This is sufficient probable cause for immediate arrest. Since most of the agencies who could arrest these perpetrators of treason are compromised themselves, that leaves the military to make the arrests. Oh, wait! The military is compromised by all the Obama Generals/Admirals who haven’t been removed, so THEY are out. That leaves Militia.

Okay, what comes first : Sedition, then treason, or Treason, then sedition ? I’m fed up with these conservative talk show heads saying that they like their liberal friends, but they disagree with what they say. WTF ? The only way to deal with gutter scum is to go into the sewer and drown the rats. These libs are not your friends. Gut them like the carp they are. Quit being the shining white knight in armor. These ‘tards have no love for this country and its rule of law. All they want in raw naked power. They must be eradicated and duck-walked into court to teach them the error of their ways. No more “reaching across the aisle.” Fuck that shit. Jesus F. Christ ! Wake the fuck up ! They eat their dead and step on top of one another to get ahead. They just don’t give a fat rat’s ass. Look at who they’re shitting on now. The media runs the DNC and not the other way around. DJT has proved this in his latest speech at the FBI graduating class which was warmly received by all concerned. The lamestream went ballistic afterwards much to DJT’s satisfaction. I always felt W’s biggest mistake was his refusal to try certain Democrats for treason during the War on Terror. Not to name names, but certain high ranking Dhimms were giving enough aid and comfort, moral and tactical, to al-Qaeda to surely have justified handcuffs at least. Let us hope treason in the age of Trump is dealt with in a more Constitutional manner.

“Citizens of the World” answer only to “a higher morality”. The endgame of which was putting a second nihilistic, primitivist , self-worshiping, genocidal Fearless Leader in the White House.

And it still is. They will settle for nothing less than President for Life Hillary, now. Mainly because while she may be three-week-old fish to most people, the power structure still worships her and The One, and is shit-scared of her.

You are dealing with a radical, foreign ideology with almost no points of contact with anything in American or even Western history. The closest approximation would be the flagellants and millennialists of 1000 AD, who burned down entire towns in the belief that the world was about to end.

Although I’m sure they’d rather be compared to the Islamists of that era, who killed people en masse “Just Because”.

Nihilists tend to hate themselves, hence their tendencies to self-destructive behavior. What makes them dangerous is that they still manage to hate everybody else even worse.

In short, they want to be the ones who die last.

This is a story from September. It needs a going over with some of the information we have since learned (like Strzok, for example).
And some of it, despite the earnest way in which it’s presented, doesn’t have evidence (besides “insiders say”) listed in the article. Updating it with the new evidence would be very helpful. As would getting some people on record.

(The latest I have seen is that the transition team info was turned over by a gov’t agency to Mueller – despite the fact his mandate is for pre-election activities. Some of it may contain information covered by attorney-client privilege, as well.)

There was actually an attempt almost a year ago to break the GCHQ story/scenario into the mainstream media. Last January, Fox News’ legal consultant Judge Andrew Napolitano gave a condensed summary of the above scenario, with the comment that “his sources” said there was much more to come. He did this ONE time, and then, curiously, he immediately disappeared from the Fox lineup, without explanation or even mention, for a period of several months. When he finally reappeared he never said another word about the “bombshell” GCHQ story, nor did any other FOX commentators ever mention it. The story had been spiked, hard.

GCHQ is the British component of the Echelon network, a cooperative arrangement of the five major “Anglo” nations’ (USA, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) intelligence services that allows them to circumvent their statutes which prohibit spying on their own citizens. They just ask one of their “good buddys” to do it for them.

Be very careful, Chris; these so-called people play for keeps and they intend to keep it. Check six at all times and never fly straight and level for more than five seconds. Remember what happened to Tom Clancy, Andrew Breitbart and Antonin Scalia when they got too close to something others thought they shouldn’t have.

    • December 17, 2017 at 9:06 pm
      Delilah T.

Oh, puh-leeze, egbert, MUST you make a case of heart disease into a major conspiracy? Clancy had heart disease. He had a heart attack five years before he died. Then he had bypass surgery and that didn’t help him at all. He passed away from natural causes. So did Breitbart – cardiac infarction. I’ve known two people who dropped dead in their tracks, one of them from undiagnosed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; the other died of a carotid aneurism.

People do drop dead, you know. There’s nothing mysterious or sinister about it. Saying it’s something else shows a complete lack of respect for the deceased.

Please keep your paranoia in your pockets where it belongs.

      • December 17, 2017 at 9:31 pm

Ms. D, not a direct correlation to JDE’s caveat here…or is it?

Do you consider what we call Arkancide to be dropping dead of natural causes, pure coincidence, or paranoia?

Please provide cites and show your work.

      • December 18, 2017 at 1:24 pm
        Delilah T.

Arkancide is an entirely different animal, JTC, but without a real-world criminal investigation blowing the cover off that mess, the truth won’t come to light, not until or unless that entire clan of scum and villany is long gone.
FWIW, Tom Clancy’s ‘Hunt for Red October’ described the so-called caterpillar drive for a nuclear sub in such realistic terms that the FBI paid him a visit. The caterpillar drive idea was based on Bernoulli’s principle, that a small opening creates enormous pressure in a liquid. Unfortunately, it does NOT work the way he envisioned it. How do I know this? I know sailors who worked in nuke subs, who told me when I asked them about it, that it had been thoroughly researched for possible development and, like many such bright ideas, it simply does not provide sufficient force to move a big nuke sub. It may work on garden hoses and airplane wings, but as a silent drive for subs, not so much.

      • December 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm

    Great cartoon today.

I think this is yet another situation where all these fools underestimate Trump. By not overplaying his hand and letting this farce run its course, he has allowed these traitors to be exposed by their own folly.

Now over half of the American people believe that this whole investigation is tainted and stinks of a partisan hit job.

Unless Mueller can provide a smoking gun of collusion (which of course he can’t) I think Trump and/or Congress should shut this crap down before spring and the 2018 campaign, because that’s the real purpose here…to HOPE the Dems can take back the House in the 2018 election and vote out some bullshit articles of impeachment that the squishy RINOs can then say “well for the good of the country” and try and get Trump out that way.

Meanwhile, I continue to thank God everyday that Hitlery will NEVER be President. That’s enough to keep my support for Trump going.

That and a skyrocketing economy, tax cuts, cutting government power, etc….

    MAJ Arkay

Lotta emotion here, but as a retired counterintelligence special agent, I gotta say there’s a lot of smoke, but no treasonous flames. For you who do not know, counterintelligence investigations concern the national security crimes of treason, spying (UCMJ only), espionage, sedition, subversion (UCMJ only), unauthorized disclosure of classified information, theft of classified information, and violations of the Intelligence Identities Protection Act. The CI elements of the FBI, Army, Navy and Air Force have different levels of investigative authority reference these crimes, so what Army CI investigates isn’t exactly the same as FBI, blah blah. OK, background done.

    1. JTC, there ain’t no such animal as “high treason” in the US Constitution or US law. It’s treason, period. “High treason” is a European thing.
    “Constitution, Article 3, Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”

    “18§2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Treason, being the most serious crime one can commit against one’s nation, requires exceptionally precise documentation of proof in the US. Why? Because Europeans were all too quick to cry “Treason!” and hang anyone they thought might change the status quo or make the aristocracy upset over breakfast. Our forefathers were not about to let that happen here.

    2. Pete 231, treason is the more serious crime, in the eyes of our forefathers, for it is the one and only crime specifically mentioned in the Constitution.

Sedition does not apply here, as it refers solely to applying force.
    “18§2384. Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
    18§2385. Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof-
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.”

There are all kinds of US law that various Clinton-supporting people have committed. Mueller and company, however, are not looking that direction. Instead, they are reduced to threatening Trump people with who knows what, yet gaining nothing more than “lying to the FBI.”

    “18§1001. Statements or entries generally
    (a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully-
    (1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
    (2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
    (3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;

shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. If the matter relates to an offense under chapter 109A, 109B, 110, or 117, or section 1591, then the term of imprisonment imposed under this section shall be not more than 8 years.
    (b) Subsection (a) does not apply to a party to a judicial proceeding, or that party’s counsel, for statements, representations, writings or documents submitted by such party or counsel to a judge or magistrate in that proceeding.
    (c) With respect to any matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch, subsection (a) shall apply only to-
    (1) administrative matters, including a claim for payment, a matter related to the procurement of property or services, personnel or employment practices, or support services, or a document required by law, rule, or regulation to be submitted to the Congress or any office or officer within the legislative branch; or
    (2) any investigation or review, conducted pursuant to the authority of any committee, subcommittee, commission or office of the Congress, consistent with applicable rules of the House or Senate.”

1001 applies most definitely to the Clintonistas, but Mueller and company will never go there.

Suggest you all spend a little time perusing the US Code (uscode.house.gov), 18 USC in particular. There are so many laws that apply to the situation.

Treason and sedition are not two of them.

Hence the calls for payment to be rendered by .303

Question is, in spite of our forbears concern of Euros being too quick with the rope back in the day, how likely is it that a court in TPWGBUTB would even recognize treason now let alone extract payment?

It’s been used to bypass FISA restrictions through at least the Obama and Bush II administrations…

I was thinking if this lot of Hooligans had been in Bethlehem on a certain night oh so long ago, they would have turned in Mary and Joseph to Herod’s men.

There’s just one question that has never been answered properly: What was the point to all of that?

I do remember all the earth-shattering stuff about Watergate. There wasn’t much else on TV, except for gas prices going to $.75/gal, and possibly $1,00/gal. Nixon wasn’t well-liked, anyway, and his complicity and outright approval of the burglary of Ellsberg’s shrink’s office and files, and the subsequent break-in of DNC HQ at the Watergate Hotel (hence the name ‘Watergate’*) and his list of White House enemies, which included an 82-year-old woman who had sent $1.00 to the DNC campaign – well, all this was backed up by hard research and facts, not inimical fantasies about taking this country apart at the seams.
(*The suffix -gate is now inappropriately applied to just about everything.)

If this point of this asinine, fantastical and paranoid effort was to keep DTrump from being elected, it failed. Is it possible that those crackpots have done themselves so much damage, they won’t recover from it for a long, long time?

    I can dream, can’t I?

Back from vacation and a news/website black hole. Reading this makes me want to pull out the collection, clean and oil one by one for peace of mind.

I want to see every one of these treasonous b*****ds tried for treason and either shot or hung.
