Fun how they got both parents. (But it is “elevons” not “elavons”)

    JTC,

Sorry, it took me longer than I expected. I’ll match your $90 for today’s game and that will also match your $250 total.

It’s been fun. You are one of the good guys.

    Ya’ll be cool.

    TBH

TBH, you could have beat me by a buck, and that would have been cool.

But you took the high road and the tie, and that is good.

Cool is subjective and transitory, good is objective and inherent.

      Thanks.

    Isn’t homeschooling a wonderful concept?

I want to know if they still think 9mm is boring.

If they think it’s boring, and probably feel so by comparing to newer cartridges, perhaps they could be told some of it’s history…pistols chambered for the 9mM Parabellum and wars fought with those guns.

The 9 x 19 hits almost as hard as the .357, hasn’t got a lot of recoil, holds more rounds than the .45, and feeds no matter what due to its tapered profile. I started out using .38 Spl. and .45 ACP. Nowadays I use 9 x 19mm. It’s probably the best “all-around” autopistol round (as opposed to revolver round) there is.

        Just IMHO.

        cheers

I will grant you with the newer bonded technology, the 9 MM has come a long ways, but bigger holes still leak more.

I have never felt any more outgunned with my 1911 than with any wondernine.

If you get onto the poo, you need a rifle.

As the amazed father of 3 amazing homeschooled kids, I want to encourage anyone thinking about it or in it to stick with it. Our youngest is entering his junior year in college, his two older sisters are well started in their careers.
Whatever you may be giving up to homeschool, IT IS WORTH IT!
