Pretty hard to describe Jan as being middle class. She’s top tier on any scale.

She aspires to be seen as such.

Are those “live” or Memorex? Sure seems there is higher % of ample assets in your strip than a random distribution would produce. Not complaining, just curious.

So did I miss something as to why Damon is green? It can’t just be lighting effect…

When the fundamentals are considered a “revolution”, simply saying “I love you” , verbally or otherwise, can become a revolutionary act.

I LOVE this strip. Outstanding work Mr.Muir. Mucho canolis.
Great artwork. Clever storyline and magnetic dialog.
Interesting comments. Only thing missing is Lagavulin and blue stilton in a lightly garlic buttered baguette. OK. It IS kind of early for a Lagavulin breakfast.

    “…us. The producers.”

What exactly do Damon and Jan produce? Seems to me they are takers/users.

Don’t get me wrong, as long as they’re not taking/using gov (me) I’m good. But still, producers?

Damon made 100k in T-bills years ago and has several successful apps he patented(it’s a few years ago in the history):)

Not to mention they aren’t greedy needing ever more like luminaries such as Soros, Buffet, etc.

Ah. While 100K would go quick living large, the app royalties must be pretty remunerative. Glad they’re not just sponging off the in-laws.

I remember back-reading through the first year, about Damon’s perusing the WSJ on the T bills.

speaking of ‘a few years ago in their history’, what are the chances of us seeing a timeline of the strip’s journey through the years, Chris? With the way you jet through a story, and oftentimes don’t dwell on points too long, there are several things I need to find out about, chief among them is what happened to the bar…

Oof! 4400 toons,13 years…I’m old, and I think if I tried, the regular toon would have to slow down while I did it!
