These two panels work on so many levels. All those First World Problems and they come down to walk one block or burn $20 on gas.
Finally, can it be revealed that Del is really “Ol Bob,” the .22 cal magnate who sold enough bricks of ammo to Sam and the twins to rebuild the Double D ranch house? Inquiring minds (as well as Too Tall and JTC) want to know.
BTW Del, does the trailer/shed out back with the inexhaustible supply of .22 cal ammo also include belt-fed and crew served weapons and ammo as Lady Pamela once demurely inquired? There may have been a (purely academic) discussion about flame throwers (or was it Flamenfurfers?) as lawn and garden implements as well.
