution is as you said written by and primarily from the viewpoint of Sam, who is her aka? I mean, you can sure as hell draw her, but considering how well you and the gallery here documented the many God-given inherent differences of the sexes, can you speak for her, or is there a ghost-writer, hmmm?

I mean, someone like Pamela could provide the female perspective, but she’d just have her on or under Zed 24/7 (not that that would be all bad) 😉 but I’m assuming Sam will have quite a lot else to say and do…who will help her say and do it?

    • “… and Redvolution is as you said written by and primarily from the viewpoint of Sam, who is her aka?”

If my memory isn’t failing me, I think Chris has said that Sam is based mostly on someone from his past. Kinda like “the one that got away”. (Feel free to correct me, Chris.)

      • JTC

“the one that got away”…kinda proving the point that maybe he wasn’t all up in her XX head? (chromosomes not ratings you pervs) 😉

    • Aldo Cella

I’m assuming Sam will have quite a lot else to say and do…who will help her say and do it?
If Redvolution1776 continues the theme so far, I don’t see much talkin’ going on. 😉

    • Halley

I imagine there are more than a few fervently wishing that Redvolution will be a totally NSFW version of DBD…

      • Pamela

That’s why you don’t do anything on a work computer that will get your ass written up or fired. Especially if there is a humorless HR Lady who hates men of any stripe. My former IT Guy was always laughing at the men who kept going back to Lesbians Do it Nasty or Teen Girls take on the Football Team sites. They were under the delusion that after clicking enter 30 times, the system would let them in. Every week a report was handed over for all internet activity that was not work related. A few lost their jobs.

      • Chris Muir

        -cough-uh, could well be-cough-cough-not totally, but…

        • Grunt GI

          🙂

So, if you work from home then you can be as NSFW as you want right, cuz you set the HR rules? So everything is SFW!

          • Pamela

It is safe only if you use your personal computer and not a company laptop from home.

  • EC

Chris, you’re have an extra “the” in your About webpage for Damon.

    “Sees the the best people…”

    • Damndamn

  • Interventor

Zed, keep your eyes on the Skye. But, your hands to yourself. Else, suffer the wrath of the redhead.
