One of the few perceptive things that Mitt Romney said when he ran for President fourteen years ago was that just less than 50% of the voters were getting money from Uncle Sam, and that if that number went over 50% then the Republicans would be in big trouble. Democrats could then essentially use the US Treasury to buy votes until the economy collapsed.
There are about 8.7 million more women than men registered to vote in the USA. The same argument as above still applies. Women can simply vote to take away any excess wealth that men produce without even bothering to marry any guy. They can ‘marry the State’ instead.
Men have realized that they can’t win, so they stop ‘playing the game’ more than the bare minimum needed for their personal survival at a moderately comfortable level.
Happy Valentine’s Day, ladies. You got what you voted for. I hope that it was what you actually wanted.

Ironically while they and conversely point one are all ultimately self-solving, the damage by then would likely be fatal. One hopeful sign for the future is that conservatives are producing many more children than leftists. The leftist policies of promoting LGBTQx, abortion on demand, extreme feminism, high taxation and regulation, etc., all reduce the number of children that are born.
The two main methods used by the left to compensate are to use the education system to flip the kids of conservatives into leftists, and illegal immigration to replace the native population with new clients of the welfare state that can be bribed from the US Treasury to vote for leftists.
These two strategies are being countered by the current administration by reforming education spending to remove bloat and waste, and enforcing immigration law. Only time will tell if these efforts will be sustained long enough to turn the tide.
Margaret Thatcher famously quipped that “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other peoples’ money.” The problem with leftism is that you eventually run out of other peoples’ children.
Leftism is a cult of death, and it always self-destructs. The key question is whether or not it takes Western Civilization with it when it goes boom.

And the question that seems to never get asked by the Eva’s of this world to the Skye’s of this world is “Why did you intentionally choose a life for yourself that prevented me from having a much needed father figure in my life?”

“Outsiders” are not welcome. They will be prevented from running for office, no matter what it takes, up to and including mass murder or starting a war as a distraction.
If you think “Mr. Smith Goes To Washington” was ever anything but a fantasy, you need to re-examine your premises.

So when my (now) wife began giving signals of interest, I was not paying attention. Eventually she started being less subtle. Long story short, she talked me out of the cave so I gave her a ring. Imagine Sam but 5’2″ blonde and you’ll know why I’m such a happy man.
I would be happier if Canada wasn’t being led into communism but that’s a whole other story.
Young Eva has wisdom beyond her years, perhaps more wisdom than Skye, even now after Skye’s awakening.
I don’t see our attitudes as defeatist. It shows the smarts, strength, and positive outlook to say I can do better by myself.
When everything does blow up, we are free to protect ourselves without the “authorities” beating on our door. Most will be hiding or trying to get out of this country.
Virtually all politicians are living, breathing examples of the Peter Principle- – – – -once they rise to their “level of incompetence” they tend to stay there forever, reelected numerous times by the sheer incompetence or laziness of the electorate!
