Are Zed and Jan co-conspirators on this?
Given Sam’s and Damon’s pedigrees of obvious hybrid vigor, I am surprised at their concern over ‘your various levels of tan.”
All they gotta do is add -ish to the colors and they’re golden…so to speak.
As long as it isn’t Goldberg-ish, as so many taliban backing ‘liberals’ would say today 😉
THIS could get….interesting..
“All Cats are Grey in the dark.”
“It’s all pink on the inside.”
“All Cats are Grey in the dark”
and we all bleed red.
“…and we all bleed red.”
I don’t know many “people of color” named “Ian,” unless you count Black Irish.
Pink-ish is a color
Just as round is a shape for us ( me) exercise challenged
I just hired a gentleman of Jamacian ancestry named Ian.
I worked in Jamaica with white people.
Geez, now that I think of it. I’m white.
As we used to say in the Army, “We are all just different shades of green.”
Wish the world could understand that…..
That was a ‘thing’ in the USMC as well
Was a thing in the Navy except it was blue.
The rest of the old joke goes…”all you light green marines over here, all you dark green marines over there” 😉
Just in case anyone decides to leap into the woke on me….
Skin colour is irrelevant, except when choosing clothing accessories.
Job performance is the only thing that matters and I’ve seen a lot of patently useless individuals of all shades put into positions they should never have been hired for. Luckily their built-in bone idleness usually stopped their total incompetence and unwillingness to learn from doing too much damage, but hiring people for hazardous work by the number of checkmarks you can put on the ‘wokesheet’ instead of the worksheet isn’t a good idea.
The world understands. At least it’s children do. It’s the divide and conquerors that sell the, not Russian but, Democrat disinformation.
“You’ve got to be carefully taught,” from Rogers and Hammerstein’s “South Pacific.”
“40-year-old divorced man, living with mother.” Had me looking for the balaclava and my knife for a late night visit to stem the ardor. That’s too funny, that it provoked an automatic instinct to protect. One of our 16-year-old gal pals used to date a 32-year-old law student and we thought he was a perve. She thought he was da bomb, ended up marrying a guy 15 years older than her. All cats…in the dark. This is a funny old world. Find love where you may.
The first thing I thought of was “is he caring for his ailing mother while his ex lives in what used to be his house ?” ‘divorced’ implies that he had a sort of stable life at one point…maybe.
I just turned 75. My girlfriend will soon be 23.
Damned if I know how that happened…
I was 38, my bride was 21. That was 45-yrs ago, and yes — we are still together and would have it no other way.
Wasn’t there 21 yo Georgia college student got locked up and lost everything for his um, “ardor” of his 16 yo (willing) gf? Careful there Ian.
Oh shit…she didn’t take the jabs did she?
Can’t afford to lose any like her…
Dang, she made more sense than our combined congressional “people” and add in a good number of judges.
She, like some do, left us too early for us.
Zed, should “Ian” be 40, take him out for a LONG walk home.
And mind the deep dug trench that Ian might accidently (on purpose) fall into.
Watch for snakes and scorpions 😉
Just a matter of time…
Visiting the resting place of many of my ancestors. I noted the 8 to 10 year difference in ages. Back then, a man was supposed to prove he could support a family before marrying.
Now too many girls want you to support their lifestyle. Even the smart ones with great jobs want the money to go to living a great life rather than ‘wasting’ the time and money on children. Selfishness, anyone?
Biden, Schumer, and the 1965 Immigration act help solve it with replacement Americans for the seeming all powerful corporate owners.
Would you trust someone who speaks of using vaccines to reduce the population growth, and then makes the vaccines, with anything.
The old Island women, grandmas and mamas, that I would talk with while working down South in the Caribbean and such, would make all of these questions a subject of discussion. I am sure the discussions that I had are still not PC in legacy society and legacy media. Sometimes you have to walk outside and talk with people to learn things.
Ahhh, talking with the mamas, grannies, and aunties; of any ethnic background.
Some of the best people ever, God bless ’em.
If that’s the case, then I married too young.
I was still in school, no profession at that time.
(I changed my school and major from nursing to electronics)
But we’ve managed to make it all work, been together for 49 years as of December 2022.
