D.C. is so utterly rotten and corrupt that the current Maryland broken sewage system that is dumping tons of noxious toxins and biohazards into the Potomac River actually makes the D.C. area smell better than usual!

I have thought this for years. Lethal, but not very physically damaging. The Smithsonian museums are priceless. All the rest? … not so much.
