What part of ‘fundamental change’ don’t you understand ?

That kind of media incest has been around forever. They’re just taking more advantage of cisgender mating.

As for Zero’s Islamic roots, according to Sharia, if Daddy’s a Moslem, you’re a Moslem.

That he’s also a Commie is going to make it a tad difficult for him when somebody calls him an apostate.

The blunt, ugly truth, is that ever single name listed here should be beaten to a pulp then thrown against a wall and given a Ceaușescu firing squad

They are ALL traitors to the republic

(to the tune of Chattanooga Choo-Choo)
      Pardon me boys,
Are you the cats that shot Ceausescu?
      “Twenty-nine times!”
Boys, you did it just fine!

      I have a job,
Where you can reprise your role,
      Just go after Obama,
He really just has to go!

    • September 27, 2015 at 9:44 am

The irony is, Ceausescu actually had policies that were for the benefit of the Romanian people. In fact given the demographic decline in Europe and elsewhere in the developed nations, he was correct in some of what he did and extreme in others but to the same effect. At the end of the day they didn’t suffer demographic collapse the way the other nations are now. So hate him all you want but he wasn’t a traitor to his people like Obama is. He was a tyrant and a totalitarian and did things which are unforgivable. Not arguing that. But at least in his mind it was to save his people not destroy them or, ‘change them fundamentally’ which is a Harvard way of saying destroy.

Wright headed up a cult, not a Christian church. Not even in the Koran is there the verse “G– D—– America.”

    • September 26, 2015 at 11:10 pm

Easy to see and know what someone like the rev. wright is; much more troubling to me, and I’ve mentioned this a few times in the last few days but just can’t get past it, is the leader of the vast and worldwide congregation of Christians, people whose faith by definition has cleaved to conservatism, used his position’s first time ever address to the US congress and every other bully pulpit he disgraced, to openly and forcefully reject every tenet of conservative religious family life and instead embraced every facet of the fascist liberal agenda; communism, climate change, reduced living standard, anti-capitalism, open acceptance and support of unlimited immigration, income and asset redistribution…and not a direct word about the cultivation and murder of human babies for parts.

We know who our enemies are; they are legion and they are growing, but the principles that founded and have sustained us until now can defeat them. But if the enemies that want to destroy us, already aided and abetted by the enemy within that is the subject of this ‘toon, have been joined by the largest contingent of erstwhile allies in their effort to destroy Americans and America itself as we know it, what then? And why in the name of God has this traitorous behavior not been called out, and instead been greeted with throngs of adorers and distinctly un-Christian idolatry?

Look up “liberation theology” and “Peronism”. Il Papa is nearly a perfect example of the Catholic Church in the Third World generally and Latin America specifically, going back to the immediate post- WW2 period.

His insistence that he’s not a socialist is the standard cant from the LT types. No, “we’re just rational”. Daniel Ortega was and is a devotee of this philosophy. Not socialist. Right.

It’s actually a reversion to the Church’s role in Europe in the Fifteenth through Eighteenth Centuries, when a succession of popes either (1) became the enablers and lapdogs of ambitious rulers, like Philip II of Spain or (2) tried to play kingmaker, attempting to remake the world the way they thought it should be, like Richelieu in France during the Thirty Years’ War. Neither one works very well, and most popes since Napoleon’s time have had sense enough not to try either one.

(There’s a reason the wars from the Spanish Succession through the French and Indian war are referred to by historians as the Wars of Religion.)

Pope Francis apparently thinks that he can do one or the other. Or else that his social dogmas trump his actual purpose in being Vicar of Rome.

Although it must be kept firmly in mind that, having been elected by the College of Cardinals, he must have a considerable number of those cardinals with similar views. Either that, or some awfully poorly-informed ones.

Progressives who normally object to religion mixing in politics are conspicuously silent about this Pope doing it, you may have noticed. I suspect that if he had views similar to John Paul II, it would be a different story.

Just as with the newsies listed in today’s panels re The One. The problem isn’t so much The One’s radical- make that “demented” worldview, as it is that his worldview is shared by many if not most self-defined “progressives”.

As with the Germans and Hitler, the reason the present crop of hip, trendy, “post-modern” sophisticates aren’t saying more about The One’s “dreams” is that they may simply like what he’s saying. And share his loathing of humanity in general and Western civilization in particular.

An opinion apparently also shared by the present pope. Who could very likely be recorded in future Church annals as one of the… antipopes.

      • September 27, 2015 at 11:54 am

Thanks for the historical perspective; can’t say the precedent for the church colluding with despots and tyrants makes me feel any better about this pope doing the same.

Having rejected the pomp, circumstance, and man-made hierarchy of organized religion since my earliest days with Southern Baptists, the trappings and politics of it all repulses me. My Christianity, my religion, is based on my belief that I can and do have a direct relationship with the Only Real One, and I have passed that to my children…I don’t need all that crap to do my best to follow His teachings and live my life as He would want and expect me to do.

As I said in an earlier post, the whole absurdity of it all and the belief that we need some intermediary or conduit (whether the great robed pope or the blow-dried televangelist), is something I reject in its entirety along with the politics and money…always follow the money…that it really is at its antithetical core.

But the gist of my earlier comment is that I think it is distinctly dangerous considering the teetering precipice upon which we find our Republic right now, to have this huge new contingent led, pushed, and prodded by their own “leader” into a joint effort to ruin and/or take over the world, leading me to wonder for the first time if we might actually be facing TEOTWAWKI.

The press are quite literally in bed with the Obama administration, and that list only includes those participating in what looks like traditional heterosexual marriage but if you add in all the other varieties of human animal vegetable or mineral coupling that may be present of celebrated in the White House and Media then the list might be even longer and more interesting, but it is the Republic and the American people that get screwed.

Best known for “leading from her ‘behind'” while putting a match to the world for President Barack Obama.

That Hideous Strength was one part of a science fiction trilogy by C.S. Lewis.

Maybe you should read the other two parts. They’re even more interesting. One of them is about Mars and the other is about a voyage to Venus, a planet that WE know cannot support anything, never mind life.

      It’s fiction, Snafu.

Being that they were written by Lewis, they are, all three of them, morality tales. Yes, fictional, but morality tales, none the less.

Obama’s actions may have extended Islam more than anyone has in a long while. Obama set in motion (with Soros, NGO’s and other progressives) the actions that may result in the Muslim conquest of Europe. All while lying and misdirecting the meaning of his actions.
Many in the EU are complicit.

Bingo. He said it in his book that when faced with a choice he would always tend to take the Muslim point of view. Had that been given its due we would not have this other litany to cite. But it started well before that with the acceptance of behavior, by government & individuals, that is – even in the absence of written law – simply wrong. The result is the inability of the frog to recognize when the heat is being turned up under the pan.

Christian? No. Patriot? No. Muslim? I’m not at all sure that Obola has it in him to worship anyone or anything besides Obola.
Meanwhile I got to recalling historic situations…
Hitler told the world what he would do and everyone decided to ignore it, with consequences that are well known.
Nikita Khrushchev said “We will bury you” and U.S. Presidents took him seriously enough to stop him.
Now the mad mullahs of Iran chant “Death to America” and Obola doesn’t just say “Oh, they don’t really mean it”, he gives them the go-ahead to manufacture nuclear weapons and billions of dollars to support world-wide terrorism.

    1. Send an invading army, but not in “uniform.”

Here is some irresponsible speculation. Please bear with me.

You listed a few of the ways Obama, by action and inaction, have helped the advance of radical Islam.

Let’s look here at home where people from all over the world are crossing our boarders with no idea of who and where they are from. Obama is expediting the migration of Middle Eastern people to the USA as refugees by paying to have they shipped here.

Criminal organizations are forming and becoming more active all over the country, like the new Black Panther party and Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13). You only rarely hear it talked about in the news. What other criminal organizations are being created from this influx of Middle Eastern peoples?

Now, it has been reported for years that the Federal Government has been buying up the supply of bullets (non-military approved hollow points for example) to the point of shortages. Agencies like the EPA, IRS, NEA (teachers?), etc. that do not have a need for that volume of ammo usage are buying it up. We were told it was an attempt at gun control. Maybe not.

What if it is an attempt at stock piling ammo for the civilian “police” force that Obama wants that was “as strong and well equipped as the military”. And what if it was meant for a fighting force but not for policing.

What is the ammo fell into the hands of gangs and Radical fighting age men that are being exported here from the Middle East?

Crazy is it not to even think this a possibility. If someone had told me this theory 8 years ago I would have laughed in their face. Today, not so much.

    Discuss.

I can’t believe you’d indulge in such outrageously irresponsible speculation, Curley. Why it’s almost as irresponsible as speculating that the Obama administration would deliberately plan to give the dedicated, determined military personnel of our ally, Iraq, billions of dollars worth of our advanced weaponry without a clue that they’d cut and run, and abandon all that weaponry to ISIS. Oh, wait…

In terms of adherence to the tenets of the faith, Obama is not much of a moslem. He doesn’t pray five times a day, he has been seen to drink beer, and as far as I know he likes bacon as much as the next guy.

But is he pro-moslem, in the sense that he thinks that majority-moslem countries can establish and maintain decent, well-run countries. No such country exists today. Some are worse that others, but they’re all poor, backward, and more-or-less unfree.

So he bases his decisions on a false set of facts about the nature of the Islamic world. And when you start with false facts, you’re pretty much certain to wind up with stupid conclusions and actions.

I am minded of the Irish rabble rouser by Thomas Moore fro the 19th century, “The Harp That Once Through Tara’s Halls” — “So sleeps the pride of former days so glory’s thrill is over
. . The chord alone that breaks at night / its tale of ruin tells
Thus freedon now so seldom wakes / the only throb she gives
Is when some heart indignant breaks / to show that still she lives”

. . and what of Bobby Soetoro, that spent his school days learning of Indonesian communism in a Muslim school?
