My microwave is also a convection oven, and about 25 years old with no digital features, will nicely cook a 16 lb turkey in about 1/3 of the time it would take in the conventional oven.

Can we expect another holiday launch soon, but with a goose vs a turkey? And with the goose’s greater “launch” capacity, maybe destroy a spy satellite?

One of my ex-wives (don’t ask) had a similar problem with bird-related cooking….found out the hard way that you can’t microwave a turkey…….
