    Memo to Jan:

NEVER fire an RPG in an enclosed area!

And always be certain that there is at least a 50 foot deep void to both sides and behind the launcher for back blast.

    Ain’t Diplomatic Immunity Grand?

It won’t be enclosed for long. 😉

Dad’s always find a way to make sure their daughters are safe.
Even when they are women full grown with babes of their own.

Unfortunately, full grown daughters don’t always make safe choices… and dads end up in a world of sorrow and mourning after losing a piece of their heart forever…

I was about ready to call BS on the Walther…a p-rail for tacti-toys but round-front trigger guard for smooth carry is not a usual config. But I’da been wrong, it’s a Creed; a double handful of nine and a pretty damn good depiction; well done CM.

Still think Sicilians would be more welcoming of a home-grown Beretta, but I guess diplomats don’t give a shit about stuff like that.

Also see Firestorm Ultra compact… that’s actually a good gun for the money, and like you said, rails up front an a rounded guard.

USMC – When it absolutely, positively has to be destroyed overnight!
I was USN, but the Corps has got the greatest slogans.

Oh, I dunno. Back ’round 1980 or so there was a reply to the USMC recruiting slogan of the day: “The Marines are looking for a few good men.” The rejoinder: “The Marines already have a few good men: Navy Corpsmen,” And people knew how to correctly pronounce “Corpsmen.”

      • December 5, 2017 at 11:07 pm

You must remember that the mispronunciation came from a MGMMPOS.

The license. To be specific. 🙂

My favorite Italian is my BDA .380; easy to carry and made by Beretta with superb quality.

My favorite Italian is a Tuscan red, a bold but suave and approachable sort, one that slips smoothly past the lips and stays on the mind. Just a hint of sunshine, dusty roads where the borage grows en masse, and the crunchy crust and softness of fresh bread and a soft, ripe brie….

Now get out there in those wide open spaces, and practice, practice, practice. Don’t want to be the Ugly American and miss your target, and hurt innocents.

      You mean like Colorado police?
      http://denver.cbslocal.com/2017/11/29/new-details-bizarre-shooting/
Well, no innocents were hurt besides the patrol car.

One more example of Denver, Colorado trying so hard to be like California (without the beaches). [Remember when they were looking for the ex-cop, and fired over 100 rounds at the little pickup with the ladies delivering newspapers and didn’t hit either one?]

[Remember the suspect vehicle’s description was NOT of a pick up truck?]

        MAJ Arkay

They did hit one of the ladies.

“By the time the smoke had cleared, the officers involved had fired more than 100 rounds at the women’s pickup truck. Emma Hernandez, 71, suffered two gunshot wounds to the back, and her daughter, 47-year-old Margie Carranza, was injured by auto glass shattered during the early morning encounter.”

I live in wide open spaces. And I have not shot when I legally and morally had the right to do so. I was very young and I took the risk that was only to myself.
I still like the South African incident where a heavily armed assault party was attacking a church with several hundred people in it. A person with a snub nose .38 took two shots. He then switched positions drastically and took two more shots. He managed to effectively hit two of the hostiles. The attackers thought that they were facing organized opposition and stopped the attack and left.

personally i prefer Browning Hi Power or 1911… no matter what you carry just make sure to rub a little bacon grease on the bullets for the 7th century goat humpers.

I want that licence. I WANT THAT LICENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they don’t seem to realize that damn near every explosive they deal with involves pork fat in some way. This means that NONE of them are going to “Paradise” because of same.

I am, of mixed feelings with the diplomatic free pass. Other Law abiding citizens would be screwed by being denied the right to the tools for self defense.

    Kafiroon:
My carry rounds have a dot of bacon grease. If they do not survive, word will get out for the next batch. If any survive, it is leverage for whoever interrogates them; i.e. y’all will not be allowed to purify yourself if you do not talk. Whether they actually get the opportunity does not c0ncern me. Hold the hope out, then let them die knowing that they are going to Jahannam.

There are rumors I am not a nice person.
