Appears where we might be headed, there is already talks of “reeducation” and “camps”
The Holocaust, with it’s camps and the above motto killed a little over 14 million people.
6.5 million were of Jewish descent.
The others were political prisoners, homosexuals, criminals with recidivist tendencies and mentally ill.

Are we going to add “proof of vaccination”? Just a thought…..

Hitler was a man of the LEFT, and his national SOCIALIST party stood for the diametric opposite of everything the American Right, as founded, stands for.

The MSM will literally do anything to keep you from knowing that.

      Bill G

His supporters here were those of the left. And he made two mistakes to lose them. He attacked Russia, which was ruled by someone calling himself a Communist, and he started killing people besides Jews.

I filed a Nunc Pro Tunc Motion once.
Many would argue this is not relevant. I see reasons why an argument for it should be supported.
Its strength will come from the overwhelming facts behind it. And the mere clerical error of the government people not acting at the proper time.
All are sketchy, but the US Supreme Court also not acting was a clerical error on their part. Compounded by the 6 states ought to have done the actions at the other time.

Nunc Pro Tunc Law and Legal Definition

Nunc pro tunc is a Latin term meaning “now for then”. It refers to a thing that is done at one time which ought to have been performed at another. Permission must be sought from the court to do things nunc pro tunc, and this is granted to answer the purposes of justice, but never to do injustice. A judgment nunc pro tunc can be entered only when the delay has arisen from the act of the court.

It also refers to changing back to an earlier date of an order, judgment or filing of a document. Such a retroactive re-dating requires a court order which can be obtained by a showing that the earlier date would have been legal, and there was error, accidental omission or neglect which has caused a problem or inconvenience which can be cured. Often the judge will grant the nunc pro tunc order ex parte (with only the applicant appearing and without notice). Examples: a court clerk fails to file an answer when he/she received it, and a nunc pro tunc date of filing is needed.

All law is a stretch these days, especially just legal actions.
The election clerks all failed to file the results of each proper ballot when they received them.

100,000,000 plus many more people quietly insisting on such action is the proper way. Not have an Iranian mob convinced to ransack the Tehran Prison so Perot’s hired retired Special Force operatives can take advantage of that to enter the prison and remove his imprisoned Iranian employees during the well contrived false flag.

    Quiet power often works best.

Then Trump will have to learn some humility and to let Americans do the jobs that need to be done. Hire them in the federal government or as contractors like Obama’s Czars, to get things done.
One bombastic son of a bitch achieving things is not enough. many more need to be in play to magnify having our son of a bitch taking the lead. (And he has to listen. He is not always the person with the best idea in the room.) The person in charge needs to find the best people and help them win, so we all win.

And, yes, the antifa idea thugs will try for another Reichstag fire. Soros has knocked over about 17 plus governments using such tactics. They are good at them. And Americans still believe so much in the news.

Winning by a clerica act. Love it. 🙂

      Eh, Wot?

NYIAC – I stand beside you. Excellent idea. What form must this Nunc Pro Tunc Motion take? In what jurisdiction?

Do you think a Mark Levin might champion it?

      • May 12, 2021 at 11:55 am

It is a stretch. Because they will claim there was no clerical error by a court.
Yet the courts used every means to not act.
Justice would be done by having the results dated at the day they should have originally approved. That takes, of course, that the audits succeed and then are presented with overwhelming evidence.
The 6 locations are likely proper jurisdictions, as well as DC and maybe directly into the US Supreme Court.
The idea is to set the time back to where it was originally presented. This time without the massive gaslighting and Bishops hands over the eyepiece. Just because a gaslight false train was run over everything, it does not mean that that cannot be reset to its original time of being presented. It will have what was meant to be presented then included with the continued facts that were available but maybe not developed in complete form due to the act of ommissions that occurred.
As you can see by about all, if not all, f the courts and various government lack of actions or what action they took, everybody following certain beliefs did not want to proceed and only wanted to shirk responsibility and make it go away. So by misactions, inaction, or otherwise, the matters were not properly accepted when presented for further consideration.
I got this right once. Courts will sometimes do it. I say justice demands the reset in time. the gravity of the matter demands it. Ths same gravity is why the opposition will demand that heir actions never see the light of day.
It is possible that given such a reset, the remedies that are included in the US Constitution would still be available.
I would hope that our courts could be that competent. The courts might just be throwing it back to the states to act upon.
It is a path to resolving the matter. Will the same people who blocked the path that was available at the time succeed in blocking it again.
There are more knowledgeable people than I who might do something with this, or make better analysis, but this is a just path. It may have winning merit. The US Constitution has not been interpreted in all ways that it could be interpreted. This may allow that.
Determining what, where, and when is a strategic matter for the attorneys and parties involved.

It is probably wise to remember that the Progs probably couldn’t have done it without the help of the GOPe. The National Chamber of Commerce bragged about fortifying the Election from the American people. I suspect that they felt that the corrupt Democrats would bring in more Illegals, who, as off the books labor, would improve profits. Besides, the Compton (Calif) “experiment” showed that the gangs that the Illegals brought with them would drive off the violent Black gangsters. Compton went from ~100% Black with a hundred or so homicides per year to ~60+% Hispanic with a sort of functioning economy and virtually no violent crime. Most American urban cores are killing fields with nothing left to steal. The GOPe seems driven by profit and doesn’t care about that Republic thingy. Plan on a long and brutal campaign. There is lots of money tied up in the “downtowns”. If jobs and people keep moving to the surround, the residual core is a dead loss. The gangs in the Boardroom are more dangerous than those in the alley.

  • May 12, 2021 at 2:24 am

The turnaround of the City of Compton was among the more amazing things I saw happen during my time in CA LE (1977-2005, I worked 1 county east in Riverside and Indio). This is in contrast to Watts and southcentral L.A., both of which still bear the scars of the 1965 and 1992 riots. A lot of destroyed cities DON’T rebound. Giuliani turned New York City around, but the Demmunist leadership that came after Rudy G termed out let most of that progress get away from them.

  • May 12, 2021 at 2:55 am

    I call them dazis.

Same evil, new century, slightly different name. Now they’re “democratic” socialists.

  • May 12, 2021 at 5:17 am

“Dazis” I like it! I know in my area should they try pursuing a modern version of “Kristallnacht” it is going to turn out a lot different.

Democrats aren’t fascists, they’re communists. On the communist continuum, I’d place them past Marx and close to Stalin with a sprinkling of Mao for spice.

    • May 12, 2021 at 11:34 am

I think you are missing the point.
The only philosophical difference between Fascist and Communist is the latter insist on the State ownership of the means of production.
Both believe in the State ownership of People, and so far even the Communists tolerate some private property just to keep from starving to death.
The main issue here is Rule of Law, the very principle that started the West on the path to prosperity and Liberty. Magna Carta brought the English Crown and Aristocracy to heel and we all have gloried in the result.
But we are, and I’m afraid will always be, plagued by layabouts who’s ambition is to live like the kings of yore and fly the banner of “equity” in direct defiance of a prosperity that has given us “poor people” who already have the standard of living of those kings.
Those layabouts want for only one thing …POWER.., and I for one am not willing to give it to them.

        The 300

Nope. There’s one more important distinction between Fascists and Communists. Communists are globalists. Fascists are nationalists. Mussolini, the guy who invented Fascism, was a long time socialist who thought that international socialism, run from the Soviet Union, had nothing to offer the Italian people.

If the election process was as pure as they claim, they should be eagerly supporting the investigation to prove the claims and disprove the words from that Bad Orange Man.

    • May 13, 2021 at 9:37 pm

They only want ballots to be counted. They don’t want valid ballots from registered voters to only be counted.
Those would be real voters voting with a ballot.
Can’t have that, can we? they say.

  • May 12, 2021 at 5:33 am

The Democratic CommuNazis are trying to use the January 6th protest as their Reichstag. They are already using the FBI as their Gestapo.

    • May 12, 2021 at 7:13 am

They’ve been using the FBI as their enforcers as long as there’s BEEN an FBI.

  • May 12, 2021 at 9:05 am

It’s clearer…Now THAT is funny. Didn’t shoot coffee through the snout but damned near. Thanks.

  • May 12, 2021 at 9:36 am

Liz Cheney just got the boot from the Republican conference leadership. As she departed, she promised to fight Bad Orange Man to the very end and “prevent him from getting anywhere close to the oval office”. Sorry Liz, but you haven’t noticed that no one is behind you. Don’t leave mad, just leave.

    • May 12, 2021 at 11:45 am

Yep, the vote for new GOP leader happens Friday, and Cheney will probably get tossed out in 2022.

Actually, the only people behind her are the pedos from the Lincoln Project. She better not bend over.

      • May 12, 2021 at 9:11 pm

That is very judgemental of you to suggest that she doesn’t like it without knowing the truth.

  • May 12, 2021 at 9:56 am

Speaking of your gopes who think we are their dopes…note how closely her words parallel those of the die werbung…

“The stunning removal of the No. 3 House Republican over her condemnation of Trump’s election lies reflects the influence the former president still retains over the GOP.”
“We cannot let the former president drag us backward and make us complicit in his efforts to unravel our democracy. Down that path lies our destruction, and potentially the destruction of our country,” she said.
“If you want leaders who will enable and spread his destructive lies, I’m not your person, you have plenty of others to choose from. That will be their legacy.”

We already know your legacy, Liz. “Elizabeth Cheney, traitor you’re her President, her constituents, and her Republic.”

    • May 12, 2021 at 9:59 am

      “…traitor to her President…”

Man I hate that spellcheck thing.

    • May 12, 2021 at 10:00 am

Was going to add traitor to her party, but she’s pretty much in line with most of them, or they with her.

      • May 12, 2021 at 10:47 am

Democracy. I do not think that word means what they think it means. I never learned that it means stealing an election, burning businesses, denying any voice against what the whole mob wants and attacking those who they deem not with them.

      • May 12, 2021 at 11:39 am

        Didn’t you just define “Woke”?

      • May 12, 2021 at 12:06 pm

        Every ballot must be counted.

I still have checks. I must have more money to spend. This check is valid.

Both have no relation to the factual underpinning. Ballots require valid voters (citizens) in order o be valid and counted.
Checks require the underlying fiat to cover the check to make them valid.

Re: Pat Hines – Democrats are Fascist and Communist, but Communism became Fascist Marxist-Leninism when Lenin adopted Mussolini’s “Marxist Reforms” in the early 20’s before his death in Jan 1923.
He extolled Mussolini’s manifesto in an essay editorial in Pravda (1922) and followed through with the idea of using the old order as ‘slave labor’ working in place, thus achieving a jump start to the ‘business expertise’ of the party alongside the actual slave labor of young students, peasants, dissidents, Mensheviks

The next goodthink is at hand as Israel is experiencing the reality of Critical Race Theory. China’s threatening Australia with rocket attacks over an extension of Peace with Taiwan and Japan. There are no straight lines.

    • May 12, 2021 at 12:12 pm

The French Senate just supported Taiwan (Unanimously?), and Macron wisely is agreeing.

China messed with that French Pacific paradise of New Caledonia, I hear. Payback. And doing the right thing.

  • May 12, 2021 at 11:10 am

There are two straight lines actually; the Word of God, and this one. There are Patriots, even within the edu system…this should be required course work for all students, all citizens, and esp all non-citizens if they ever want to be one, and if they don’t get them the hell out of here…

  • May 12, 2021 at 1:30 pm

I expected the Dims would start embracing their inner fascist when after 9/11 they found themselves making excuses for the Jew-hating Jew-killing Islamists (Hitler’s allies) while excoriating any and every attempt by GWB to stop the Jew-hating Jew-killing Islamists. But it seems it has taken the TDS-virus to enable them to actually come out of the closet.

I though the first Reichstag attempt was Jan 6. Watch out for the re-run. The audits may get them even more hinky.

Considering all the potential uglies, I am still partial to, “I am President Trump! Marines! Fix bayonets! Follow me!”. Better them than us. It would probably prudent to put the Wife and Son in a hotel suite in Saudi or Jordan. For the food, of course.
