    Too Tall

    Sam, Zed didn’t mis-speak.

He is also not going to tell you how thorough was his background check of Ian.

Remember Sam, you were the one who was oh so concerned about that Irish McShane lad, due in part to your own Daddy issues.

Zed is way ahead of you on this one.

Come to think of it so was Kiko….

And out of respect for Jack Cates, there won’t be a remake of The Quiet Man meets Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner?

Orrrr…Measure with a micrometer, mark it with chalk, cut it with an axe and kick it into place 😉

I’ve got to go back and find the old panels dealing with Ian. I’d totally lost the bubble on him.

I remember being 6’4″. Then time & some vertebra had a conversation, lol.

It’s mainly those amazing shrinking discs. I still lie that I’m 73” tall but I lost more than 2” from neck and lumbar shrinkage. The vertebrae are very intact but they do tend to rub and squeeze nerves and spinal cord at times.

I’m not quite 6’4″ any more, but chiropracty has been a help to that on its way to solving a bunch of nerve issues. On the other hand, an ex of mine used to say it didn’t matter how tall a man is, unless he’s lying down.

I remember being 6’…just barely, then age, spinal compression and curvature and a broken back steered me toward 5’9″…just barely. Height runs on one side, my father was 6’4″, 300lbs, my Grandmother was 6’1″, one uncle was 6’7″, and my mother was 4’11″…just barely, her mother was under 4’8″. My brother is 6’2″, I always say “he got the height, I got the weight”
