Just to make she they doesn’t get up again, plant her upside down, facing where she is going. Just make sure the six feet is from toes to flowers.

Chris, you put a nice set of jowls on that bulldog Hellery.
(not to insult bulldogs or jowls).

Do you believe that at some point in a person’s life, the “inside” starts to show through to the “outside”? If that’s true, soon Hellery will look like a demon from Ghostbusters (the original), or from the opening of the Ark of the Covenant from Indiana Jones. (can you imagine Slimer with Hellery’s face? poor Slimer).

Great episode. Describes the current so called self proclaimed elite.
    Elite thieves.
Today they manufacture the chemicals to dumb the dirt people down.
The elite and GOPe think that they can think and because they are who they are, then they, the elite, must decide all for all.
It seems the rebellion has gotten away from them. how far will today’s cloud people go to put the intelligent weapon capable (owned and obtained as needed) dirt people who created the civilizations that exist and who suffered the theft of what they produced by financial theft and regulatory control. And so many of the dirt people who think that they are cloud people have no clue. Careful. that first step back to dirt world is a doozie.
The worldwide coup of the people is in progress. Let’s try to keep it as clean as we can within moral restraints and necessities.
That new Captain Kirk is young. As is Ensign Pavel Andreovich Chekhov. Still 17.

I so hope that if Hillary gets into a coughing fit during a debate with Trump, he interjects: “Do you need a break?…(to the moderator) Doesn’t she look tired?”

I don’t know that he watches the show, but someone on his staff has to and nearly everyone under the age of fifty watching would know the reference. Even if she knows she’s been hit (unlikely), what could she say in response?

Perfect analogy. I remember that episode, then again, I’m old too.

  • May 6, 2016 at 11:29 pm

“The worldwide coup of the people is in progress.”

So strange. Sounds like a slogan of the Panthers and the Hippies and the Occupiers and the BLM’rs and the Berns. But the truth is those groups, those protesters, those basement dwellers, those thugs, those gov grifters…are all actually of the system, bought by the system, owned by the system; they are what they rail against.

And NYIAC is correct; now the real coup, the real revolt, the real re-taking of what is rightfully theirs, is being undertaken by the real people. May God bless their (our) righteous task and give us strength to prevail.

Actually, the Cloud City official ended up in a scrum with Kirk and the girl miner was the one yelling for help to the Enterprise.

Of course, all it really did to the official was remove what restraints on his innately violent tendencies were left. After all, his favorite pastime was putting miners in an agony booth.

(Kirk never had all that many “restraints” on his temper to begin with.)

Our own cloud-dwellers aren’t noticeably less reluctant to abuse anyone and everyone they happen to dislike. Witness Lois Lerner, Fast & Furious, “drone warfare”, etc.

They just prefer to do it by remote control. Ideally, they’d like to just order people to do away with themselves and have them comply voluntarily. (See “A Taste of Armageddon”.)

Of course, that would not end their depredations. Eminian-style disintegration stations would not sate their lust for Blood, Devastation, Death, War, and Horror.

I’m afraid nothing short of an Independence Day scenario will do that.

    With them as the ETs.

Just to inject a little hope, from a weekly financial forecaster with a high rate of accuracy:

“When you are going through the experience, it is difficult to be objective about it. It is as if you need some time and distance away from the experience to realize just how profound it is. Did anyone imagine the emergence of ISIS before this period? Or that there would be a USA election between someone like Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, who both possess the highest disapproval ratings of any two candidates running for the office of presidency ever? With Saturn/Neptune in hard aspect, the core psychological issue to navigate is “trust versus mistrust.” Who can you trust? This was supposed to be an election about character and trust. Instead, it has become a contest between two characters that are both mistrusted by the majority of Americans.
On top of that, we now learn what has been suspected all along: financial markets may be manipulated – taken advantage of – by those who pay for access to government data just before those announcements are made public, and which sharply affect market prices right afterwards.”

As the author of that says, …Friedrich Hegel may be right too, when he wrote, “What experience and history teach us is this: that people and governments have never learned anything from history.”

Try to hang on. This insanity, this peculiarly invasive dishonesty, like everything else, has a lifespan which is coming to an end.

    • May 7, 2016 at 9:21 am

Delilah, I think that there are associated reasons for the dislike of these national figures. Both are due to the national and international media and so-called journolists. The dislike for Hillary is based on the obvious covering up of her legal and ethical problems by the press and the dislike of Trump is abetted by the constant hammering by the press of anything they can find wrong with his actions, either real or imagined. These so called media leaders and followers do not understand that the American people have caught on to their disgusting lies and obfuscations. They keep prattling away while the people are ridiculing them. I hope their last view of the wall is worth it. But as Goebbels said, if you lie big enough and often enough, enough people will believe it.

        Delilah T.

No argument here, Old Country Boy. The media can’t ‘get’ Trump for making crass remarks, because he’s already done that for them! They have nothing but hatred and really don’t like what they see in the mirror.

I think most of us would agree that she had enough STUFF on bodaprez to sink his ship if she had really wanted to. And maybe she should have. She could have slimed her way into the Oval Office right away.

So the real question is: who the hell had her by the short hairs and made her shut up?

New dark ages inbound. Expect Trump paintings and statues in sufficient size and number to embarrass Saddam Hussein and FBHO. The United States as we pretended to know it is gone, and the sun has not yet risen to show us what will take its place.

      H_B

If Trump were as vain as you say, it would be reasonable to expect to see a few Trump statues or giant paintings around already – certainly on his own property that he’s spent millions of dollars on. Instead you just see his family name on the side of his buildings – which is rather effective branding for an international, privately held company.

Rather than erect paeans to himself, Trump actually spent the day setting fire to the vanities of everyone else. He launched career body-blows against Elizabeth Warren, Paul Ryan, and Lindsey Graham to name just three which you should know-and-loath if you’ve been following politics with this site’s view on the world for any amount of time. Clearing the worm-riddled political deadwood from the Republic is hardly call for declaring a “neo dark age”…

(I’m not opposed to setting a match to self-importance myself.)

I think the nearest he’s come to that level of hubris is naming projects and properties after himself- Trump U, Trump Tower, Trump Princess, etc.

Of course, the same could be said of the Hearsts, the Kennedys, and, yes, the Clintons. It’s a characteristic of the rich and powerful- even the ones who insist they’re broke, like Hillary.

The question is, did they build it? If so, it seems to me that they can call it whatever they damned well please.

Politicians, of course, tend to want things named after them by others. It’s considered one of the perks of power. And the “others” quickly learn that if they want the funding for something from Senator Hogsbottom’s committee, it better be named the Senator Hogsbottom Whatever.

Or whatever the clown in charge wants based on his delusions. Hence U.S. Navy men o’war named after “social justice” warrior types rather than the real thing.

You can tell you’re dealing with one that’s round the bend when the naming demands go off the deep end. Like, the guy in charge of the planning meeting quivering, and then announcing that he is Valiant Thor of the Ashtar Command, and if the new project isn’t named “Oodles of Gorf” he will ensure that everyone else is sent to the Dimension of Zerm where they will spend eternity as chili beans in a demonic burrito.

I could imagine a freakout like that from Hillary and/or her hangers-on. Less so from Trump. In fact, I suspect he’d get somebody like that fitted for a straitjacket and padded room tout suite, the hell with “talk therapy”.

The brutal fact is that the ones in charge now are probably at least that crazy, if not more so. Hillary in the center seat will institutionalize it. (“Splunge!- and by the way, I just nuked all those rednecks in Kansas, just because.”)

Trump may not be the perfect answer, but as the old Red Army axiom goes, “‘Perfect’ is the first enemy of ‘good enough’.”

H_B, I think what Bren was saying was that there is a latter day “dark ages” coming. AND I agree! Nothing is forever. I believe that our current globe-girdling civilization is not only destined to fall but is likely to do so; if not in my lifetime then during the lifetime of my grandchildren – possibly of my CHILDREN! The only bright spot in it for me is that the famine which will follow the collapse of the global transportation network will hit Muslim countries harder than it will non-Muslim countries. No Muslim country feeds itself. The collapse of the transport web will be devastating to nations who cannot grow their own food due to being stuck in the 7th century. AND I’M GLAD! Unless the bastards’ numbers are drastically reduced they could possibly take over the ruins of our civilization and the resulting dark ages could last for millennia! I suspect that the group next worst affected will be leftists/progressives. I say this because r/K theory would, I believe, predict such a result in a time of severe shortages. Liberalism is a child of plenty. In the coming collapse, any liberals who do not convert to classic conservatism (i.e. get their feet back on solid terra firma) will not survive – nor will their offspring.

The enemy combatant press has prattled on and on about anything they think can reduce the acceptance of Donald Trump. I have noticed that the press and the really stupid Hillary and non-Trump supporters waste out time by criticizing his haircut. If you check the latest pictures, that is the same haircut and style as Chris Matthews. If course, when it is on a dhimpcrapt shill, it is not news worthy.

Will you guys lighten up? Dystopia? PLEEEEEEEZE!

In the Middle East, yeah, but here?

Naw, there’s too many of us old rednecks left in this country to let that happen. Did you ever ask yourself, when you were watching those idiotic movies, where they get groceries and clothes? If all that’s left is a bunch of skanks who enjoy torturing the few gullibles they lure into traps, aren’t they a little too busy being imbeciles to grow potatoes or watch over sheep? Or fix the power lines when there’s a storm? Or make sure the water filtration plant is operating properly? Frankly, ‘Soylent Green’ was more realistic, if you must know.

But if you don’t ask yourselves those very realistic questions, then your head is truly in the sand.

I said this asinine cycle is going to come to an end, per the author I quoted above. This next election is the beginning of the end of it. It is looming on the horizon and the leftitards and libretards instinctively know it, and it scares the living daylights out of them. They will have NOWHERE to turn to.

Buck up, okay? If you just throw your hands in the air and go hide in a closet, you’re going to miss all the fun when those marones go into their meltdown.
