  • Brilliant analogy, my invisible friend.

  • Southpaw

It was a final solution to the “conservative problem”

  • Bill G

Hmm, is it paranoid for me to wonder if Obola has a Gleiwitz incident scripted?

    • JT

Remember, Obama is an incompetent figurehead, chosen first for ideological purity before anything else. If there’s a mastermind behind all this, it sure ain’t him. He’s just reading the script over a teleprompter.

Also let that be a lesson. Prize competence, humility, reason and sense in your *conservatives* over ideological conformity because all ideology aspires to be a script that nobody reads between the lines of.

  • itsspideyman

Chris, at all times, you’re brilliant. Some times, your brillianter.

  • m225

Outstanding! And down right frightening,…..is history trying to repeat its self?

    • B Woodman

LibTards may indeed be trying to make history repeat itself. But thinking armed conservatives will not be so easily tricked into disarming, as the Jews of the 1930s were. And so now the ball is in your court, Mr LibTard. What’s your next move?
There may indeed be a Kristallnacht. And/or a false flag operation. After that?

      • pyrodice

There will be no “after that”. The american people have demonstrated that a few of them are willing to shoot dirty cops in the street. How many do you think will refrain from shooting them in their own homes? We’re not the jews, and we don’t have the same stance about being passive until problems go away. We’re rootin’ tootin’ shootin’ revolutionaries, and the police state KNOWS this. Bundy Ranch showed that everyone went home safe because if not EVERYONE went home safe, some of the agents were gonna need to be boxed up, too.

        • Bert Hernandez

pyrodice — I draw a distinction between the Feds and local law enforcement. From first hand knowledge, I would say local LEO’s here are the trip wire that will let us know something is afoot. I don’t know about elsewhere, but here in Texas LEO’s take an oath to defend the Constitution and the Laws of Texas. I guarantee you that here, they take their oaths seriously.

Not as long as we have 300 million privately held firearms and untold billions of rounds of ammunition.

Perhaps only 3 percent will initially support freedom, but it would not be long before more pick up arms.

In 1939 the Jews made the mistake of disarming, we are adding to our stockpile.

Perhaps we shall meet on the other side, if not, it was a life worth living.

  • Unca Walt

Mongo impressed. Chris hits the mark agin.

  • I am seeing a number of comments that were what I had intended to say. This is some scary stuff. Chris Muir, you are the man.

  • Pamela

Socialists create multiple crisis to see what sticks like cooked pasta to the ceiling. Even if males and females were segregated or strictly chaperoned, there are those who would complain (screech to the heavens) of perceived future wrong doings and impure thoughts.

Maybe a trip down the Road to Miltown would help.

  • Wayne

Usually Godwin’s Law means the discussion has run it’s course but, in this case, the NAZI comparison is the beginning of the conversation rather than the end.

    • Chris Muir

Exactly.Sometimes I think Godwin’s Law was invented to stop people from commenting just how much progressives are following the Nazi path.

      • RegT

Exactly, Chris. There is no doubt in my mind that this is true. Just as they play up the “conspiracy theory” pejorative term to shut people up, to keep people from realizing a great deal of it is in truth a real conspiracy. One that started even before the Fabians, CFR, etc.

        • RegT

If you are unfamiliar with G. Edward Griffin, he wrote a series of articles called The Future Is Calling, containing a great deal of truth about how we arrived where we are now.

      • John Greer

People forget (if they ever knew, thanks to a “liberal education”) that Fascists are Socialists too. The simply are honest enough to declare that the State owns the Individual and not merely the “means of production”.
I was greatly amused, in irony, when Putin aped Hitler in annexing Crimea and occupying “Novarussia”.
So much for Godwin’s Law when “Those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it.”

    • tharkun

Actually, Godwin’s Law, as originally stated by Godwin himself, made no judgment as to the soundness or unsoundness of the argument at hand. It was merely a statement of the statistical probability of the appearance/usage of the term Nazi. It has been hijacked, embellished and twisted by the Left to use as a rhetorical bludgeon to preclude or silence argument by claiming the mere mention of the term meant “you lose”. Godwin said no such thing.

  • A_Nonny_Mouse

One sort of wonders — why do the Liberal Jews still support this il-liberal Administration? Do they really think “It can’t happen here”? Or, “It can’t happen again”? Or do they just think –because they were supportive all the way to the end– that they’ll be selected to be the capos (kind of like Mr. “I have no regrets” Soros) so they’re assured of survival?

  • tharkun

What you’ve illustrated here has actually been done and codified in US law. The US Gun Control Act of 1968 is very similar to the Nazi Weapons Law of 1938. The late Senator Thomas Dodd of Connecticut was a JAG lawyer serving at the Nuremberg war crime trials after WW II. He took the text of the German law and used it as the template for the GCA ’68. Socialist are great at reading between the lines when they are staring at reality. They will see anything but what is right in front of their face. Now, when it comes to reading between the lines to see reality – that is when they become illiterate.

    • B Woodman

Ahhh, yes. The “silent dog whistles”, the “conspiracies”, the “microaggressions”, the things that only THEY, the LibTards themselves, can “perceive” and hold against the rest of the working average blue collar middle class population.

  • Tharkun is right, but your toon is ‘chilling’ in it’s implications. Well done sir!

  • Hillde

This is frightening at a level so basic that I had to steel myself to read through it a second time. One of the things that nearly everyone forgets is that the Nazis were socialist – translated, the name of the party was, “The National Socialist German Worker’s Party.” (Nazionalische Sozialishe Deutsche Arbeitspartei) As much as they despised the Communists, they were competitors with them, not their polar opposites. The idea that government could degenerate into something like this is not just scary, but petrifying, and is, I believe, the reason why there are organizations like Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, not to even mention the NRA. Socialists are no more free from being taken over by forces like Naziism than are any of the rest of us.

  • It wasn’t just ‘ the Jews’ whom disarmed, as though it were some kind of ethnic quirk. It was ALL Germans who were disarmed, under laws Hitler passed with the powers given to him by the Reichstag as Chancellor.

  • *wolf7*

The more things change, the more they remain the same.
Oh well, Western Civilization was fun while it lasted.

  • Earl Goudie

If you really want to scare the shit out of yourself read The Ominous Parallels by Leonard Peikoff.
This book details just how far America has gone down the road toward dictatorship by comparing America and Weimar Germany pre Hitler.

    From Peikoff.com;

“In brilliantly reasoned prose, Peikoff argues that the deepest roots of German Nazism lie not in existential crises, but in ideas — not in Germany’s military defeat in World War I or the economic disasters of the Weimar Republic that followed, but in the philosophy that dominated pre-Nazi Germany. Although it was mediated by crises, Peikoff demonstrates that German Nazism was the inevitable climax of a centuries-long philosophic development, preaching three fundamental ideas: the worship of unreason, the demand for self-sacrifice and the elevation of society or the state above the individual.”
