Either I need my eyes checked again or the Beast is packing a strap on in those trousers.

I like Trump’s administration of justice to the lawbreaker.
Finally caught up with her after all these years.
Just wait for the remaining miscreants to feel a hot time in the old town tonight.

Peter, they tried mightily to find enough votes to steal Fla. Why do you think they had it “too close to call” with him ahead by 130ish thousand votes and 99.9 percent of the vote counted? They had to do the math to see if they could count enough of the illegal votes to drag her across the line.

      Thankfully, they couldn’t.

I’ll never forget hearing a guy of obvious Mexican descent complaining about “wetbacks”.

      • November 9, 2016 at 10:53 am

My wife was the daughter of legal immigrants from Mexico. Her father and brother were Sheriff’s deputies in El Paso TX. The whole family hated illegals. The stories they would tell about what the Coyotes would do to women and children were chilling.
They worked hard to become citizens, and were the most fierce patriots that I have ever known. They loved this nation, and took nothing about it for granted.
We need legal immigrants like them as reminders of how great this nation truly is.

      • November 9, 2016 at 11:21 am

That’s the problem with the term “Hispanics”. It is used to describe a wide array of peoples with a wide array of desires and allegiances who share nothing but a language. Same with Fla Cubans; I worked with the originals in the 60’s and 70’s in the sugar business in Palm Beach County who were thankful for the opportunity to work hard and build a new free life, and never asked for a damn thing from gov…and who HATE commies and what Carter’s Marielitos have done to their reputation and their adopted home. They are among the most conservative America loving people we have.

There are others from other places too who would be willing to work and earn a place in God’s Promised Land and can’t for being overwhelmed just as we all are by open borders that are designed not to help them but to marginalize us and ensure the perpetuity of those with their own agenda…and on my dime and yours.

There’s a welcome mat for those willing to work and wait. But theft, fraud, violence, and the dole are what so many have been promised for their fealty and that’s what they want.

Not any more. Build the wall. Stop the invasion.

  • November 9, 2016 at 2:18 am

Geez, Chris, that first one scared the hair off my street cat Splinky!

Okay, it appears that there is very little left to be done except to get the results from Alaska and the polls just closed up there. Trump’s electoral count is 244. Clinton’s is 215. That does not count the states in which he has the majority of votes, but the count is not yet finished. However, Pennsylvania is a swing state with 20 EV, and he passed her vote count about an hour ago, coming into the far turn, and is pulling ahead by something like 70,000++ votes.

I can hear the announcer over the PA system now. It goes something like this:

Here they come, spinning out of the turn. Clinton is hugging the rail, Trump slowly pulling ahead by a nose, now by a neck, now he’s on the rail pulling ahead while she falls behind, she’s lagging, lagging, he’s pulling away coming right down to the finish line and crosses the line a length and a half ahead.

He now has a very clear majority in the states where they haven’t finished counting. As one analyst said earlier tonight, even if votes are found that weren’t counted, with a clear majority they’ll be counted and included but it won’t make any difference.

I expect to see a meltdown some place in some video that someone took of the other candidate, when she realized that she doesn’t get to be the prom queen, after all. Personally, I’d get the hell out of the room she’s in. No one wants to get hit with that flamethrower temper!

You all have a good night.

The thing about presidential pardons, as I recall, is that the person being pardoned (or their attorney) has to actually ASK to be pardoned. Also, Tom Clancy be damned, I do not think there is such a thing as a pre-emptive (before the fact of the crime) pardon, so unless and until Bill & Hill are convicted of something pardons ain’t happening.

Not exactly correct. See Ford and Nixon, 1974. Nixon was never charged, but Ford issued a pardon in exchange for his resignation. The pardon was challenged, but upheld by SCOTUS as legal.

What is odd about the Jack Ryan pardons is that they are for offenses that hadn’t been committed at the time of signing, and were for events occurring after Ryan was no longer President.

Amen Sister Pamela! You’ve summed up my thoughts very succinctly. I was resigned to accepting God’s will in this, as he knows best far better than I. Praying for what is good for the country, not just what I want for me and my children. I’ve also been reading a lot of old testament lately, and thinking we were in one of those patterns. Indeed God did intervene and prayers do work. But WE THE PEOPLE overcame the world class corruption, the pay for play, Pravda doing its loyal best for their master, Comey failing to do the right thing twice, felons, illegals and dead people voting, RINOs doing what they do best – bending over…WE THE PEOPLE said, no, bitches, not this time. And now that we have fired the opening shots, the real work begins. I hope The Donald does well. I do think (hope) he will surround himself with the right people. Cruz in Scalia’s seat on SCOTUS. Trey Gowdy as AG, Sheriff Clarke as head of the FBI and Gen Mattis as SecDef would be an epic start.

      In short, no.

Obama may pardon Hitlery. If he doesn’t, the Trumpster might (all that “sexual healing” vibe).

But I sincerely hope that Congress calls her to testify under oath at length about the entire content of the known emails, with the threat of perjury charges if she is caught in even a single lie during her testimony. She cannot “Take the Fifth” if she is pardoned. If she lies and is caught at it, her freshly pardoned ass can go to prison just like we all really want.

Trump might very well pardon her, but she should be suitably embarrassed and convicted first so that there is no ambiguity. Yes, you did wrong. It was wrong, not a mistake, not a bad judgement call. A crime. You are unfit for public office, ever. You may not spin this to say otherwise.

I think she’ll be physically unable to serve any sentence anyway, or in such a mental state so as to be unaware of being confined.

NO, don’t pardon her. Commute her sentence. She is still a convicted criminal. Her conviction stands, with all the prohibitions against holding public office, a law licence, applying for most jobs, and definitely puts a stain on her as a public speaker. It won’t do much for donations to her “charitable foundation” either.

Speaking of which, how is she going to keep her promises to all those “donors” she suckered into financing her lifestyle?

I had the strangest experience. I greeted a co-worker (with a lot more melanin than me) who told me Trump had won, and he didn’t understand. I asked him what he thought about the e-mails, and he asked what those things meant. Explained the pay-for-play scam, the implications if Hillary did something in return for those donations (felony bribery) and the implications even if she didn’t (high treason). He was all “Really? That’s what the emails proved?” Low information voter.

Then I explained that my real beef with Hillary was her all-in support of abortion. His eyes widened in a most sincere fashion (I had long known that he was Christian and pro-life) and he looked like he was just sick that he had ever voted for the HillBeast. Maybe he will go home and do a little Google research. Maybe he was just playin’ wit me. But maybe he really didn’t know that Hillary had a hand in making him paying for abortions through his ObamaCare health insurance premium. He really looked like he was just coming to realize that he had been made a patsy for the past eight years.

What if Trump’s 2020 re-election is bolstered by a major shift in voting among urban citizens that have finally added up everything the Democrats have “done for them” and don’t like the bottom line?

We need to bomb American cities with leaflets.

No one even had a clue as to how it could have happened, except perhaps Andra Gillespie, who after a while said that perhaps the majority was dissatisfied with a political elite who was out of touch with their concerns.
