So, Chris, maybe what we need on Sunday is a cartoon about the naked truth of what’s happening to our country.

Sam, of course would give the lesson. Maybe with some help from Jan, kind of a point-counterpoint.

Whaddya think? Maybe with some Molon Labe thrown in?

      Sigh. Need more beer.

Is Roberts a rump-ranger like Obama? Does he worship the little faggot, perhaps spending “quality time” with the Communist-In-Chief? Or does the CIC supply Roberts with “bacha bereesh” (beardless boys) complements of his muslim buddies? Maybe Obama promised to share the Jenner creature with Roberts? I imagine it must be something along those lines.

As Justice Scalia said in his dissent, this court’s majority picks and chooses which laws it likes, and then distorts the statutes and Constitution to allow the government to do as it pleases with those laws.

Congress has two choices; re-establish its role in making laws, or adjourn permanently. Before The One decides to play Oliver Cromwell in addition to his Il Duce impression.

And yes, the right to keep and bear arms is next. No tyranny can tolerate an armed populace.

“Civil disobedience” becomes Very Interesting when the disobeying ones are armed to the teeth. It only took 3% on the first Reset Action.
I’m thinking that 3% is still alive and watching closely these days.
        Thoughts?
Sadly TPTB have been planning for this for several years now. Think on these two words … “Northern Command”.

Judge Roberts voted against gay marriage. It was a rainbow bridge too far.

Gay marriage was hiding in the Constitution all along. Who knew?

Now no one is denied the right to marry whom they love based on sexual orientation. Unless you’re a bisexual, then you’re horribly oppressed as you are forbidden from fully expressing yourself by marrying the one you love of each sex. So that stupid hateful unconstitutional constraint will have to go next. Everyone gets to marry both ways!

    • June 26, 2015 at 2:03 pm

Maybe with his last vestige of constitutional credibility Roberts GM vote was a signal that gov has no damn business in the marriage business of anyone at all…most gay folks will pretty honestly admit that getting the official nod has little to do with the heart and everything to do with the wallet.

I may believe that homosexuality is an abomination, a sin, and a harbinger of the end of humanity, others may believe otherwise, but all of that is irrelevant to the issue of the government sanction of marriage, any marriage. When controversy and feelings are used to obfuscate, sweep it all away and follow the money; always follow the money…and get gov the hell out of marriage and the bedroom.

Well the interesting thing about this abortion of a decision is that effectively the states that refused to establish exchanges were not supposed to get subsidies. With the SC decision, now there effectively is no requirement for a “state” to participate for its residents to get subsidies. It will be interesting to see what Obama will now do to get that hammer back. Hugh Hewitt who shared an office with Roberts and the Justice Department during Regan and who has just released a book called The Queen, on HRC said yesterday on Levin’s show that he and others think this is somehow and effort by Roberts to protect the “structure” of the court implying that somehow there is a strategy to abandon or overturn this decision at a later date. Sounds like wishful thinking. Ultimately if this is going to be done by “the rules” we have to elect people that are going to pass, sign and execute laws appropriately. How we do that with the deception and special interests that appear to control who runs and has outsized influence on the media and the electoral process is beyond me. If it comes to kicking ass and taking names, it’s not going to be pretty.

      Oliver Heaviside

Bill, it’s complicated, but that’s not exactly what happened. OC was drafted by FOUR separate committees in Congress. If a camel is a horse designed by a committee, what kind of critter do four committees make? 😉 One version of the bill was restrictive regarding subsidies; other versions won’t. In the joint house-senate committee to has out the difference, a simple copy-and-paste mistake was made. Stupid, tragic, but true. The intent of the committee was subsidies from all, but some poor clerk, dealing with FOUR different thousand-page drafts, goofed.

Roberts made passing reference to how badly the whole bill was crafted in his opinion. Go to scotusblog.com and read all about it.

SCOTUS just ruled that homosexuals and lesbians have full and equal rights to marriage… now it’s open season on Christians and anyone who expounds the Biblical truth that homosexual behavior is an abomination to God. The Canadians have been arresting pastors and censoring their sermons for years for “hate speech.” The PC Police won’t stop at forcing Christian-owned bakeries to violate their moral beliefs; they will try to force our pastors to perform same-sex marriages or shut down the church and go to jail. It won’t be “Dread Judge Roberts” but Judge Dredd, enforcing the “Law of the Land.” Check out http://nationalblackroberegiment.com/ and get your pastor and congregation (if you have one) involved in standing up against this tyranny, as did our founding fathers, many of whom were clergy.

And before I step down off my soap box, I’d like to puncture the homosexuals’ argument that “God made me this way, so He would be unjust to forbid me to act on my natural desires…” God made me (and by all evidence, most men) with the desire to fornicate with as many women as I can, but He requires me to restrain my lust (including my fantasies, Matthew 5:28) and be intimate only with my wife, if married, and be celibate, if single. Homosexual behavior is not the “unforgiveable sin,” and there are many examples of former gays and lesbians who have escaped the “lifestyle” and become straight heterosexuals with normal desires. For example: http://www.dennisjernigan.com/djs-story. They DO have a choice, and a moral obligation to restrain their lust and reject the lie that they were “born that way.” And, to leave the rest of us alone to wrestle with our own demons! Exit soap box…
As for fantasies, the luscious ladies of the Double D can bare all to their appreciative mates and I will continue to enjoy their fabulous feminine forms with a clear conscience. Rock on, Chris! Pass the collection plate!

It looks like the national socialists workers party successfully bought enough bureaucrats and officials in France prior to the assault deep into heartland and creation of a Vichy government. The question they asked of the pope and his moral authority of ‘how many divisions does he have?’ is now more appropriately asked of the People. When this breaks, there are no rules.
I told someone prior to a major political assault on the county level in several counties to engage in a full mobilization as the enemy establishment R’s would attack using any and all means necessary to defeat the upstart people’s threat to their power. The establishment R forces brought an effort larger than they had ever mustered across several counties. Yet. The establishment R’s lost. It is hard to fight massive money and paid mercenaries. But it is harder fighting the people. Among other reasons why the resident of the white house has opened the borders. He is replacing the people. There is much involved in this war. It is across the spectrum. It is total war. Many millions have died across the world in the current war. If they do not get submission, they will fully bring it here. That is the composition of what we are dealing with. I only wish that what I heard as a child I had taken more seriously. When one builds for as many as one can and when one’s entire frame of mind is to help and spread what is good, it is hard to switch gears to destroying. But, that is what is called for. We must build to destroy them as their policy and beliefs include our total destruction. They must receive what they are giving. Every battle at every level is serious. Some are more serious than others. They have inched forward always hating those who have not submitted as they have. It will be a hard but worthwhile battle to victory.
I have noticed that many victories of theirs over the years where settled law is rejected to obtain victory in a legal matter. To get too high in politics (judiciary included) they must have a hook in those people.
They are waging a total war at all levels that they can, using any tools that they can. They must be defeated by any means necessary.

Not to be contrary Pamela but all of the Honorable Persons of the Past are not exactly dead. Although to honor your point a great many are and are probably rolling in their graves.
      However …
America’s veterans are still alive and most of them are more than slightly PO’ed that they were used like toy soldiers while TPTB made filthy lucre off of their sweat, blood and pain.

      Numbers to note:
30 million +/- hunters in this country (registered that is) If only 10% of them respond to the call to defend Freedom that’s 3 million.
All of the active duty military and active duty Law Enforcement comes to less than 2 million.
Then consider that most of the very large cities are going to be race riots to a factor of six or eight. Watts times ten. Who’s going to control that while those “hunters” are civilly(?) disobeying?

The “only ones” actually believe that the American people will roll over, whimper and whine but obey like they did with Obummer Kare.

Shhh … Let’s not spoil the surprise shall we?

A good evening to you Capn

I know not all the Honorable Persons of the past are not gone.
I was thinking more that they are protected from the less than honorable persons trying to overthrow all their hard work.
TPTB can’t arrest the Dead for doing the rough work required to clean up the mess that is this nation. Imagine the nightmares which could be visited upon those Oathbreakers. Imagine all the white coated men with large butterfly nets hauling scads out of the capitol screaming “MAKE IT STOP. PLEASE GOD MAKE IT STOP!” Only God is exacting payment for all the wrong doings.

I know Dad, his brothers and my ancestors who fought at the beginning are torqued off, God Rest their Souls. Dad started as a Boot Seaman and retired a Full Commander.

Ike once said Earl Warren’s appointment was his greatest regret; Roberts should be Dubya’s. Given what happened with those who ranted over the sentence imposed on Ulbricht, the creator / admin of the Silk Road site, I will not suggest roberts deserves to be hung by the heels and roasted slowly over a few burning coals … if only because he should suffer a far more painful end.
