Trump came out of the mtg with Ryan, announced that the Muslim Ban was “just a suggestion”. The man is a scam. We’ll be way better off with Hiligula: then we know what’s coming at us, and can prepare

Trump is a showman. He doesn’t expect anyone to take his ideas seriously. He’s playing to the crowd, and the crowd’s angst over the current social and political situation. Every President is constrained by Congress, especially in the domestic arena, and also by the realities of the situations they will face in the future. I don’t like Trump. I’ve never liked him. I will be looking for a third candidate in the fall. What Trump is doing, however is showing that he will not back away from the popular angst. He will call it for what it is. Anyone who thinks that Hillary will be a better choice is nuts. With Trump, there is some rational hope that he could do a good job – even if it’s a small hope. With Hillary, we know that America is screwed.

What of his major policy proposals does he have to go through congress for?

Build a border wall? That became law in 2006. They built a couple miles of it, out of inferior materials that are already rusting, and then stopped.

Stop muslims from entering the country? The President of the United States has the authority to block entry to US territories for any non-citizen or group of non-citizens for any length of time they may choose to designate. All he has to do is say “they don’t come in – signed Trump” and it’s done.

Reduce regulations on business? The head of the Executive branch can give direction to any of the Executive Agencies, including the EPA, Department of Labor, etc. Usually, Congress just gives an agency power to enact regulations rather than passing detailed ones themselves. So Trump can direct them to rewrite those regulations and it gets done without a Congressional mother-may-I.

Renegotiating trade treaties? All the ones I’m aware of allow any signatory to notify the other adherents that they will be withdrawing from the agreement at the direction of the Head of State – which would be Trump. After that, they can renegotiate quickly before the notification period is over, or they can loose access to the American market.

Make Mexico pay for the wall? There’s several ways he can do this. Firstly, he can simply choose not to disburse the Foreign Aid designated for Mexico every year. He can’t choose to spend it on anything else, but he can simply neglect to have the funds transferred from the US Treasury account to the Mexico one, then ask congress if they want to re-examine where that money, which is still in American hands, should go. He can also simply apply the affidavit-notification and fee laws that govern money transfers to Cuba to the Mexico and Central America.

About the only thing that requires going to congress is his call for lowering personal and corporate taxes. Good luck having them say no to that after he’s elected.

His first comment was something on the line of we need to keep Muslim refugees (my comment: real and economic) until we figure out how to vet them. But the qualifier got lost by nearly everyone.

      I loved the movie Idiocracy.

Problem is that Hillary is the movie Evilocracy.

      Trump is the movie Empowerocracy.

I will go with the building and empowering and the recognition that systems matter, and that deeming things so is tyranny.

Hillary and the congress do not know how to be great, much less to help the country and the inherent greatness our people have shown grow or to empower it.

The congress is mostly like our Saturn 5 program and now the shut down shuttle program. We have lost much of the institutional knowledge about how to be great in the congress and the country. (The Atlas rocket program continues as a workhorse of our space program.)
Fortunately, that ability still resides in us and needs only the removal of our chains and proper encouragement and minimal wise regulations, and greatness shall resume across the board. Watch us soar. So I see it.

All goals stated above are contrary to the globalists stated desires and actions.

Trump is good enough to get it done.

Atlas and Thor/Delta (and Titan, too) started out as ballistic missiles. For Curtis E. LeMay. Where perfection is the only passing score.

LeMay was called “Old Iron Ass” by guys in the USAF per my father, who was a B-17 pilot during WWII and B-52 pilot with SAC during the fifties. He never said whether that was due to LeMay’s management style, or ability to spend many hours in the air without discomfort 😉

May the best happen for your family and you. God Bless.

And I am just a jump to I 95 at Vero and another up if there is any need. I have time these days. Metro PCS killed my old number because I was listening to the Alex Jones Show on the phone. Someone else had AT&T kill a 60 plus year old number for the same thing (retrieved). So I have a new number. JTC is a little farther away. I believe that we were all concerned and pray for the best for all of you, and you will do what you need to do.

Ryan must be related to Prince Phillip. The British royal claims to be a relative of Vlad the Impaler, Count Dracul of Transylvania, where he bought one of his old castles and stays there.

No wonder they schedule so many nighttime events.
    They cannot even build blood.

Prince Philip is actually Greek. Almost everyone in Europe has some connection to some famous or infamous identity.
I’d like to see a reference about your castle claim though.

Priorities: Family first, last and always. Take care of business. We’ll be here.

Cartoon: “In DC, all they do is drain us.”
After all, DC was built in a drained swamp.

Are you kidding? Him and every other DemonRat and GOPe RINO Kongress Kritter would burst into flame and disintegrate into ashes. They’ve sold their soul to Shaitan, or become vampyres, or something like that.

Wishing you and yours all the best and a speedy recovery.

On the “Drains” … I am of half a mind to destroy the sluice gates and let it revert into an actual swamp. Then we import some of those 30 foot Crocs from NW Australia and let nature clean up the problem. OR we could use some of the local 12 and 14 foot alley-gators from right there in the “land of flowers”.
That might actually save us some transportation costs.

(Chris … a break for family is not going to chase this sailor away. Go take care of business. We’ll be here when you get back. – g )

I’d say that if there were any principal with an ounce of principle (see what I did there?), he/she would make friendly with a neighborhood bodybuilder to guard the female’s shool bathroom. Then if any tranny attempted to cross the line, Mr BB would cold cock the tranny and drag “him” outside, then disappear back home. When the po-po come to ask questions, don’t nobody know nuttin’. Everybody has plausible deniability. Never seen the guy before. Not a school employee. Not a parent of a child in the school.
One thing I learned being an active duty recruiter, there’s ALWAYS a way around everything.
